You have to understand my obsession with my Jeep. 4 Wheel Parts is my kryptonite. There is a physical store near me that I am able to place an order online and go to the store for pick up. Its that simple. If I had the funds, I would spend more money there, than I can possibly imagine. JEEP stands for Just Empty Every Pocket - and do it at 4wheelparts.com!

The worst customer service in the whole world, not only they sell me incompatible parts, but they never respond to your inquiries to return the product. What a bunch of scammers this company is! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! In otherwords, THEY SUCK!

I have worked in home improvement sales off and on for 30 years so I'm familiar with customer service. I am a newbie to the jeep world and never realized the magnitude of merchandise I've seen so far. I have never experienced the lack of customer service and care in my life. My failed experiences trying to order a bikini top and trying to communicate with them about my order was unpleasant unprofessional disappointing to say the least. I placed my order to find out that it had been canceled with no explanation or contact at all. After numerous attempts to contact 4wp to find out what happened I have decided to take my business someplace else. Before I go I just wanted to give a heads up and tell you to watch your back and stay alert if you order from them to make sure everything is correct and don't give them the opportunity to give you the run around. If you let them they would and that just not good customer service.

Tip for consumers:
I ordered a bikini top and a short time later I noticed in my bank website that the money was withdrawn and and then the order was canceled without a reason. In doing this back to back the money never actually transferred so no refund was nesseccary. Following this I emailed to find the reason and never heard a single response..through out this whole ordeal I still wanted to order a top so I've decided to buy from another supplier. I hope this isn't how this business is going to run gets

I bought a cat back exhaust. I wanted the exhaust to empty be hind the rear tires. When I picked the truck the pipes were going strait out the back. I went to the counter and asked why they the pipes were going out the back? They said the box was open and the side pipe was missing. I told them I paid for a full kit. They said they would call and get them to send the part next day air and would call me when it gets in. Its been 4 weeks no call. Riverside Calif. 4wp store I will not recommend this store to anyone

I purchased a G2 Axle & Gear Differential Cover (G2 Axle & Gear is part of 4 Wheel Parts). I've emailed G2 (aka 4 Wheel Parts) twice wanting to know the torque specs on the cover, and the torque specs on the load bolts and never received a response. I don't know if this place is short staffed, or the employees don't care! They got their $200, and could care less!

Bought 4 off road wheels from these folks. After dealing w two different tire shops and being unhappy w/vibration issues: they show me two bent from the factory. 4WP refused any help as I "SHOULD HAVE HAD THE WHEELS CHECKED BEFORE MOUNTING". Speaking as an ASE master: WHO THE HELL DOES THAT". The wheels are in my scrap pile now.

Ordered a part that they said was in stock. Next day get an email stating it will come directly from the manufacturer someday. Emailed them 3 times and 2 weeks later no response. Just was on hold for 63 minutes and then was hung up on. Had to dispute it thru my credit card to get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR PART.

It's going on a month now I ordered a front stabilizer mount and they send me a bag of washers and a couple nuts and a couple rubber bushings no Mount no u-bolts no nothing I tried to contact him they won't even call me back it's crazy

I ordered 2 sets of tires. Over a week went by and they never got back to me to let me know the one set was in and the other set they never even ordered. When it came time to put the new tires On I told them to use a breaker bar on my rear tires because they had wheel spacers and the studs are lower grade steel. They ended up using an impact and broke 3 studs and 2 lug nuts and then were unable to replace the studs so they took the spacers off and put the tires on. When taking the spacers off they rounded a few of those lugs as well which looks like they didn't even put the socket on straight. Couple weeks later I got new studs to replace the broken ones and they refused to press the new studs in. Most mechanics I know fix what they break but apparently thats not the case here. The second set of tires got put on a different vehicle and after leaving we soon found out they didn't balance them properly. This whole process was a huge headache and so much time was wasted not to mention I had to pay for all the parts they broke and fix it myself.

Terrible Customer Service is a common theme for 4wd Parts! It's because their Customer Service Department is terrible. Super Dismissive, did not except fault and actually gave me a hard time for the expectations I had. Their shipping time is way off! I can accept delays, I can accept slow response times but where I have issue is the email in which they replied,
"Hello Mr. Greg, The tracking for your order shows updated scans with an estimated delivery of November 20th. This rare does occasional occur. As long as there is movement your package is on the way. We thank your for patience. -Adriana Luna"

First off, invest in a Grammar app. How embarrassing! If I were a business owner and that was how my Customer Service Rep replied, they would be talked with on how to treat my customers. Then I would invest in spell check for them.
I realized delays happen, but what doesn't happen is having your part shipped out and get within 1 mile of your house only to end up in Nebraska (1000 miles away) 1 minute later. I asked for her help in figuring out how that could happen and the above quoted email was her response!

Horrible online store I have ever met...
I have placed order in October 2022, they provided FAKE tracking number and have us spent 2 weeks for waiting nothing!
I spent 2 HOURS to call customer service and tell them cancel the order and get the refund, and I think it has be done. After 2 months, my accounting department inform us we NEVER receive the refund.
They were holding our money for 2 MONTHS?
Then I spent other 2 HOURS to reach out customer service and they said they receive damage package and need to get the approval for refund?
I have never receive package, where the damage package from?
CS said they will send us email for notification on refund day after, OF COURSE I GOT NOBODY RESPOND!
As of today, we still not receive money back! We are going to dispute this charges.

I recommend going somewhere else. 4wp says they care about customer service but they really don't care about their customers. I ordered taillights for my truck it took 8 days to come in when it was ordered from another 4wp store. I called them to see what's going on with my purchase was told to give them a few more days. I call the next day to cancel the person behind the counter said they came in yesterday. My taillights have an issue (I purchased the 4hp warranty) now waiting another week no one called me. I called them to find out spyder lights is no longer doing business with 4wp. They told me to pick out something else. Went is to try to pick out something and turns out I wasted my time cause I was told no one could help me that one guy could help but he was to busy with inventory in the back.

My Jeep hardly use for off roading. Purchased new front and rear driveshaft almost two years ago and felt rear vibrations. Sales person Max advised I purchased a used drive shaft according to there computer but my invoice as I paid " New " ( this 4 wheel parts doing fraudulent business to consumers). Brought my Jeep for rear vibrations service paid $400 and the vibrations was not resolved and they knew it was a driveshaft issues. Since they knew I was given a used defective driveshaft and they don't want to replace a new drives shaft. 4 wheel parts Van Nuys Store are doing fraudulent business to the consumers and Max the worst horrible, terrible, rude, bad sales person, he will tell you to leave and not to come back at the store ( FU). I will never ever going to used 4wheel parts store, I will tell all my fellow Jeepers group your company doing fraudulent business to consumers and cheating you for repair service..

I ordered a BajaRack from this place on 11/14. Store manager called me 11/16 asking me if I were okay waiting three weeks. I was because BajaRack.com says the same thing. It was 8 weeks so seeing 3 weeks was exciting. Sent emails to the store the week of 12/4. Was told my order was on the way and told me to ignore "processing" on my order status. Decided to call BajaRack on 12/14 and was told that 4wheelparts.com was bought out earlier this year and they are having problems paying their bill. 4wheelparts corporate office turned out to cancel all orders. Did they contact customers? No. Did they offer refunds? No. I had to physically go to their store and act a fool in front of all customers. Letting them know what's going on. Took me 20 mins of arguing with an associate who kept telling me a district manager needs to approve the refund. Asked him to go ahead and call the district manager. Was told he couldn't and no one in the store could but could email him. It's now three business days. They still owe me $1222.41. Had to file a fraud charge with Bank of America. BajaRack is an awesome company. They will price match and get me a rack out in a week which means I'm nice I get my refund I can buy it again. Used a debit card. That's real cash and it's almost Christmas. Freaking stuck until I get my refund. Do not shop here. If you really want to shop here make sure what you're buying is physically in the store and can be allocated to you.

Four wheel parts is very good at taking your order taking your money and taking your time. I ordered my truck bed cover prior to my new truck being delivered to my home. It was in the box for several months before I unwrapped the box, and installed it in my new truck. The truck bed cover looked nice until the metal shroud holding the bed liner was damaged per the video.
I started a claim, sent picture and it took over a month for a reply and they said " to bad it's been to long since my purchase to claim. I made numerous numerous attempts to call the customer service, but sat on the phone for over a half an hour for them, 4 separate times, plus three emails, to only been given the option of leaving them a voice message which they would get back to you, and that never happened they never got back to me. Then they sent a rude email saying they weren't gonna do anything about 4 wheel parts dented product they sent me.
It sat in a box in my garage unopened and unmoved.
The proof is in the video, I never unpackaged it. The plastic coverings is still on.

Hello Jeff.
I placed my order yesterday for 4 pro comp 97-7883 wheels and center caps.
The price per wheel is 89.99, and with the buy 3 get 1 free I believe I was charged for the 4th wheel. The salesman was adamant that had to buy 3 at 120 to get the fourth free.
Here is my order number, can you check and get back to me as to why I paid for 4 wheels at 89.99 when the special is buy 3 get 1 free. The guy who told me about this price bought 2 for 89.99 each.
I'm sure the wheels will be great but not pleased with the misleading advertising.

No response to emails for clarification, no correction of incorrect pricing, no honoring of their stated sale/deals.
This company seems to disregard their customers. They provide the product yet fail to stand for their stated values of good cs and fair pricing. Never again! Just waiting for the parts to show up.
This company has a very "we got your $, now bugger off", vibe about it and the staff seems to be ok with this attitude.
Take business to companies and staff who appreciate it, not just lip service it as these people do at 4wheelparts!

So I bought a set of tires from four wheel parts
Had a flat tire and went back to get a new one
Was told by the salesperson they cannot put these tires on my truck because they are not adequate to run on it
But they will mount it on the loose wheel and send me on my way

That's real funny because they sold me the four tires and mounted them for me when I bought them

Even worse than that I previously had a blowout with one of the tires that caused an accident
Originally they had no problem putting the tires on the truck and after the accident they also replace the wheel and tire for me

I think it's time to call a lawyer

My husband went online to order tires for two of our vehicles. There was a notice under his for limited stock, so he called. They said they could have all 8 tires in a week. So my husband placed the order over the phone almost $2,800 for both sets of tires. They said they would email a receipt. No email on order confirmation. A week later no call our tires were in so he called, they said they'd be in the following week. Still nothing! Almost a month later one set come in, go pick up and they inform me that his are on back order. Ok, another week and still no new information as to when they will be in. My husband finds his tires in stock somewhere else. And calls 4WP to cancel the order and wants a refund. They tell him 3-5 days it should be back in our account, 6th day still nothing calls them again. They say another 3-5 days and it will be in our account. $1,500 is a lot of money to just be floating around and waiting on especially when we had to purchase tires elsewhere! Save your money order somewhere else!

Ordered a set of Ironman 35-12.5-20 tires that were on sale on 4WheelParts website on 4/26/22 to be shipped to one of their stores in Portland. Received a confirmation email with no additional tracking info. I called the Portland store I had them shipped to after a month and their response was they had no way to track the tires (seriously? You sell the tires and have no way to track my order?). They tried to upsell me a set they had in stack but I decided to wait a little longer. I emailed their website with the order number requesting updated information but never received a response. It is now 6/11/22 and I have decided to pull the plug on this order since nobody can provide me any information. I called the Portland store to cancel my order. After being put on hold for 15 minutes they asked why and said I was tired of waiting for my order and given no updates through email or phone message. They quickly responded "Thanks, Your order is canceled good-bye." with no effort to make things right. I will never do business with this company again, nor will I recommend them based on my experience. After listening to their on-hold message for 15 minutes I found nothing true about their statements made regarding customer satisfaction being their utmost concern.

Don't use them. Find other sites that offer shipping updates and better customer support.

Supposedly delivered my kit. Said it would be dilivered 5-7 days.I was working out of town.They left the parts on my open deck were everyone can see it a day later instead of 5 to 7.Kit was taken off deck not my fault that's there's plus should have been insured.4WDR PARTS ABSOLUTELY NOT DOING ANYTHING YO HELP WHAT SO EVER.There so called management left me on hold 2 hours twice.Said there management are discussing the issue.They sent what looks like a part of a kit but sitting on my deck will it will stay.Filed a police report like they ask.Still nothing.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WHAT SO EVER.THERE TRYING TO BLAME IT SEEMS ROUGH COUNTRY GOT NEWS FOR YOU.ROUGH COUNTRY DIDNT ORDER THIS YOU DID.LOOK AT YOUR RATINGS JUST LOOK ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE RATINGS AND GETTING WORSE.

Placed a site to store order on 10/7/21. Still trying to get the part that was delivered broken replaced and it's 1/21/22. Communication has been virtually nonexistent. In the new world we're all living in, delays are part of life. Poor communication and repeated mistakes aren't. They finally shipped the replacement part last week. They shipped it to the wrong address and never asked me for my address. After I corrected that with the shipping company, today, they delivered an entire replacement drawer, not the replacement top I needed and have in writing from them was shipped. I suppose they are probably an okay store if everything happens to go right on your purchase, but it seems to me that as soon as anything goes wrong, they ignore, deflect, and just hope the customer goes away. Not the service I expected when ordering two separate ~$1k arb drawers from them.

I had intended for them to install the drawers, but after they never (still have never) responded to that email to the address that they specifically requested I send the pictures to, I installed them myself. As I have chronic back problems, that cost me far more than having them do it. Overall, I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

I reviewed this process two months ago on 4WheelPart's own website using similarly professional language and they "moderated" the review and refused to post it. They seem to be one of the least honest and communicative businesses you could deal with.

Tip for consumers:
Find another ARB dealer. These people are horrible.

The product is nice. I just wish it wasn't delivered broken. After paying ~1K USD, I expected a new and unbroken product.

I bought tires and wheels from 4 wheel parts and it was $3500 and if I bought certain wheels and tires I would get a $500 gift card in return and it turned out it was the tire and wheels I wanted. After about two weeks of not hearing anything I reached out which was almost impossible to get a response but I finally did and they informed that the tires were on back order and should be in soon. After about i month I reached out again and the tires were finally in stock and they were gonna get sent out to me with the wheels. After another week I received my tires but no wheels. When I reached out to 4 wheels parts asking where my wheels were they said they didn't know. My $1600 wheels are missing and 4 wheel parts have no idea where they are. And to mention they told me that I would get my gift card 30-60 days once I received my package. I would stay far away from them. This has been nothing but a terrible experience and I would have much rather paid more to get my stuff and have quality customer service. I still don't have my tires. They don't derserve a star at all. They should be shutdown. Scam
