I had ordered a Seresto flea collar and had asked that it be shipped regular USPS 2 to four day shipping. The post office made a mistake (no fault of Pet Meds) and it was somewhere in Illinois after 5 days (I live in FLorida). I explained that the fleas were getting bad and Pet Meds shipped me another collar overnight at no charge and asked that if the original order comes, just write return to sender on the package, and send it back. They have amazing customer service! There was a human that answered the phone, she was intelligent, courteous, and went beyond what I expected in customer service. I will only use them from now on. (By the way, the price was excellent compared to other mail order companies too. I checked).
Amazed to see good reviews,for that was not my experience. First,they dragged their feet calling my vet to fill an order for pain meds my dog desperately needed. Took almost 2 weeks to get order. You would think these geniuses would have then USED COMMON SENSE to push autofill back but instead wanted to send order out at the designated date still, which obviously wasn't needed for 2 weeks. Another inconvenience having to reconnect them Wouldn't recommend this crap company to anyone.
Placed an order for two Braveto chews for my dog! A six month supply with a prescription from my vet. I received a pack containing one chew (a three month supply) I emailed over and over and received the same response stating that my order was for one chew supply, I can pull up my order and clearly see it was a six month supply, they say the prescription was only three month supply, I know it wasn't and my vet confirmed it wasn't. I should have listened to my vet, they told me not to use this company stating that had ethical problems

I ordered before the cut off time on the 31st so I should've received my meds on the first. They DID NOT contact my vet until the next day. And they even said that to me on the phone the next day. And I had to be the one to make sure they sent the email to my vet and that didn't even happen for an additional 3hrs! I mean luckily my vet was quick to reply so I could even get my meds before the cutoff time on the 1st since as I said it took 3hrs for that email to go through.

I've used this company a number of times and haven't been too impressed with their service. While not a horrible experience, I will likely look elsewhere in the future.
They offer a wide selection of pet products and have good prices. I've ordered from them twice and saved money purchasing frontline for my dogs. I also got free shipping both times.
I buy all my pet medications here and they have fast shipping, great prices and if there ever is a problem, their customer service gets back to me right away and takes care of the problem.
They are usually cheaper than retail stores and local vets and their shipping is fast so your pet gets their medication on time. Never had any problems with them.
I tried ordering a prescription for my dog online through this company and so far it has taken two live chats with them and three phone calls to my vet and they STILL haven't shipped the order. I have the prescription in hand that I can fax but they won't accept it - I would have to mail it and wait 7-10 days for it to be processed. This medication is my dog's last hope - if he doesn't improve on it he will have to be euthanized so it is IMPERATIVE that he start it immediately. Their archaic system of obtaining prescriptions and order processing has to be updated as dogs' lives are quite literally dependent on getting their prescriptions filled in a timely manner.

Look elsewhere if you are looking to have your prescription filled quickly.

They arrive much faster than I thought. You even had to get in touch with my Vet! I want to buy a box treat You sent us too if I can. I do not see them on page.

This company guaranteed 5 day shipping to Canada and I paid $15 for this as I needed pet medication urgently. After 20 days of calling up and enquiring as to where it was, I found out they had incorrectly sent it to Australia for no apparent reason at all, and despite my receipt/all my details clearly showing shipping address in Canada. No one had told me this on the many other times I called (when they told me it was 'on its way to Canada' and no apologies in the end. Totally incompetent. Use the word 5 day delivery guarantee as a scam to get you to purchase when they do not even have stock on hand and make you wait up to 20 days or longer. This business would never survive in a real world setting but they think they can continue to operate like this online + maintain a reputation, good luck with that!
This place is a total joke and Im seriously considering exercising my consumer rights if I don't get a refund in 5 days. I will also make sure any potential customer of this company is aware of their reputation and the way that they operate. FYI Petmeds, some of your customers are lawyers and know their legal rights...

Great prices & Customer Service! Would highly recommend especially for horse medication. Presend is what my vet has my 28 year old horse on... it has returned him to his youth! Amazing stuff!
Just place an order where they screw it up, and you'll find out what 'wonderful' people they are.
My order never arrived, and they say check the address (which was correct), and then 'hug your furry friends'.
They don't care at all about you or your dogs.
3/7: The order was placed Feb. 23. When I didn't receive the order, all I got was suggestions to 'call the post office' and 'are you sure the address is correct'. This is three more days arguing with them. Only when I got angry did they offer to reship it, which I did not want.
My dog needs this medicine for her syringomylia, which could kill her without proper maintenance.
Do you think I would trust them to re-ship the order, when I need it NOW?

They send me an email for reordering 2 prescriptions. I get a call a week after confirming the order and the pharmacist tells me that I am ordering 1 if them too early! How am I doing it too early when they are the ones sending me the reminder to order again? Then the pharmacist had me count the remaining pills I have. When he finds out I will need more in a week, he questions me about it like I am misusing my 18 year old dogs meds. My dog takes 1 peice of a pill every 8-12 hours (or as needed for pain). I have never been treated this way when ordering his medications elsewhere. The man or woman on phone was rude and unhelpful! I have cancelled the order with 1800petmeds and will happily get them filled through my vet again. They did not care one bit about losing a customer, nor did they try anything to correct the issue. I DO NOT recommend 1800petmeds for elderly animals that require medication to function! I will never order with them again for any animal I have due to the way they handled this refill (that they sent me an email saying it was time to order again)! Terrible customer service!

UPDATE: They ended up reaching out to me and trying to figure out what happened to my script, they never did find it? Not sure why? Or how? Anyways, they contacted my vet to get another script and shipped me the meds overnight at no cost. They made everything OK. The lady Delia I had spoke with sincerely cares about the company and the customers and did everything she could to make things right, which she had. However the other employees just don't seem to care about the company or the customers. I cannot say that about all the employees. But atleast about the 2 girls I had spoke with prior. Either way, they sent me my meds, my cat is happy now, so am I! The original review is below. I had this as a 1 star, I am changing to 4.

Paid to have my prescription sent priority and return receipt, I know they received my script. The day they received it, the order turned to processing. I called and spoke with pharmacist. They received it but told me they take 10 days to process. (Which is stated No where) After 15 days I got a letter stating they never got my script, I called again and they said ya we never got it. BS! You told me u had it before, my receipt and tracking said u did! Now u don't! Wtf! No apologies, no explanation. Waste of time and money, not only that my animals suffered waiting for flea meds that never came. Terrible, company!

I went here to save money on meds for my rat terrier. I will start looking for another company. First, she had a heartworm exam October 2023, and the meds were denied. She went for yearly shots 12/26/23, and I denied the heartworm exam since she just had one. This was the vet's error and not them; however, both parties have made it difficult and a pain in the tail for meds! Both parties should work together to correct the mistakes, and I should not have had to call three times! Then, they denied the gabapentin she is on. They state the vets with the pharmacy denied the meds because it was too soon to order a controlled substance. Interesting! Your customer services reps advised this wouldn't be an issue as long as the vet approved. Do they not all work together and are they not all on the same page? I work total loss insurance, and I go over and beyond to do my best. They should do the job I do and maybe get taken down notches. I deal with a lot daily, and I have to do your jobs too. Get it together! I should call once and it all be taken care of, but every time, this becomes an ordeal.
What a rip-off! I have checked many websites to compair prices of flea control products and can only assume that this website is charging more because of all the money they spend on commericals.
Worst service ever, paid for expedited 2 day shipping on a prescdription I needed today, so that I would receive it TODAY, they haven't even bothered to get vet approval yet... had two scripts from two different vets, said NEITHER vet had okayed... RIGHT! Then asked me for the vet's email, I googled it like they could have, worst customer service EVER, do NOT order from them! There phone line is always busy, the chat shuts down on you and then you can't start a new chat because the old chat is "still running", but is nowhere to be found on my laptop, just great...

I'm probably going to have to cancel the order and get it somewhere else since they can't seem to contact either vet....I have never had this problem before with other services...
Let me just start by saying that the only reason I gave more than one star was because of their online customer service. My senior dog has mobility issues and requires pain meds. I placed orders over two consecutive months for the same meds for the same pet, and had issues both times that were only resolved because I called them.
First, in order to enter a different shipping address than my billing address I had to reenter my card information. This did two things: 1) It triggered a fraud alert on my card, which then was declined; and 2) It changed my billing address to be the same as my shipping address, which also resulted in a decline on my card.
Second, they never informed me that there was a problem with my order. They merely sent me an email that confirmed my order. I only found out there was a problem with my order when I logged back on to my account to check on my order, and saw the order status which read "Problem" as a hyperlink. When I clicked on the hyperlink, the exact same page loaded again in a new tab of my browser. It provided NO information about the problem with my order.
Both times I have used the website to order I have ended up calling customer service to have them complete the order. The website is useless, and I will not be using it again. I will use a different provider next time--one whose website actually works!
