When checking prices for contact lenses, I didn't like how the website and on-line order details seemed to hide the true cash outlay. Yes with the rebate, the lenses are average priced. However, all the major distributors are providing portholes to the "national" rebate so yours is not exclusive.
Second, after placing the order, I received an email that the lenses had to be ordered creating a delay. Had I known this beforehand, I probably would have chosen another site. Basically, I felt mislead and postponed doing business with this Company.
I had a great experience purchasing my contacts. I badly needed new contacts but could not get in to see the doctor before I needed new ones. Thank goodness for 1-800-Get -Lens!
Product was right just don't know why it took so long to get here but I guess maybe that's the normal anymore which is not normal for me because if when I need to do something for somebody I do it immediately if not sooner
I have not tried the contacts yet, but I got them quickly. The cost was about the same as if I would have used my eyecare provider with my insurance. But, this way I can use my insurance for my eyeglasses.

I feel that if you didn't have them and had to order them yourselves, then I should have gotten priority shipping for free. I have never had to wait that long for contacts.
The prices are way lower than local sources and the shipping is extremely fast. I've ordered numerous gas permeable lenses and have never been disappointed.
U couldn't read my prescription I did not get an email. I was on my account when I came back. No contacts that was after 3,wks. If I didn't go on the website. I wouldn't have known that my contacts weren't shipped. Will not use again

Had a little issue with the Mailing address. But they sent it right to my PO Box before I had to go on a trip and was super and excited for the fast delivery!
Order process was a little confusing, as I was only able to purchase 1 box at the advertised price, plus $10 for shipping. Ordering more than one box involved a rebate and would have been more expensive than the next cheapest vendor. The order was processed correctly and typical shipping speed of approx. 1 week, so nothing to really rave about. Still a few dollars cheaper to place 4 orders and pay shipping 4 times than to purchase from the next cheapest vendor, assuming the sale price is still available... which is probably a toss up.
Experience was overall good but took longer because I have very specialized Toric contacts which were not kept in stock and had to be special ordered. Took about a month.
I am satisfied with my order. My order arrived on time and I did save money. My contacts was much cheaper than other places. The only thing I had a problem with was that I wanted dailies instead of monthly but the prescription was wore out for monthlies so I had to get that kind unless I wanted to pay to have another eye exam. Which I did not want to do because I just had one in January. Went through the website because I had already used my insurance for the year and this was a much cheaper route.

Super simple site easy to navigate and find my brand. Easy to upload my prescription. The only thing bad was shipping. I paid $10 for 5-7 business day shipping. It did not arrive until almost 3 weeks later. I understand shipping delays but if I pay for something I want what I paid for if it took longer than shipping should have been reimbursed or waived. Product is great exactly what I ordered and I'm loving being able to see finally without glasses! Thank you
So basically this is some foreign operation they got going on here you can order contact lenses and they will send them but it takes like 3 weeks and be prepared to spend double what they're asking you. If it says $49.99 be prepared to spend over $100. Shipping is not free, oh and if you make a mistake you can't cancel your order you're screwed. You have to wait for the payment to process they make sure they get their money and you get nothing good luck.
The only way I could do that was idk how I would do that lol but it would work if you could do that and then you can do that too so you don't need a whole bunch more time lol but yeah you know I can just be like that too I guess you can do whatever I don't mind I don't mind I don't

The customer service is amazing. I called and spoke to a rep because they were having troible verifying my rx. The rep called them for me and had me wait on hold on the other line. We both waited for a while. The eye dr wouldnt verify over the phone only by fax. The rep was very patient and made sure to follow up.
