What a rip off site, never again will I place an order with them! I ordered a #******* Canon Rebel T2i/T3i/T4i Starter Accessory Kit for $79.99 online. I was called by a sales person and convinced I needed to upgrade the kit for a larger memory card and an extend life battery all for just another $70. Well I what I got for an extra $70 was 4GB card instead of a 2GB. You can buy the 4GB cards online for less money than the 2GB. The so called extended life battery can be purchased along with a charger and 2 extended life batteries for 22.99 at Amazon http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B*******DFYQ/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A2BQ12IT8CIU84.
They are using same trick of telling me what I order was international version which wasn't indicated in the item description and have to switch to USA version, otherwise, it won't work here. After agreed to switch they charged me $1399 with $250 extra on top of original item. Then I did some research and discovered that the difference between International version and USA version was the warranty. They charged me $250 extra and gave me $149.99 of 3 years basic extened warranty which didn't include "drop and spill". I check the Canon website which sell the same model (in USA and in stock) for the same price $1,199 on top of manufacture warranty I can purchase a 4 years of CarePAK PLUS which including "drop and spill" for $184.99. What feel most uncomfortable was I called them right after I did some research and asked to cancel the order and they won't let me claimed that the order has been shipped. I called them right after Memorial weekend is over to ask for the RMA number and planning to return the whole order with unopened box as soon as I receive the package in the future and asked for a full refund. However, they said that they will charge me 20% of restocking fee. The more I did reasearch about this store, it appears to me that they have been use this trick to scam money from people for years. Please be awared and suggest to stay away from this store.
