My experience with 3pb Barristers has been deeply regrettable and upsetting and loss of trust and confidence which I heavily relied in this profession.
The Barrister from 3pb Barristers Bristol was instructed through my Legal Expense Insurer (LEI) to provide advice and representation about a civil claim for trespass and nuisance on my property from April 2015.
The Barrister did not provide me with a proper standard of service and duty of care that is expected of a reasonable competent professional in his field and under extreme pressure exerted on me by the Barrister to settle the case/claim which surpassed the levels of encouragement and offending principles of fairness against a disabled single elderly woman. (Myself).
Avoidable delays and extensions.
The Barrister through want of disregard to get his preferred outcome gave improper advice and intentional negative analysis and only explored issues to obtain a settlement/agreement at any cost.
I am in a worse situation than I was to date and led to the widening of the issues.
I raised a complaint against this Barrister with 3pb Complaints Agency and dissatisfied with the response I received I then raised my complaint to the Legal Ombudsman Service, a complete waste of time and finally to the Bar Standards Board.
