Their product did not work, I requested a refund next day, they did not get back to me with proper reply to assist in fixing the issue, I placed two complaints with PayPal (they sided with avangate) and now avangate have my money and they refuse to allow me use of drivertoolkit--buyer beware of avangate and PayPal
They read from a card, don't answer questions and make everything overly complicated. If you want to give a lot of personal info, this is the place.
1. They are not compatible with GST India norms and requirements of FIRC. When asked for FIRC which is a normal documentation on letterhead for declaration of USD received by them they just denied.
2. I have no issue to write on letterhead that I work with them but they have hesitatation for the same. But they dont hesitate to charge TDR for no service support provided.
3. They don't reply your emails even 10-30 days no surprise. 2checkout support system just fails all time; they never bother to reply timely and atleast 50% of emails to them are never replied.
3. When asked for letterhead information about the USD amount collected their Management team send all wrong amounts mentioned in USD. How come their management team can sign and send a letterhead with wrongful amount mentioned? Is this a type of management level support we have from them? I follow-up 10 times with them and they never replied.
4. I asked them to pay via PayPal so that atleast I can get FIRC for GST India norms and they denied.
They actually want to kill our business it seems like rather helping to grow as being their merchant. Will soon move our business out of them.
I will stay away from them and will soon move my business. Highly irresponsible service support.
I will better like to donate that 5.5% to some needy person, rather paying to such company who even dont bother to help merchant with timely service support.

I use this service last week and i do ads on website on fb and google and i get good response so i get more then 300 orders in 5 days so its total around $2500 or $2550 but on 6 day 2 checkout guys know we need to relies payment bcoz i set weekly pay out so they close my acc on 6th day without any notice even my all payments are pass and they send me email that all payments are pass but idk they close my acc and hold my all funds on 180 days and when i call they say u are doing scam its like wow i feel like i m big hacker but now they took my money and i know they never pay me so i request you plz get your funds asap bcoz i loss my money if you need any kind of proof you can contact me i will show you

No stars... They could not refund an incorrect purchase to my Credit Card when that is what the merchant billed. So called customer service is a JOKE

2Checkout has difficult payout details that are painful to work with. For example they require that you save payout details for EURO, USD, POUND.
There is a problem with this approach:
For examlle, if you have less than $100 in say, USD, you will not be paid the USD until you exceed $100. This applies to all the other currencies.
Here is the issue, if you have $99, £99, £99 worth of sales, you practically have $0, €0, £0. You cannot withdraw any of the amounts. If you exceed the USD for examlple to $105, you will with draw the USD only. The € and £ will remain out of your reach.
Remember that you will not receive the full $105 because they will charge exhorbitant fees on the poor amount you have worked for.
Additionally is you decide to close the account, you will wait 180 days (6 months) to receive the remainder of your revenue which chargea applied.
2Checkout is not a good online payments processor for innovative and serious online business because they have difficult payout plans and extra high charges.
I do not recommend them. I have used them and ran away empty handed at that.
I strongly dicourage 2Checkout
