42nd Street Photo

I bought a nice Sony Camera from 42nd St Photo. They were nice enough to call me and let me know I bought the European version and saved me the hassle of having to return the camera for the correct one. They have called me a few times to check on my satisfaction. I will buy again.

I ordered a cable for my DSLR and the Sennheiser MKE200. Order arrived in about a couple of days. Unfortunately, the cable shipped was the wrong one. Customer service was very quick, within a couple hours, in resolving my issue. They checked with their audio rep for stock, but it was no longer available. I was issued a refund for the cable. The microphone is working like a dream. Overall my experience was very engaging.

The website is well laid out, with a wide range of products in every category. Delivery was made within a few days of purchase and my Sony HXR-NX200 Camera was exactly as described. The multiple emails and phone messages informing me of the package delivery status were beyond most typical Online Stores. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience and I will be purchasing from 42nd street photo again.

Thank you for the extremely prompt delivery of the canon camera especially during the Christmas period. Excellent Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L lens as indeed I had bought the same type of telephoto glass a couple of years ago and needed back up for this camera.

Absolutely superb service with a personal touch. Wrapped in tons of packaging (which is appreciated-camera and lens are delicate) and all in excellent condition. I will definitely use 42PHOTO again.

I purchased a camera and a high speed data storage card. I placed the order by phone and discussed several options. Sales person was knowledgeable and made the recommendation on the product that I accepted. I was given a case for the camera as part of their promotion. I used a credit card for payment, no problems. The camera and data card arrived and was exactly what I had ordered. I use the camera often and am happy with the purchase. In addition I have used 42nd Street for other orders and have had no problems. I would consider using 42nd Street Photo again when I need a product carried in their inventory.

This is the first time I have bought from 42Photo, but certainly won't be the last. Not only was the price cheapest in the segment plus Free Delivery (Amazon were charging $30more...) and communication throughout was top drawer-I was kept informed what stage the order was at. FedEx and DHL are the right combination for quality delivery so good choice made by 42Photo. Ordered Monday and the Sigma 85mm f/1.4 DG DN Art lens arrived within 3 days. I purchased a Canon EOS 7D Mark II over a year ago from them and the only comment I have for them is Excellent customer service. They made my purchase experience so easy and smooth. I placed the order on 11/08/2016 and received it within days after the order was placed and the package was well sealed and protected from shipping damages. I was very surprised and pleased with their quick turn around time on shipping the merchandise to me.

The Nikon zf is such a great camera very impressed! 42PHOTO has such great guys to deal with their company, they also schedule conveniently if you're out of town! Which is very impressive very understanding professionals!

I bought two batteries for my new camera cause i had a big wedding im photographing soon and I was getting worried they wouldn't arrive on time but they came early and was able to charge them and get to my gig on time. This site definitely has customer for life with me

Remained on backorder for two months, Kate emailed me on 29th January alerting me there were enough units released by the manufacturer. It was on my door step by 31st January. However, DHL driver abandoned the package without ringing the bell. I'm lucky my eye caught the delivery track as it vanished into the neighborhood before rain or someone took it!

My recent order of Canons EF 24-70mm f/2.8L II USM lens was processed very promptly by 42nd Photo. A great and versatile lens that takes beautiful images. This lens is great for all types of photography - portraits, stills, product, travel and more. I would highly recommend 42nd Photo for this type of a lens as a first pro supplier for anyone with a camera compatible with Canon's EF lenses. This relatively fast (f/2.8) zoom lens is of excellent build quality, provides for very sharp images, and is of ideal focal length range for everyday use for various applications. That aside the build quality and optics of this lens are top shelf.

First-class service. I bought a 70-300mm XF lens over the phone Saturday morning, Jonathan H. Had it packed and ready for immediate pick up and had it delivered to St. Louis. I received it the next day. I live in Missouri but I buy all my camera equipment from 42Photo. The knowledge and friendship of Jonathan cannot be beaten!
