I just received my Nikon Nikkor 24-120mm lens from 42nd street photo and I've been absolutely satisfied with their service. Delivery time was as promised, a very competitive price was offered and all questions were promptly answered and dealt with. I Will be using them again without hesitation.

I liked my new Leica M 10 R and 50 mm Leica lens so much that I immediately bought this 35 mm lens as well. The lenses pair perfectly with the fabulous M10R. The f-stop and focus rings are smooth as silk. The images are terrific. I would do this again. 42ND photo is the best. Great customer service and knowledgeable professional personnel.

I went to 42nd Street Photo to buy a compatible quick release rifle plate for my Al AXMC Rifle. James is a very enthusiastic optics and electronics engineer. He suggested a Really Right Stuff with great joy. Nice, premium and professional finish. When I setup my rifle there with this base, I was very excited. This plate offers a perfect balance point for mounting the rifle directly to a ball mount. The other staff were very friendly as well as starting from the Lady at the info desk to the other sales associates. You can shop for all types of bases & mounts for modern weaponry. You can also find lots of cool riflescopes, sights and accessories at the store. I do recommend to shooters who use a tripod like me.

The camera is a game changer for wildlife photography, fast autofocus performance and shooting speed for fast moving deer. 42photo's online service responded to my questions. I bought this camera six months ago. My early tests with the z6 Ii for wildlife, sports and portraits, frame rate hits the sweet spot! Best purchase on 42nd Street photo so far. Excellent and as advertised!

I just bought a three piece JVC HM250 camcorder with everything but the kitchen sink! Package came in around 17 days. 42 St Photo surprised me in providing both superb service and competitive prices. Great service with 42Photo. 100% merchantable quality and authenticity. They are helpful, quick delivery and a great warranty.

Based on BBB reviews and my own experience they list cameras on the site at hundreds lower, customers order the camera.

Then they email you and say you ordered the international version (nothing on the site suggests that) that doesn't have the same features and "won't work". You can upgrade to the domestic version for $300 ($100 higher than other stores).

This is what happened to me, I told them to cancel the order, he said there would be a 5% charge. I told him I would refute the charge.

In the end no charge was made at all - so they are just wasting time and trying to make money by scamming and lying to people without being flagged by banks etc.

Avoid the headaches and don't support these people.

Been ordering online from 42photo.com for many years. Almost all of my photographic tools are purchased online from 42photo.com. The process is very quick, more competitive and makes a lot of sense. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 🤩

BEWARE! Sells gray market Canon products. Can not be registered for Canon warranty. If you buy online he will call you the next day and ask if you know that you are buying an international model. Of course you don't because nowhere on his website does it say that. Will offer you a US model for a couple hundred more dollars. If you are dumb enough to agree (smh) he still sends you the gray model that can't be registered with Canon. He throws in a useless extended warranty from a company that gets worse reviews than he does. He has a line of BS a mile long. I imagine he has been getting away with this for a long time. BEWARE!

My purchase was for a present for my granddaughter on the occasion of her 22nd birthday. She has since developed a successful photographic business, which even includes five scheduled photo shoots just this coming Sunday. The lens which I purchased from 42nd Street Photo was delivered with unexpected promptness, and the item has performed flawlessly since put into service. Should I have occasion to order any additional photographic equipment for myself or as gifts, 42nd Street Photo would be my first choice as vendor.,.

The price for the item I ordered was "too good to be true", so I called and checked. Turns out the price was for the gray market version, and although it would have been fine, I elected to change my order (after I had placed it) to the USA version. No problem at all doing this, and they were nice enough to take care of the additional credit card charge without any additional input from me. Very good service and prompt response to any questions that I had.

Really pleased with the service provided, my order was delivered promptly, and was kept informed of the status of my order throughout. Thank you all for your service. I will continue to be a customer and definitely recommend you to others. Thanks again.
