BUYERS BEWARE! This company is a big fraud. I would give them a zero if possible. I bought an item from their website at a cost of SGD172.24 and cancelled it before it was dispatched. I asked that the refund is credited back into my bank account. It's been 7 months now and after several emails and calls I still have not been refunded. I get the same default message whenever I call which is that the issue has been escalated to their finance department. Now when I call, it doesn't even go though any more. How can such a company be allowed to exist?
This site is a fraud people. Stop sending them money. My company has many complaints about not sending the items or refunding them. And because they keep changing their TRR account is hard for tracking them. Read the reviews about sites you order from, if you hear one negative review stop reading any further. All the positive ones are from the fraud company.

Do NOT use this company. Covid19 is used as an excuse for not being able to get goods you've ordered. They say you will get refund which never materialises. They send emails saying "you will get refund in the next 7-10 days" - doesn't happen. The emails are not grammatically correct either! SCAMMERS!
On May 22,2019 I ordered US$525 vitamins from them and a few days later they emailed me and said they are out of stock and will refund the money. Until July 17 not a cent refunded. I called and complained and they emailed it within a month but now Aug 13 not a cent and it's been two months since I paid. I called and it's a call centre no money. No reply! I have opened up a file with credit card company to get refund. They told me it takes two to three months to get money back after investigation.
Even if not delivered all the pieces I ordered and it took a long time to solve everything, I am finally satisfied.
Ordered goods arrived after about 2 months. After opening, I found out that only 1/3 of the ordered and paid goods came. At the customer service, nobody wanted to deal with it for a long time, and frankly, I was pretty upset that I didn't have the goods or the money. Everything turned to good when Jarah took over the matter. I greatly appreciate her approach and quick resolution, so I give the highest ranking.
I ordered the Balanced Essentials Liquid Multivitamins online as I cannot buy these in UK. On the first attempt, the merchant could not ship this item from US however, the team at 1outlets managed to find a merchant that could ship this to me via Singapore. I received it in 12 days. Fantastic service. I will use again and recommend to others.
The customer service were prompt in giving feedback about my order. Unfortunately, my order can not be sent for understandable reasons due to the pandemic. However, the customer service immediately informed me about what happened. They replied quick and tried to contact me through my cellular number. Still giving them 5 stars for customer service that every customer deserves.

Great variety of overseas products, kind support staff that will attend to your needs promptly. Many items that aren't available in Singapore can be found here. Good sourcing of merchants for similar items. Wide variety of gourmet products. I'm glad there are companies like this catering to overseas products that we love so much.

Goods delivery was made on time and when I had problems with local customs they did what they could do. Of course, the company has to check again with transportation company how they could reduce custom's expences.
Do not buy from this shop because it's a fake, it makes u order what u are looking for then takes the money out straight away, then cancels your order and doesn't give your money back till dayyyyys. They can take your money out fast but can't replace it as quickly.
All of you should be careful from this website because it is a big Scamer. The product I paid to buy did not give me the product but kept my money. I have messaged them many times but they are not replying. I would suggest everyone to stay away from them.
I would rate zero star if I can choose. Worse ever service. They informed me that they can't get stock from their supplier AFTER 2 WEEKS of my order placement. Cancelled order, and can't get the refund after 3months! And I'm still waiting, and keep calling. Waste my time & money!
My original order was lost or stolen or cancelled im not sure which so it was more tha two months before i received my goods after an investigation was done. The second order was expidited very fast and arrived quickly. The customer services were polite and helpful and did thier best to see I received the order. Just a shame the product leaked on the packaging not the fault of the company i add.

Ordered item 1month prior to Christmas. After 3 emails of concern over items whereabouts & being advised it would definitely arrive on the 24th December. It didn't! One clearly upset little boy Christmas Day. Sheffield UK.

I have placed an order with them this year, 29th June 2019. Till now (November 25th), not all ordered and paid goods (80%) have arrived. After issuing a complain, a refund for the 8 missing items was communicated after a long back and forth.
Same issue, so far no refund has been received and no evidence has been provided that a actual refund effort has been made. The refund amount is about USD 200!
The entire experience was a nightmare. I strongly suggest not to place any order with this company. Appears like that they don't keep stock or have a poor choice of merchants. Worst customer experience ever.

Placed an order in Jan 24,2019, received and few days later and said merchant didn't ship. They said, " Refund generally takes up to 10 to 30 days to process and transfer the funds back to the customer's same credit card. " Their customer service is terrible, passing from one to another to Kendall K., Hadid He., Devon W. And Hien. H. Still not received my refund as it's been more than 4 months! Made an order on Aug 21 got order & get email confirmation from Snow M replied & subsequently got another email from Lindsay P canceled on the same day with a refund promised between 7-30 days. Contacted credit card on Sep 18 and there no transaction refund has made to date?
Same situation with Sascha L posted on Sept 10 multiple emails and calls to the company and there is no response. A machine automated message is relayed over the telephone.
Yes & it would not be wise to place an order with this company, looking at the number of bad and similar reviews online.
We should made a police report if there no response in 30 days.

This sale went wrong, not because of 1Outlets', but because of supplier problems. I have had very good customer service from 1Outlets - even an international phone call. This is unheard of. I would recommend 1Outlets as Internet supplier of goods and services to anyone.
