Dealing with 3 Kings was a breath of fresh air. I was skeptical at first but could not pass up a good deal. My order shipped same day and arrived the next day. I had a few questions regarding shipping costs and I was able to talk to someone on their in-site chat, which was very helpful (and helped convince me that this company was legit). I plan on ordering from them again!
I received an email from this company about a week ago and decided to check them out. The site was well developed and looked professional. They had a good variety of products and the prices were competitive. I ended up buying a pair of subs and got 5 percent off my order. Everything went seamless. I plan on buying from this company in the future.
THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! I purchased a boat radio that came dead on arrival. I was able to e-mail the company but they said that they could not find my order number in their system. After many back and forth emails they started to send "no reply" emails to me. After several other attempts to talk to an actual person at 3 Kings (with NO success) I was able to find their returns address. I sent the radio back to their Jacksonville, FL "return center", they signed for my radio through UPS delivery so I know they have it but, I still have heard NOTHING for a month. DO NOT Order from these people. If anything is wrong with your order it is impossible to get the situation corrected. Try to get onto their website before ordering your product... it will not connect to any real site. People this company will scam you for your money! Not only did I spend a large amount on the radio... It was $26.00 to return it to Florida. Buyer Beware!
