BUYERS BEWARE! This company is a big fraud. I would give them a zero if possible. I bought an item from their website at a cost of SGD172.24 and cancelled it before it was dispatched. I asked that the refund is credited back into my bank account. It's been 7 months now and after several emails and calls I still have not been refunded. I get the same default message whenever I call which is that the issue has been escalated to their finance department. Now when I call, it doesn't even go though any more. How can such a company be allowed to exist?

They have given back my refund although it's not the full amount. Better than nothing. They always communicate and assure my refund will be given back.

The order was not fulfilled after two months. There was a refund but, due to exchange rate differences adopted by the card company, a loss was suffered. The refund was to cover this loss

I lost more than 130 USD. I haven't got any product nor the refund. It's been 3 months. They are using bots to give positive reviews for themselves.

So many reviewer here complain about their order immediately canceled after they order on this web and still didnt receive they money back, even there is until 4 months.
I didnt receive my money back until now i write this review, i need that money for my medical emergency. Its 1 week after my order cancel by they team, i know its just SGD 33 and maybe that money its liltle for them, but here in indonesia that a big enough, i borrow my parents money for my medical, and now its been 3 weeks after the cancel order they CS its always repling but with unhelp answer, they just reply like "oh hi just wait ok" "oh hi im here with you dont worry" i mean like what the...
Well if i know this web its really bad i will not order in this web, my bad, maybe im just not lucky, bye money i hope they use u to give food the poor people there.

Would like to feedback on the prompt reply n refund that you staff have did for us. I bought surgical mask during January 2020. Due to high demand both order was cancelled as it was out of stock. I raise the 1st order refund case to Tracy. She was awesome even thought she mentioned waiting time need 10-14 working days. I got my 1st refund within 5 working days. After which the 2nd refund was filed on 18th of Feb by the other colleague. After calling no advice or even any update for the next 10 days till I send the 2nd email to check on the status. Reply mentioning that might need to wait up to 30 days which I find it not acceptable. So I call in and check again. God bless Tracy pick up n I told her the problem I'm facing. She apologized for the inconvenience caused n straight away proceed after we finish talking on the phone. Refund was done by Milana and received in next 2 days. Appreciated all your staff help. But just that this time round not able to get the item we needed. Once again appreciated and thank u.

I paid for an item with a debit card and payment was successful. The next day, I noticed the order status was still pending and called customer service, which was someone who sounded like her native language wasn't english and washing something in the kitchen at home. I asked why the order status reflected pending and how long delivery would take, and she said 1outlets hadn't received my money yet and asked to call the bank. I did ask, IF I would ask for a cancellation would I get my refund back? She said no refunds as my payment wasn't received. Then I said ok, I'll give the bank a call.

I called the credit card company and after checking, they said that the payment got through, and to wait 7 working days as the payment might be on float. If I haven't received it after 7 working days, to call back and they will issue a dispute, which will take the payment back from 1outlets and return it to me. I felt more assured but after I hung up, I read an email sent by 1outlets that they had cancelled my order!

1outlets requested in the email to give these details without explaining why:

Dear XXXXXXXXX,

Your order has been cancelled.
Your Payment was not successful.

Please help to send us some details for us to check with the bank immediately.
(1) bank payment print-screen,
(b) date order and
(c) last 4 credit card number

Cancellation Approved!
Submitted for Processing.
Refund Amount: USD 0.00

After this load of nonsense, I have neither a pending order nor the money I paid.

Bought a set of builder's belt, waited 2 monthes and got my order cancelled, refunded my a fking store credit instead of real money. Its a scam online store. Be aware

Tip for consumers:
they refund you by store credit. its useless becus they aint shipping anything to you

I ordered to 1Outlets the 15th of March 2 items one of USD 23.97 and the other of USD 54.34. I received the parcel that has traveled from Singapore to Frankfurt (Germany) and finally landed in Papua New Guinea the 1st of June. The parcel was containing only one part of my order The order for a value of USD 23.97 arrived while the second part of the order for a value of USD 54.34 was not in the parcel. I paid the 15 of March 2019 the total amount for the full order USD 78.30.
The parcel that I received has been open by the custom and was containing ONLY a part of the order and nothing else.
Two persons in which one customs officer have witnessed that the parcel was containing only one box.
I was expecting that 1Outlets reimburse me immediately the amount due of USD 54.34 or send me the missing item and you send me the tracking number of the new parcel.
I received no answers from 1Outlets from there.
I know now that 1Outlets is not very serious with clients and I will no more buy to this company. I strongly advise all potential customers to be very cautious while ordering anything to them.

Terrible. I cannot contact anyone. I never get tracking number. Cause problem, I have to contact my bank to get all my money back and sign alot of documents.

I give it a zero. Total scam. Do Not order through is company. Never recieved my item and they are they canceled for some reason. Then they only give credit as a refund. Scam

All professionally handled by the CS by email.
Satisfied by the feedback. I live in HK I purchased by mistake an item with different voltage, I have been informed by the CS about this issue.

Terrible.

Ordered expensive earplugs (Etymotics ER20XS) on January 19,2019. It's been 4 months but still shows as "PENDING SHIPPING (PROCESSING)".

At this point, I don't think I'll ever receive them, or get my money back.

Lesson learnt.
