I had ordered a Seresto flea collar and had asked that it be shipped regular USPS 2 to four day shipping. The post office made a mistake (no fault of Pet Meds) and it was somewhere in Illinois after 5 days (I live in FLorida). I explained that the fleas were getting bad and Pet Meds shipped me another collar overnight at no charge and asked that if the original order comes, just write return to sender on the package, and send it back. They have amazing customer service! There was a human that answered the phone, she was intelligent, courteous, and went beyond what I expected in customer service. I will only use them from now on. (By the way, the price was excellent compared to other mail order companies too. I checked).
Amazed to see good reviews,for that was not my experience. First,they dragged their feet calling my vet to fill an order for pain meds my dog desperately needed. Took almost 2 weeks to get order. You would think these geniuses would have then USED COMMON SENSE to push autofill back but instead wanted to send order out at the designated date still, which obviously wasn't needed for 2 weeks. Another inconvenience having to reconnect them Wouldn't recommend this crap company to anyone.
I've always had a positive experience with this site. The only problem I've had really is on my vet's end with being lazy, and responding in any sort of reasonable amount of time.
But the website seems great and most definitely cheaper than what the vet charges. Delivery is always super fast, whenever your lazy vet gets around to responding.
I love this site. Good place to get reviews of non-rx things too. I highly recommend it. Had an account for many years. Customer service is outstanding, never had one single problem with this company.
I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the competence and prices of this company. I usually dont write reviews, but 1800petmeds has not even once disappointed me! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended! Finding the medicine for my dog and ordering its a breeze! It is so convenient that they even contact your vet for you to verify the prescription! One less hassle! In addition, they are on top of your order all the time... meaning even if your vet place is closed, they will notify you through email AND phone about the status of your order. Again... they do go the extra mile for the customer! And when you order, even if you were able to get free shipping, they will send your very fast and promptly! Tip: Always try to look online for coupon codes if you want an extra discount, besides the already low prices that they offer;)

I have one product that I have on repeat delivery, and I'm fairly satisfied with that. BUT! I recently had trouble logging in and was forced to call them, and the CS rep took it upon herself to remove my saved payment methods without asking if I would like her to do that. Also note that my vet will not send prescriptions to them because they believe that the risk of receiving bogus meds is too high.

I have had a generally good experience with this site... there can be a delay if they have to contact your vet for approval, and please don't accidentally pick your former vet - it'll take even longer... other than that they're usually timely and adding the doggie treats to the box is a nice touch...

I spoke with a customer service agent named Al over the phone, my payment had failed to process and I called just to push it through. Al took the time to help me adjust info on my account, asked to make sure my dog Rico was doing okay, and overnighted my package to make sure that Rico got his medication in a timely fashion since I had run out! I was very impressed, and very thankful. I fully intend to use pet meds for my needs going forward. Thanks so much Al, I hope your intuitive customer service gets acknowledged and rewarded!

I've tried a few other online pet pharmacies, and 1800PetMeds it the best! My dog has arthritis. I have found two places that were slightly cheaper, but NONE are as reliable. I order, and 3 business days later it is here. Never a problem- both other cheaper pharmacies were nightmares to deal with. Twice I was overcharged and meds were delayed. I will never ever ever try anyone else!

Caveat emptor! - I purchased something from Petmeds and was hit with an $84 charge ($12 a month for 7 months) that didn't even appear on my statement until I called my bank.
If you buy something, be careful. I am amidst a dispute right now with a company called Reservation Rewards that has been taking unauthorized funds from my account through Petmeds and would only give me back $24 of the $84 they took from my account. And it doesn't show up on a bank statement. I am now having my bank give me back my money or risk losing me as a 22 year customer
How is that for a scam?
I have now placed 2 orders with 1800 pet meds ( for cats revolution +, and for a dog revolution). I did my shopping prior to calling them. They were able to match the very best price I found, and I dealt with them on the phone, rather than online ( I am pretty bad with technology). They communicated with my vet immediately & shipped out the meds extremely quickly. Both times- I got the meds on the 4th day!
Amazing co, no b/s. All done right! Definitely recommend 2 give 1800 pet meds a try!

This is by far the easiest time I've had giving my dog a supplement. These things stink to high heaven, and my little Yorkie is in heaven when he hears me shake the bottle because he knows he's getting a treat. Over the last several weeks, I can see a definite improvement in his knees. His gait is better and more relaxed/loose.

I places an order for 3 medications for my dog. For 3 days received no confirmation of order. Called and, after a lengthy call, found out that their system was not able to respond to Comcast emails. Representative was very pleasant, gave him a gmail account and got confirmation. He said that they got confirmation from my vet and would send it overnight mail at no cost. Then got a confirmation that it would come 4 days later. (not overnight at all.) It has been over a week and it has still not arrived. They also claim to have not received confirmation from my vet for one of the other prescriptions. My vet says they have sent it twice! On of the three arrived a week late in a badly damaged box which was badly packaged. Fortunately the medication was undamaged, if also very late. I will never order from this company again. My vet is also frustrated, and will not recommend them to others.

I used them for years when my late, great Labrador was still alive and they were the best. Right before he had to take the Big Sleep, I had just ordered his joint supplements and they arrived afterwards. I emailed them to let them know what had happened and they gave me a refund and insisted that I donate the supplements to someone else rather than bother with returning them. I will use them for things I may need in the future with no qualms whatsoever.

We just went online to check the status of our little boy's allergy meds (ordered for the first time from 1800PetMeds). When I tracked the package, I saw that it was delivered two days ago to our OLD address. We realized that, while we had updated the billing address, we did not update the shipping info. I clicked the Live Chat and got Bradley. Bradley is shipping a replacement order to us FOR FREE tomorrow! Really? Really? Who does that?! Evidently 1800PetMeds does - even when it's your fault! I really love this website. It's so much easier to just order here and get the supplies you need for your pets in one fell swoop. Their prices are good, in fact, a bit lower than most large Pet Store chains and they have specialty products that you can't usually find at the stores.
One great thing is that the prescription medications you need for your pest are much cheaper here than if you were to buy the medicine at your local vet. You do need a pet prescription for some. Usually I will ask for the prescription from my vet and the vet sometimes lowers their prices to match 1800petmeds.
All in all, it is a fun place to shop if you are a pet owner/lover.
I recently sent in scripts for my two Rottweilers medicine. I called ahead of time and was helped by a very nice woman. She explained that I could go online and put in the order, then mail the scripts, which is exactly what I did. The medicine arrived just 4 days after they received my scripts. Awesome!

I have tried many online stores to buy cheap pet medication and some of them are complete scams. I now usually buy at 1800petmeds, they have pretty much everything you need and their prices are extremely reasonable and cheaper than going to your local vet or pet store.
We are first time users and were quite satisfied. Saved over 20% compared to our local Walmart. Shipping was fast and free even though the additional discount sale took the total below the $39 minimum order. I've found other, cheaper web-sites but wasn't as comfortable with the reviews.
My dog has been prescribed Rimadyl for over a year now and after recently moving across town from our vet's office, I started looking into an online pharmacy for my dog. We've now done 2 separate orders with 1800PetMeds and it is so easy! They send you coupons in email which is nice and the shipping is very speedy.

I have used this company many times over the years and had good service. The last two times, they sort of forgot to send my order. Apparently, they think refunding the amount of expedited shipping makes it OK. No. Additionally, if you want confirmation and shipping emails, you have to agree to all of their spam emails. This is my last order from them. There are plenty of other companies who do this.

I always ordered before the shipping deadline. I always paid for overnight shipping. The medicine always arrived 3-5 days later. The last order, which I cancelled, also included medicine my pets need, but I did not order. Found out my account was placed on "auto ship", which I never agreed to. Will be looking for another pharmacy.

I love 1800petmeds! I've ordered several different types of medicine and shampoo for my allergy prone puggle and everything arrives quickly. Most of the time I get free shipping (if you spend over $39, it's free I believe!) and the package is well-sealed with a cute dog biscuit inside. They regularly send me coupon codes for $5 off here and there. Recently had an issue with my vet not approving a prescription. Once I spoke with my vet, I called 1800petmeds for the first time, as I normally just order online. I didn't have to wait on hold, and Ed was friendly, helpful, and efficient at solving my issue. When was the last time you had *that* kind of customer service?! Thanks, Ed and 1800petmeds. You guys rock my socks. (Winston says thank you as well!)
On August 10 I placed an order for 100 mg gabapentin for my dog and paid for overnight shipping as she was getting close to being out of medication. On Thursday, August 12 they called me with a question and assured me it would ship out that day. Checked for a tracking number early Saturday morning and it has still not shipped. Now I have to drive 40 minutes to my vets office to pay double the price to get the medication as my dog is out of meds and in pain. I will not trust 800petmeds with my pets medication needs any more.
I ordered Seresto flea collars on the website ( one for small dog, one for indoor cat). They can pretty quick but about two weeks after the collars were on them I noticed FLEAS! Yikes! I emailed them immediately letting them know the collars didn't seem to be working and within 15 minutes received a reply from customer service apologizing for the problem and not one, but TWO options to take further action. Above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you! Will continue to do business based on this experience.
