I purchased a dress and it was on sale almost on the day i got it for 40% off. The item was to big but was considering keeping it and not returning it if I got a discount. Plus I was going to buy a bunch other things as many items were on sale as well. Instead a rude woman named michelle was on chat. She did not any to assist as she kept me waiting on chat. I had to say hello to see if she was even there. I was courteous but still she gave me a "to bad for you attitude." I am a nurse and this type of behaviour should be nowhere in society.
