They didn't deliver order but never give my money back!. Amount of nearly 400 EUR!
After 3 months I now ask my bank to help me.

Easy to use and good follow up from the customer service. The only thing to suggest is that, if the delivery can be quicker than merrier.

Got a full refund after goods ordered could not be supplied. In spite of negative reports, I had read about Prubuy I was very satisfied.Thank you.

I PLACED AN ORDER BEGINNING OF OCTOBER, DID NOT HEAR FROM THEM TO CONFIRM ORDER HAD BEEN POSTED, CONTACTED THEM VIA EMAIL, THEY RESPONDED MERCHANT NOT GOING TO FULFILL ORDER, THEY THEN ORDERED FROM ANOTHER MERCHANT, SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN NO CONFIRMATION THAT ORDER HAD BEEN POSTED, HAVE SENT ABOUT 15 EMAILS TO THEM THE ONLY RESPONSE I GET IS THE COMPUTERIZED EMAIL SAYING MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND WHEN THEY HAVE ANY FURTHER INFO ON MY ORDER THEY WILL LET ME KNOW, ALSO SAY IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT THEM. THEY DO NOT READ ANY EMAILS, THEY ARE NOT IN THE U. K, I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND AS I DONT HAVE THE EXTRA MONEY TO BUY ELSEWHERE WITHOUT THE REFUND. THEY BASICALLY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY £50+ AND HAVE LEFT ME WITH NO WAY OF GETTING THEM TO RESPOND TO MY EMAILS WITH ANSWERS TO MY QUERIES, OR ABOUT GIVING ME A REFUND. DISGUSTING OPERATION, I AM AT MY WITS END. MY ORDER WAS FOR MEDICATION FOR MY DOG THAT CAN ONLY BE GOT FROM AMERICA, THEY SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE ITEMS, TAKE PAYMENT WITHOUT KNOWING THEY CAN GET THE GOODS, TOTAL SCAM OF A COMPANY, IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW I CAN CONTACT THEM OTHER THAN THE WEBSITE PLEASE COULD YOU LET ME KNOW

I received my order after more than 3 months. Fine Products but take long time to receive. The support is good. They try to help me track the order.

27th, June, Even though I received the e-mail that the refund about "Ticket Id: *******" had been approved, still the refund has not been requested to my credit card company.

Thank you for your email, my bank has confirmed that the refund is in the system and will shortly appear on my statement.

I have verified with my bank, amount is credited back to my card. Just want to say thank you for the prompt refund.

Total scam, I purchased a bag of CORN FLOUR just 4 pounds, I can't find this product in the Philippines so that's why I decided to pay three times (around $15usd) the price that normally costs in my country, purchase was easy not problem, upon shipping updates it seemed everything will be fine until I got an email from the "shipping company" asking me for proof of purchase because package was "held" in Customs, a couple of days later they contacted me again with the "Tax calculation from Customs" guest what? They are asking me to pay 10k php (almost $200USD) to release my package, I asked them to send me proof of that charge, they said they can't that I need to make the deposit to an account which is not from customs just a random bank account and after that they would be able to send me the recipe. First, do you really think I will run to the bank and deposit $200 to a "company" that seems an scam? Do you really think I would pay more than $200 for something that normally costs less than $5? Who can believe that. I better loose what I paid for the "order". I really wanted to give a chance to this website but it just disappointed me.

Your staff did a great job! They response email within 1 day. Also they gave me a phone call to confirm the refund which make me feel comfortable.

Not bad... even my order was cancelled, but they refund my money in the same month. Try to asked the stock for your puchase before ordering.
