I am impressed with excellent service of making sure that I get the best deal and DX NIKKOR 10-20mm f/4.5-5.6G VR for landscapes, cityscapes, architecture, and interior shooting.He then provided shipment/ tracking number updates constantly. Purchased my A7s iii at 42nd Photo, 3/5/2021. Jonathan, my sales rep, christened it Low-Light King! Highly anticipated, much appreciated, incredibly thankful to have one. If you're serious about getting into video and also taking photos, this is a top tier option. As a wedding and event videographer I need a camera that works great in low light and records without time limits. This fits the bill. Great video right out of the box. 42nd Photo continues to lead the charts in retail of videography cine cameras and brings to life the vision a filmmaker has. First and foremost I LOVE my new Panasonic Lumix S5 II. From the very beginning of purchasing, I found 42nd street photo to be extremely easy to navigate in order to commit to a big purchase. The package I received was Very securely wrapped, Takes great pictures and is easy to set up. I won't go anywhere else for my photography equipment.

Bought this premium package back in December 2021 from 42nd Photo - the Hasselblad X1D II 50C with the XCD 21mm Hasselblad's ultra wide-angle lens. Great camera and kit. In fact, it has so many features that I find it perfect for landscape and architecture photography. Everything in the kit is useful, especially the 2 quality lenses that will meet most of your needs. Even the case is top notch. Overall a solid value. I have never been unhappy with a purchase from 42nd Photo.

I purchased a camera and some gear a week ago to work on a project. I went in store and spoke to the sales person that was there and talked about the items and what I was looking for. Brought my items and got home and realized the camera was in a white color instead of the black color I asked for in store. Not a big deal, I would just exchange it for the one I wanted. I then check online and I figured out I paid $899 for a camera that cost around $600-$700. I was upset but saw on their website that there is a refund policy within 10 days of purchase. Well I got back today to return the item and I'm told by the same person who sold it to me that there is no refund policy AT ALL. He also causally mentions that he sold me the more expensive item as the white camera costs more than the black. He insisted that the store only did exchanges or store credit but nothing else. This place is a scam and I'm putting in a compliment with BBB.

The Sigma ringflash is an excellent tool for intraoral and dental photography when coupled with Macro lens. Mine works as described right out of the box. So far, it's working as advertised. No problems. Very happy with the price and the quick 42PHOTO shipping. It was an excellent, 42PHOTO recommendation!

I ordered a lens online and it arrived 2 days later, it was very well-packed and delivered by D.H.L I was given 2 days, communication was trouble-free and the XCD 90mm lens arrived exactly as described on the website in mint condition. Please extend my thanks to the team at 42nd St. PHOTO!

Don't believe any positive reviews you see. They are all "planted" by 42 St Photo. They will rip you off! I ordered a Canon R6, one of their sales people called and told me the camera is an import and everything is written in a different language, which is totally false. Then they try to sell you a USA model for much more, which they don't have because they are not an authorized dealer!. Call Canon and they will tell you that they are not! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Excellent price for quality extension tubes. Worked marvelously with my Sony a7iii, best for close-up scenarios. I also got a Wimberley bracket and macro ring-light, Jonathan and John were helpful, congenial and encyclopedic in all aspects of photography. Wonderful service and quick delivery. I can always call if I need more information 42PHOTO gives excellent service. I always choose them for my photography gear, lenses or accessories needs.

Just got my Sony a7R V from 42nd street photo, and I couldn't be more pleased. I got the camera for $100 dollars less than the lowest price of the competitors online. I was a skeptical buying from a company I didn't know too much about, but they exceeded my expectations. I called their customer service for a shipping date, got through within a minute and they got it to me exactly when they said they would with free shipping. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great price and great services.

I have flown a number of amateur photo/video drones in the past and just decided to upgrade with a Mavic Pro 2. I went to 42nd Photo, this is my favourite store so far. The purchase and delivery was flawless, I had the drone in my hands within 48 hours. Flying out of the box was a breeze. I had no issues synchronizing with the remote controller and using the app/phone, controller, and drone to all networks on the first try. Flying is a no-brainer with some experience. Highly recommend new users to toggle beginner mode on until you feel much more agile flying in all direction in all drone orientations. The aerial lens is the icing on the cake. Picture quality is absolutely superb and am looking forward to seeing just how much better the photos are compared to my older drones. Having used multiple of DJIs products, the Mavic 2 Pro is my favourite. It handles extremely well and is much more responsive then the larger Inspire models. It also has great flight time on each battery.
