I needed a Canon r6 quickly which my local dealer didn't have in stock in Arizona. Having seen one on the 42Photo's website, I contacted the store by email. They got back to me very quickly, helped me sort out how to shoot Motorsport and the lens, everything arrived in 24hrs, very well packaged, in mint condition and flawlessly working!

Am also very pleased purchasing through 42nd street photo, they had the lens in stock and shipped right away. Lens was in my hands in 2 days and the shipping was free! Can't beat that. The picture quality is great coupled with my Canon EOS 80D. Perfect combo for portraits.

Overall I recommend this Mavic 3 Classic Drone kit, and 5 stars for the stellar customer service response from Jonathan. I'm a wedding photographer and this has been a game-changer in improving the quality of my work for more happier, lucrative clients. This was my first time owning a drone, it's incredibly easy to use and captures superb photos or videos. 42nd Street Photo shipped it faster than I was expecting and has outstanding customer service. First and foremost I LOVE my new Panasonic Lumix S5 II. From the very beginning of purchasing, I found 42nd street photo to be extremely easy to navigate in order to commit to a big purchase. The package I received was Very securely wrapped, Takes great pictures and is easy to set up. I won't go anywhere else for my photography equipment.

I picked up the Lensbaby Focus II 50 Optics for my Nikon D850. I am very happy with the purchase, have already recommended it to several people. The 42PHOTO delivered all the items before the due date, even though one accessory was defective, they provided a new one within days. I certainly recommend!

Shipping was so damn fast, I had done two day shipping but got my Canon EOS R5 C camera the very next morning, I woke up checked the delivery status and it was right outside my door. Excellent price for quality extension tubes. Worked marvelously with my Sony a7iii, best for close-up scenarios. I also got a Wimberley bracket and macro ring-light, Jonathan and John were helpful, congenial and encyclopedic in all aspects of photography. Wonderful service and quick delivery. I have just received the Canon 4000D I ordered and am very pleased with my purchase. I received email, text updates on my order progress and it arrived exactly during the hour of the delivery slot. Just taken a receipt of a Canon EOS R6 Mark II with the Canon RF 24-70mm L IS USM lens to upgrade from a Rebel T8i. The purchase, financing and delivery from 42PHOTO was seamlessly straightforward. There was a frustrating wait for the equipment to arrive and unfortunately 42PHOTO did not get much information from Canon on shipments. The customer service staff always responded to questions and as completely as possible. Excellent service, couldn't ask for more.

Ordered a new Nikon D850 camera-only Sunday night. It was listed as an import version for $1,929.00. The next morning, a 42nd Street Photo rep calls to ask me why I bought an import version rather than a domestic version for $500.00 more. He further stated it was a "European" version and would not work in the USA. Then he asked me why I didn't want to pay extra for the domestic (USA) version. I mentioned to him he was attempting a bait-and-switch. He became angry and then I told him twice to cancel the order. He then hung up on me. Why would they purposely list a camera as an import version knowing it wouldn't work here in the USA? My Nikon D750 is an import version and works perfectly fine.

I recently purchased a Canon 5D Mark IV, bg-e20 battery grip, Speedlite 430 ex-111-rt, and ef20-70mm f3.8 USM lens with extended warranty for the camera. Prices were fair, service was exceptional, I received all products within two or three day. I was very satisfied with the purchase and service.
