BUYERS BEWARE! This company is a big fraud. I would give them a zero if possible. I bought an item from their website at a cost of SGD172.24 and cancelled it before it was dispatched. I asked that the refund is credited back into my bank account. It's been 7 months now and after several emails and calls I still have not been refunded. I get the same default message whenever I call which is that the issue has been escalated to their finance department. Now when I call, it doesn't even go though any more. How can such a company be allowed to exist?
I can confirm this 1outlet is 100% a scam company,
They won't send the item to you,
And they won't refund the money to you,
They only will told you to wait.
Wait 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, 1 year,
They will keep delay it until you lost your patience.
But i don't understand why this company still can running his business in singapore more than 5 years.
Is singapore government allow scammer doing business in his country?
I have order more than 10 items within a year, but disappointed than they cancel 95% of my order with the nonsense reasons that the item is out of stock whereby I have the items is actually in stock? I have feedback to them about my disappointment but they don't care. They also promised to replace my orders with same brand and same quality but from different company. I was happy with their arrangement but in fact they just kidding. At the end, they still cancel my order and refund to me. I felt very very very dissatisfied and unhappy with the way they handle my case. They even told me that I items been lost in their warehouse. What a nonsense reasons!
From the time I placed my order, I received timely mails about the delivery status and saved my time of getting into follow. The after-delivery call to confirm receipt of the purchased items is yet another value-added service to be appreciated.

Almost 2 months after order, item or refund still not receive. 1st they said merchant cannot supply, then they email asked for top up usd25 to buy from other seller or refund. Agreed for top up but still no progress. Then they said this seller also no update and they asked whether to buy from alternative seller or refund.
Agreed for refund but after that they no longer response the email.
Until now still no refund. Almost 2 months past.
Pls avoid this company. Later will regret.

I ordered this in August was due in Sept. I never received and when i asked where it was my order was cancelled! I then received a refund at the end of December. No explanation about what happened to the product which was meant to be a gift!
I made a mistake of ordering a crib that was too big for our room and would just not fit into any of the other rooms, so we had to cancel our order. I asked for cancellation and got back my refund within the stipulated 30-day period. Shout out to Tracy, Milana, Jarah, Helena and others on the support team for their fantastic effort.
I received my refund after more than 3 months. All my emails are ignored and no reply received from them after they fail to deliver my orders on July 9,2019. I requested my friend in Singapore to call their office and that's the only time they emailed me and process my refund. I received my refund on October 22,2019.
I sent real amount to buy a product from them.I was communicating with them. But they are not giving me any answer. They told me first that we don't have the product. But I will give you after some time but they are not giving me any reply till now.
Mistakenly I ordered the same product twice, contacted the company which immediately - and I mean immediately! - cancelled and refunded one order, no discussion, no hassle, nothing. Excellent customer service. Now awaiting delivery of the order, due May 16.
I am happy with the service although I didn't get the product I'd like to buy. It would be nice to let customer know if the product that the customer placed an order could not be delivered to the country of residence of the customer so that he/she would not proceed to make an order only to know such limitation later and had to request for the refund like in my case. However, I am happy with your prompt action to refund to my credit card.
I understand the demand of masks is extremely high due to the current situation. The client services team has been checking closely with the supplier and keeping me update. Though the supplier cannot deliver, appreciate the client services team perform in professional way.
The service team definitely did a great job to follow through my refund. And the whole refund process was a breeze as the team would update me closely on the status. Definitely a YES for me to continue patronizing this shopping platform!

After writing 2 reviews on different avenues, 1Outlets responded, promised to process the refund. Then an email on 30th July said they have sent the refund back to my bank, asked me to wait for 7-30 days and to contact them if I don't see my refund in my bank statement. Well, I checked this morning. Surprise! My refund was credited back to my bank intact on 31st July! That was fast, didn't expect it, that's why I didn't check earlier. Relieved, but lesson learnt! Do not shop online unless you're 100% sure of the integrity of your shopping site!
I ordered some tools from 1oulet end of Sept and the delivery is mid Nov! That was not particular special and I don't see why the lead time is so long. Anyway I have no way of canceling and unable to read the customer review nor leave a review. Looks like got screwed here

They cancelled my order right after they approved the order and charged my credit card.
They didnt even bother to refund back unless you chase them. Call them. You will be surprised that their call centre/ customer service hq and finance department are actually in Vietnam.
They finally refunded me back but after a tiring chase. They sent an apology email with a usd10
Voucher for the customer to use in the next purchase. No thanks. I had a nightmare experience shopping with 1Outlets, dont intend to experience the nightmare again. Beware and be careful.
I have dealt with them for 10 months already and they have cancelled my orders 3 times and never delivered. I threaten them for a refund and even as they promised they never made the payment. Total scam and I don't understand how they can survive with this fraudulent business!

I ORDERED Some fertilizer, $64 USD worth. 3 hours after I paid they said they could not deliver, so they issued me a refund. I waited 2 weeks and inquired about the refund. They claim to have issued the refund that day, not the day they canceled the order. The thing is they waited 2 weeks to send the so called refund. Now another 10 days later and my bank knows nothing about a refund. They offer excuses but they already knew they could NOT send the goods before the took the Money. They are holding refunds to get Interest. I want to know why no law enforcement is taking care of this,. It is a internet scam just as any other. Where is the Law?

I've placed an order but cancelled the order on the same day after reading the review worrying it is a scam. It replied my email a week after and I finally got the full refund about 20 days after the cancellation of the order.
The order needs to be cancelled due to failure to provide goods. In April, I was informed that the refund has been made, and I still have n't received the refund today. I want to check it, but I have not received any reply.

Product delivered well. They made it possible ordering the NatGeo map I wanted all the way from the US. It took ages but in the end it arrived well. And the customer service team is very responsive and sent the tracking number so you are aware when to expect the shipment and available when you need to ask anything.
