The whole process was very good from start to finish. They were very thorough and explained everything during each step of the process. No hidden fees or "catches". Would use them again. Unfortunately my drive was too damaged to extract data.
I sent in my drive, and they said if they can't recover 99% or more I will be able to decide whether to go with their service or not without a fee. They kept my drive for days for recovery, and then said they could recover 96% of the data and sent me the list.! Problem folder had all partially recovered files that may or may not open. Based on their report, whole drive had about 250GB data and! Problem folder had 230GB data, so I am entirely confused how they said they could recover 96% of the data at this point? They required me to pay them $115 for me to get my drive back even though they didn't provide 99% recovery. Based on my experience, I don't recommend them.

I contacted more than one data recovery company when my relative needed help with a dead external HDD. The companies that called me immediately after I enquired via email were very cagey when discussing costs. One of the companies called me multiple times and would not commit to a price. I got the impression that the files would be held for ransom by some of these shady characters. After further research it seems that some companies try to charge as much as possible. I got the impression that I'd be bidding for my files. "Starting" at $249 is not quote. They have to have your drive in hand to give you a price.
$300 Data Recovery responded via email (no sales call) with clear communication about the process and was very transparent that $300 plus shipping would be the total cost unless a "donor" drive had to be sourced to replace faulty parts on the bad drive. It turned out that we did have to buy that drive at an additional cost of $146.
Including that cost and all the shipping, the total cost was $466. They recovered everything as far as I can tell. Communication was great throughout the process. I had no surprises.
I would not hesitate to recommend them, and I'll use them again if I have a similar issue in the future.
I have sent many drives to $300 Dollar Data Recovery and have had tremendous success and excellent service each time! I highly recommend them.
The whole process went well. It was easy getting an on line assessment and quotation. The order was processed very efficiently with plenty of emails to keep me updated of the process. The final package with my new SanDisk arrived safely and quickly. I thoroughly recommend using this service.

I sent off my drive on a Tuesday night and received it repaired and recovered with a clone (by request) by Monday with the mail. Saved us thousands in having to buy new equipment due to missing drivers

The best start-to-finish customer service and delivery-on-end-product experience that I have had in years. Like maybe a decade. They did what local services could not and recovered all of my data from a Mac laptop that took a bath in a travel mug of tea and completely died. The price was reasonable and each stage of the process was guided by their patient staff. They answered my questions promptly, yet didn't pester me when I sat on sending my laptop to gather more info and competitive analysis. Couldn't be happier with them.
I had an external hard drive that has been needed to be repaired for over 10 years but could never afford the quotes I received. I finally stumbled across $300 Data Recovery and I couldn't be more happy. They were upfront, very communicative, affordable, and my drive was finally recovered. It was such a relief to see all my old family photos that I thought were gone forever. Highly recommended!
The saddest thing...most expensive mistake yet...dropped a simple mass storage device on the floor. That's it folks. Dropped it on the floor and it had all my years of kids pics on it. But $300 data recovery came to the rescue. I had to buy another device and send it in but those guys did the work quickly, without breaking the bank too bad like the other companies out there. They kept me in the loop the entire time and sent it back. Next thing I'm gonna do is wrap this fragile thing in bubble wrap so no one ever drops it on the floor again! Thank you $300 data recovery.
$300 Data Recovery are honest, friendly, reliable, experts, professionals and a lifesaver of data recovery. I would proudly recommend them to all who need data recovery. From start to finish they are about the customer satisfaction. Service and price is more than excellent.
When the hard drive crashed in my recording studio I was literally sick to my stomach. I thought the last 10 years of original material was lost. Thankfully $300 Data Recovery was able to recover 95% of my data. They kept me informed during each step of the process including the potential cost. I would recommend $300 Data Recovery for anyone in need.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience with $300 Data Recovery. Everything from customer service, communication to the data recovery was extremely professional. I had a damaged flash drive that contained priceless pictures of my son and I touring every Major League Baseball stadium over the course of two summers. The internal "brains" of the flash drive were damaged. I truly thought all the pictures were lost. I received a few other quotes in the $1000 -$1200 price range. I wasn't able to afford such an expensive recovery attempt. Yes, I admit I was skeptical of $300 Data Recovery but what else had I to loose. Brian and his team performed a miracle and were able to recover 100% of all the pictures on the damaged flash drive. The final cost was $300, exactly like they promised. So, if you're looking for a top notch data recovery service, stop searching and contact them. You'll be extremely thankful, I know I was.
I watched about one minute of their website video and knew these were the people I wanted to do my data recovery. I wasn't wrong, the whole process was very easy from start to finish. A few simple questionnaires later and I shipped my drive off. They were able to get all the data I needed from my drive and the whole process took less than a week and a half. Their staff let me know what was going on with every step of their process, so I wasn't left in the dark. This is a great company and I highly recommend them.

Hard drive data recovery
I found $300 Data Recovery online after another outfit gave me an estimate of over $1100 to recover 25-50% of the data on my crashed external hard drive. $300 Data Recovery salvaged 99.99% of the data on the drive, for substantially less money. Wish I would have found them first and saved some time!
From the easy to follow instruction on how to get the hard drive to them to the constant communication of the process of what they diagnosed and needed to repair to the return of a working drive that allowed me to keep some very precious moments in pictures and videos that would have been lost, this company has my business whenever I have a hard drive go bad.
I sent in my drive, and they said if they can't recover 99% or more I will be able to decide whether to go with their service or not without a fee. They kept my drive for days for recovery, and then said they could recover 96% of the data and sent me the list.! Problem folder had all partially recovered files that may or may not open. I held on to this drive for twelve years and hoped I would one day be able to afford to have data recovered. They met all my expetations and more by keeping me up to date on all there steps and shipping imformation and recovered all my data. So I give them the highest rating that is possible,
The nicest customer service and turn around time and the price goes without saying. Saved me a ton. Top notch everthing.
I can only hope and pray that people who need data recovery come across them first.
When my computer crashed and my files were unable to be recovered, I was naturally panicked. I had no idea what to do, if anything could be done or what it should cost. A local company that came up in a Google search was eager to immediately accommodate me, quoting a price of $400 to start with no certainty of how much higher the cost would go (suggesting that it could be close to, or well over $1,000). While trying to crunch some numbers in my budget, I came across $300 Data Recovery. MAKE NO MISTAKE: Just because $300 Data Recovery is affordable doesn't mean that their product and service is not as good as the cost-prohibitive companies. In fact, they are better. $300 Data Recovery never tired of me (even though I was tired of myself!) but with each inquiry, they responded as if they knew me personally and were giving me preferential treatment. Actually, all of their information was clear, but they sensed that a person in the position of needing data recovery needs extra assurance.
They recovered my files at a minimum price with maximum care and top-notch service and expertise. The price was honest and reasonable and they were upfront with any possible additional costs (which were bare minimal) and the service was top-notch.
Tip for consumers:
Just follow their instructions that are extremely helpful in walking you through the process and you will be fine.

Data Recovery of lost files
Two 1/2 years ago (during the pandemic) I lost my external hard drive (it was old and not backed-up).
I had visited many retrieval sites and brick/mortars regarding the retrieval of my saved pictures going back 6 generations. My company's IT unit turned me on to $300.
They not only retrieved my pictures but most of my files (80% to be exact). This included music I had saved for years. I was happy to pay $300 for the retrieval and would have paid much more. $300 stayed in constant contact with me regarding how it was going. They sent me a file letting me know what they were able to retrieve (I could see the file names only) BEFORE I issued payment. Payment happened in minutes.
They sent me the files for a retrieval price of $300. I did purchase an external drive to place the files on although you can mail them one to use.
I cannot say enough about how well they handled this and my entire family thanks them from the bottom of our hearts.
My name is Vance White, I am a real person and a true believer in $300 Date Recovery.
The communication from $300 Data Recovery is exceptional as they keep you in the loop every step of the way. Highly recommend this company. Kudos to those who work at this company!
After discovering $300 Data Recovery through watching Carey Holzman's channel on YouTube and then having read many, many great reviews about $300 Data Recovery, I had no doubt that this was the company I wanted to use to recover the lost photos my late brother had taken while building his house back in 2004. The hard drive was completely dead but kept safe in an anti-static bag with the hope that someday the photos would be accessible.
Fast forward to 2021 and I finally sent the dead hard drive to $300 Data Recovery, along with a good SSD. As I'm in the UK and they are in the USA, the only thing I was worried about was if the drive would actually arrive there. Thankfully it did and $300 Data Recovery managed to clone 99.97% of the sectors on the drive! My Mum and I were so happy to hear this! The cost was only $300 for the recovery plus $62 for shipping. That's a bargain, compared to other data recovery companies!
Exactly a week later, we had both the good and bad drives back in the UK. The first thing I did, was to back up those files to another good drive, as well as to my google drive in the cloud. So now they are safe forever! Thank you $300 Data Recovery!

Data Recovery Service
This is my 3rd time that I use your service, and I'm impressed with the consistency each time! You got me out of trouble each time, and you do great work too!
My 4TB backup hard drive failed with 20 years of business and personal records, 1000s of hi res digital photos of all of our family trips and events, and about 800 hi res and CD albums. Only about half of this data had been backed up to other drives. (My computer had wiped out earlier in the year.) Fortunately, I found $300 Data Recovery, they provided careful instructions, and I sent them the drive. The heads on the drive weren't working and the disk was scratched. At that point, I thought I'd lost priceless photos and videos of my family. But they got replacement heads for the drive and projected an 84% recovery. In fact, I believe I have a 99% recovery because the few files they couldn't recover were saved more than once on the drive. They kept me completely informed, didn't sugar coat the situation, and gave me the option of stopping at each step without spending money. With all of the problems with the drive and needing replacement heads, the cost was $140 higher than the original estimate. I have no doubt that others would have charged three times as much, and their communication and service could not have been better!
$300 Dollar Data Recovery is THE ONLY DATA RECOVERY COMPANY YOU SHOULD USE, regardless of whether you are in the USA or Canada or elsewhere for that matter.
I am in Canada and I got quotes from many data recovery companies here that started from $900.00 and up to $1,500 or more. Nobody in Canada would give me a straight answer and tell me how much it would actually cost if my data was recovered.
After doing research online, I found $300 Dollar Data Recovery, read a lot of their reviews and personally spoke to some of their customers on Facebook Messenger who were incredibly satisfied with their services. So I did my homework on $300 Dollar Data Recovery and thought I'd give them a try.
And boy am I glad I did. From beginning to end, the experience of dealing with them went very smoothly. For starters, Brian (owner of the company) and his team of experts are incredibly honest, (giving exact estimates on costs) easy to work with and their communications by email telling me everything going on every step of the way was AMAZING!
Bottom Line, in the end, it was cheaper (even with the Canadian/ American Dollar exchange rate) to send my broken external hard drive to California than to try and recover my data in Canada.
So, If I ever need these services again, I will not trust anyone else other than $300 Dollar Data Recovery to do the job!
