Pathetic experience with 2checkout, I apply for 2chekcout 2monatize plane, After submitting all documents they don't respond me I wait for 7 days, then I apply a ticket and after 7 days their customer care responded to my mail and demand further docs from me, I provided them my CNIC, my house documents, business documents and all confidential data my banking details and etc, then I wait for 7 days they don't respond me then again I submitted my ticket and they took action after this I received their email we need a stamp paper of your property where you are running this business I provided them and again they delay me for 7 days, after 21 days of processing they just emailed me send us a product which you are selling, I just send them, they said please remove PayPal from your site to enable our gateway I just remove everything from site.
After processing of one month they just sent me a message" your product is against our guidelines and send me a link of prohibited products I just checked and my product was not their prohibited list, then again I submitted a email and request them my product is not listed in your prohibited products, and please send me a valid reason why you didn't approve me, then they only sent me a message we can't disclose and close my account. I just waste my 1 month and Provide all data. Very unprofessional I don't know why they don't approve me I have checked on my competitors website their gateway is integrated but they didn't approve me.
The charged me three times for the product Advanced sytem care. I did not recover the money yet. THEY ARE SCAM!
They steal from you, if you see a payment gateway with 2checkout, Don't do it go somewhere else. This is a RIPOFF SCAM company!

I've been waiting over a month for a response to my questions that I've sent a number of times.
We were never able to integrate our site or app and never did get the support to be able to do so.

Please know that the list of Prohibited Products and Services is merely representative, but not exhaustive. In other words, your business practices, products, and services may not be approved by 2Checkout regardless of whether they appear in the PPL list.
There are many factors that are taken into consideration when an account is reviewed. In general, all restrictive actions we take are to protect the partners and the customers from any negative scenarios. The most common reasons for closing accounts are generated by fraud scenarios, elevated chargeback rates, and consequences of banking regulations, among others.
