I had a very disappointing experience with 416flower. I ordered a bouquet after seeing a beautiful arrangement on their website, but what they delivered was completely different and not at all what I expected. When I tried to contact their customer service, they were unresponsive and didn't seem to care about my concerns. This was supposed to be a special gift, and they completely ruined it with their lack of attention and poor service. I do not recommend 416flower to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality flower delivery.
