My experience with 360tuners is worth mentioning, as I received my order timely and safely. The packaging was so fine that it took me around fifteen minutes to open it up. Last time, I faced a trouble on purchasing lights online from some other seller. They reached me in bad condition and I had left with no option than to throw them away, as the company didn't take the responsibility of damage. This time, I ordered headlights for my Audi A6 at 360tuners.com and received the delivery as per their conditions. They informed me at very point and caused no trouble or inconvenience. I received a call from their customer support centre even after receiving the order, whether it was in good condition or not. Moreover, the headlights I got are interestingly stylish and appealing. They are water-proof, shock-proof and UV protected. These qualities make them more look brighter and radiant till date. Go to 360tuners if you are tired of finding this comfort with auto parts seller.
Ordered tail lights in February. Its now june still dont have them. Called 6 times in the Last few months always told customs held up order coming in friday. Called today they refused to issue a refund. They are frauds. Stay away.
My name is Adam brown I bought pair of tail light from 360 for my Chrysler 300 M its a 2004 and on the site it said they have those lights so I ordered them ok maybe that was a mistake or false advertisement but anyway they sent me the wrong light contacted them and told themlights back no problem they would refund my money these mother$#*!ers have been playing games with me since last year about my hundred and eighty seven after they already have their lights first they said they sent the money they didn't send the money then that was an investigation now instead of putting the money back in my bank account these cocksuckers check in the mail if I don't believe a $#*!ing stealing from memy suggestion is don't buy $#*! from them they don't know don't think they know their $#*! from a hole in the ground

make sure you got all your ducks in a row if you're buying anything from these people and if I was you I would use PayPal so at least you can recoup your money back when they $#*! it up
I was a little hesitant to place a $500 order at first with Xtralights.com, however I ordered Spec-D halo headlights for my 2011 Honda Accord 2DR. The online chat specialists answered my EVERY question and persuaded me in trusting this fantastic company. I had expressed my need for a faster shipment date and with one quick call my order was escalated, and I received my item in 4 days. Once I received them, I was a little confused. I called the 24 hour hotline provided on the website, and was connected to a technical/installation specialist. There were 2 gentlemen and 1 lady who devoted hours of their time on the phone to assist me in this install. Let me clarify, THIS INSTALL WASN'T DIFFICULT, however every car is different, and with that I needed assistance to help me choose which light to hook up to the correct wire. The customer service was EXCELLENT and they answered my every question. From telling me what I need to properly install, to surfing the web at their locations searching for my vehicles interior systems, their customer service specialists really helped in installing my lights. It took me around 2 hours to install these lights, and after I was in awe of the quality as well as the mean look my car achieved after installing these HALO headlights. I would recommend Xtralights to any person wishing to take their car from ordinary, to a custom thrill. Xtralights is the place to go, providing equipment and professional insight and assistance that even the average Joe could apply and use on their vehicle. 5/5 stars without a doubt. Ordered a pair of Spyder headlights from 360tuners.com. Was told that they were in stock and was told I should receive them in 5-6 business days. I was even given a UPS Tracking number whereupon I immediately visited the UPS website and saw that my item was "being processed". After 8 business days, I failed in an attempt to take advanyage of their advertised "LIVE CHAT"... NO RESPONSE. Looooong story short... after 8 business days had passed, I also saw that my "item did not exist" on the UPS tracking website! Calls to 360 went straight to voicemail or to a recording of their "business hours". With one exception, I was able to get through and complain to "360 Customer Service" (A REAL oxymoron). I was told that the lights were on back order! After 14 business days since placing the order, I called and selected "Sales". I apologized for bothering a very polite and cooperative salesman, and proceeded to describe my nightmare. He was kind enough to get my order cancelled, and provided me with a confirmation number for the refunding of my money. I placed my order through another Spyder vendor, who said that the lights WERE IN STOCK and immediately shipped them to me. I certainly shared my 360 nightmare with the SPYDER company as well aswith the other SPYDER vendor (as one cannot order direct through SPYDER). This makes me wonder where all of the 5-star reviews come from.
