My experience with 360tuners is worth mentioning, as I received my order timely and safely. The packaging was so fine that it took me around fifteen minutes to open it up. Last time, I faced a trouble on purchasing lights online from some other seller. They reached me in bad condition and I had left with no option than to throw them away, as the company didn't take the responsibility of damage. This time, I ordered headlights for my Audi A6 at 360tuners.com and received the delivery as per their conditions. They informed me at very point and caused no trouble or inconvenience. I received a call from their customer support centre even after receiving the order, whether it was in good condition or not. Moreover, the headlights I got are interestingly stylish and appealing. They are water-proof, shock-proof and UV protected. These qualities make them more look brighter and radiant till date. Go to 360tuners if you are tired of finding this comfort with auto parts seller.

Ordered tail lights in February. Its now june still dont have them. Called 6 times in the Last few months always told customs held up order coming in friday. Called today they refused to issue a refund. They are frauds. Stay away.

360tuners has given me the best online shopping experience. I purchased a pair of corner lights for my Chevy Blazer. Though I was not expecting a timely delivery but to my amazement the order was delivered one day before the committed time period. Their products are factory certified and meet all the requirements that any car enthusiast would search for. KEEP IT UP 360tuners.

This place sucks. They are there to help till they get your money. Send out cheap products not what you bought. Then they continue to lie and say it's shipped but never provide tracking information. It's been over a month now and nothing. I had to call bank to get money back. DONT buy here.

Recently a defective tail light was delivered to me and on my request they replaced it, with in promised time. I got impressed with their fast replacement service and would like to shop with 360tuners again.

Bought headlights for my vehicle, was sent ones that were not even for my car. Contacted them to remedy the situation, i was told by their customer service that i should never buy from them again. And then they banned me from their website! Keep in my mind that i am a paying customer who deserves and wants a refund, yet they banned me from accessing their site. I am completely blown away, I myself own a business, and if any of my employees treated a customer that way, they'd be looking for a new job tomorrow. But it seems pretty standard for 360tuners. Stay away from these guys, there are plenty of great reputable companies to by from.

I ordered a set of headlights to be sent to an autobody shop in Dawson Creek BC where my truck was being repaired 10 hours away from home after being in an accident out there. My billing address and shipping address were different. Instead of calling to ask if about any concerns of where to ship it, they sent it to my billing address! This put my truck fix 3 weeks behind schedule and the extra shipping costs had to be paid out by me personally to get the lights to the truck. When calling 360 I was bounced between people 3 or 4 times, put on hold, told they were going to call back and never did. And after 3 days of calling back was told that for the inconvenience they would give me $20 in store credit! Really?!?!?!?! Do you think id ever come back to these clowns again? Whoever reads this, take my advice, go elsewhere! These people don't are terrible!

This is a good place for car parts. I used to work on hot rods & trucks and made them unique for the buyer and would get a lot of parts from here. Shipping was free and it was nice to find about everything I needed without going on a scavenger hunt.

Just one of the many - Very bad customer service for this company. Had to send back pair of custom headlamps and could never get the problem resovled through them. They kept saying they would take care of it but never did. $280.00 now in dispute through credit card company.

Its been a week since I ordered a led third brake light for 2010 f 150. Tracking says the order is still processing. Are you kidding me. Wow. The slowest service ever... Now it is going on two weeks and no tracking # and online says order is finished. Still don't have the brake light...

PERFECT! I will definitely shop here again and have already recommended 360tuners.com to my friends and some family. They are good in all respect i. E in terms of customer service, product delivery and many more. I loved to shop with 360tuners.

Each of the 4x times I called about the order I was told something different. Today I called (10 days after ordering) I was told it takes 7-10 days to receive shipment. But they couldnt tell me anything, not when it would be ready, tracking info, nothing. No way to do business. Good thing I paid through PayPal. I demanded a refund and PayPal reflected it immediately.

I ordered a set of mirrors and never even got an email saying I ordered. However my email account was doing upgrades but I would still like to know when I am getting them. Never answered me about a military discount

I am never disappointed in terms of delivery, customer support and everything. I am very much satisfied and happy with their such a great customer service and I recommend to all my near and dear ones that they must visit 360tuners at least once and they will avail their service for rest of their life.

I was looking for a pair of headlights for my BMW 5. One of my friend suggested me to check out 360tuners. I saw a great variety of lights there which was based on different technologies like HID, LED, Projector and many more. I finalized LED Projector light and I was lucky enough that I got headlight on heavy discount due to special Christmas sale. They delivered my order at my place and did not charge a penny for it. I really appreciate them for their services.

Beware of the fake reviews on their site and here. I got tail lights for my car. A week after getting them installed the lens caps INSIDE the tail light had fallen off. And the plastic between the lights had melted. I contacted them about it and they refuse to exchange or return the item. They wouldn't even give me a credit to something else... Buyer Beware...

Dont do business with 360tuners.com they will rip you off. I ordered a set of lights from them, after a period of waiting, I finally got an email saying they were shipped, but they werent. I now have filed a complaint with paypal, and am writing the Attorney General here in Indiana and California, and the next step is the BBB in both states. DONT DO BUSINESS with 360tuners.com you have been warned. Help me put them down for good. Post it everywhere you can, tell everyone, help someone else from getting ripped off. He may get by for a while, but it is gonna get him...

It boggles the mind that in freaking 2015 people still do business like this. Definitely throws back to the nineties when buying something online was for suckers. Customer Service NEVER answers the phone - sales picks up after 2 rings. Emails don't get read - she said 24 to 48hrs. They shipped the wrong part. I feel like if I return it, that will be a whole nother drama. WTF!

These guys did nothing but utterly waste my time. I ordered a badgeless VW GTI grille from the web site. It was listed as 'In Stock'. So I complete the checkout process, and choose 2-Day shipping. I excitedly returned home 5 days later to find that the part hadn't arrived. At this point I began looking for my tracking number; they had never sent me one. They hadn't even sent me a confirmation email. So after going out of my way to contact them, I found out that the part was backordered and that it would be an additional 2 weeks. The next two weeks consisted of me asking about the order and receiving the answer "We will find out and contact you". They never contacted me. Every time I had to be the one that initiated contact. Utterly worthless customer service, don't waste your time with these guys and don't trust their web site.

360 tuners has no customer service. They have totally ignored my phone calls and emails. I ordered a pair of halo lights. One works and one does not. They have done nothing to help me make is right. I am out $200. Their only comment, I am not smart enough to put a light bulb (just the one side, since the order side works). Come on this is not customer service. IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY order from them, if you want customer service, find another store. I WISH I DID.

It took me 60 days to find resolve for my problem. Not only did the products take forever to ship, what I ordered wasn't what I received. The connections were incorrect and there were other issues as well. It took over 2 weeks to get a refund after they received the headlights back and kept 71 out of my 473 when I was promised a refund to the tune of 100%. It even cost me 72 in return shipping when they offer free shipping to begin with. Just got hung up on, banned from the website, igored and even cussed. This company is by far the most worthless business I've ever tried to support.

I oder a pair of mirrors for my blazer Aug. 15 2015. I still have not received them. 360Tuners cashed my money order Aug. 28 2015. I call them and they put me on hold and never return to the phone. That's OK 360 tuners, because I have reported them to the Federal trade commission and the BBB. Now I'm seeking legal action. They ban me from their live chat on line 'that's OK because I will call them every day utill I get a straight answer.Don't order from 360 tuners.

Worst on line vendor ever. Took my money on day of order. 20 days later I asked them (by e-mail since no one would answer any of their numbers0, where my parts were. No response. Finally customer service said they would cancel order and return my money. Five days later and still no money or parts. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered some tail lights back in March. They were in high demand and on backorder. I waited, and waited. I kept being told "your estimated time is 2 weeks". I waited for 3 months. Then, when they told me "your estimated time is 2 weeks", I asked for a refund. For the next 6 weeks I fought with them to get my refund. They kept telling me over and over that "We are processing it right now". I went to open a Paypal dispute but the transaction was past the allotted time. So I waited 2 weeks and asked again for my refund. Finally, they refunded my money.

They never once asked if they could do anything for me, if I needed anything else, or how else they could help. Absolutely horrible. I was very patient for the first 20 times. The last 20 took a toll however.

Tip for consumers:
They may be a perfectly good company when they have items in stock. Otherwise, I'd steer clear.

The WORST Cutomer Service EVER! Kevin is the "Customer Service Rep." I bought a set of headlights and one went out after a month and a half. I called to get a new one shipped to me but he told me that I would have to pa for shipping equaling $40. I bought the headlights for 55... he had no intention of helping me with their shoty product. I even offered to pay half of the shipping. I have never been talked to in this manner. I never write these reviews but in this case I am furious with this rep Kevin. I DO NOT like the way they do business and hope no one else has to deal with this crap service. I will never buy from them again!
