You have to understand my obsession with my Jeep. 4 Wheel Parts is my kryptonite. There is a physical store near me that I am able to place an order online and go to the store for pick up. Its that simple. If I had the funds, I would spend more money there, than I can possibly imagine. JEEP stands for Just Empty Every Pocket - and do it at 4wheelparts.com!
The worst customer service in the whole world, not only they sell me incompatible parts, but they never respond to your inquiries to return the product. What a bunch of scammers this company is! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! In otherwords, THEY SUCK!
Ordered 4 BF Goodrich tires on Dec 31st received an email confirming order. Two weeks later tried to find out an estimated time of shipment since there was none given only to have to call multiple times and wait for hours to reach someone. Finally get told that they will not ship till mid to late February. Mid February back to calling since I haven't heard anything in over a month and still no tires but can not reach anyone. I tried emailing from my account and others to receive no answer. Finally call sales and get a human being only to be told it's a manufacturer delay. Little did they know in this time I had contacted BF Goodrich to see if there was a problem getting these tires and was told they are in stock. I told the salesman this and he said he would look into it. A few hours later I receive an email that it will be 3 to 4 weeks more before they ship. After Finally threatening to go to the state police, district attorney and contact my bank because they took over a thousand dollars from me and I have nothing to show for it I get an email stating the tires were found in a different warehouse and are shipping along with a tracking number. When I check the tracking it says the package was picked up on February 24 and should be delivered March 9th
To 13th. I contact the shipping company on March 8th and am told they will arrive tomorrow. Tires are Finally here on March 9th but I will never use this company again. Too hard to get customer service and no communication. I would give a negative score if I could.

I'm really Not a "Karen"... All I want is to know where my order is and customer service to follow through.
I ordered products totaling over $1,000 and they have taken my money and have forgotten all about the order, I guess. One item on my order is back ordered and they haven't shipped the two other items that are "in stock". Nobody seems to know anything about as to why. The on-line order receipt says "pick up at the store" and I needed to make sure the order is "delivered to my home".
The National Customer Service line often rings a Long time and then comes on with a message that they are "having technical problems" and hangs up. IF and when I am lucky enough to get a real person on the line... they offer no help except to tell me to call the store. The store...in Bradenton, FL evidently doesn't think customer service is their responsibility, because they tell me to call the National CS line.
I wish I had NEVER tried to do busines with 4WP.
I certainly won't recommend them to anyone... NOR will I order from them in the future.
Before you order from 4WP... I recommend you GO Somewhere Else, if at all possible.

Ok, So I ordered a Smittybilt Gen3 winch 4/01/2023 it is now Aug 29th, 2023 and still haven't received it. I tried reaching out to 4WPs many times and the phone just keeps ringing, if you choose to talk to sales they will pick up right away ( go figure) you ask about your order and they transfer you back to existing orders with nobody to answer.
After 6 months I get an email saying my order was shipped, upon looking at the receipt it was changed to a Gen2 ( not what I ordered). Contacted 4WP again and finally got a hold of our salesmen ( Benjamin) he told me that the winch had been discontinued and there system changes it automatically when not in stock ( that make zero sense). Contacted Smittybilt and the Winch had not been Discontinued and contacted their Main office and their system does not change automatically (WTH).
So i asked for a return label they said it would take 24 hrs to receive, a week goes by and big surprise no label. Called back to talk to a different gentleman and he said the salesmen never noted a return label on my order. Finally received the label today ( 8/29/2023.
I'm not trying to bash the company but it is completely unacceptable.
Sorry for the long post just don't want someone go through what Iv been going through for months.

UPDATE JUNE 26,2023 - I received a refund on my order, but only after filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which is what finally elicited a customer service response from 4WP. I have purchased numerous items from them over the years and this will be the last time i purchase from them. -UPDATE JUNE 26,2023
I ordered LED headlights for my wife's Jeep on 1 April, 2023. They shipped directly from the manufacture and I received them on 26 April. As soon as I received them, I opened the box to inspect them and the first one I picked up rattled as it had something loose inside of it. I contacted 4-wheel parts the next day (27 April) through their online customer service complaint form and have failed to receive anything other than an automated response. I filled out a second form on 23 May. I have also called their customer service line numerous times and spent anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes on hold without ever speaking to an actual person.
At this point I am well past their return policy timeframe and STILL have not received a response from the company.
At this point, I have filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is non-existent.
All in all a great, trust worthy site. Shipping is fast, they have regular sales/specials. Good company with a good reputation to back it up.

Nightmare experience with 4 Wheel Parts. I had a Rubicon longarm 4.5 inch suspension lift ordered and installed by 4 Wheel Parts. I have a 97 ZJ Grand Cherokee Jeep. They originally told me the labor would be approx 2000 dollars but in the end, they inflated it to over 4000 dollars. They ordered 2 new driveshafts they told me would be approx 250~300 dollars each but again ended up costing over 1,100 dollars for front and rear. They cut off my tailpipe right next to the muffler with less than an inch instead of leaving some pipe to work with. I had to order a new muffler and get custom exhaust work for the tailpipe. Now the unbelievable worse part, I ended up with a drone. I first thought was exhaust and so tried to fix it multiple times. I went to 4 Wheel Parts, they seemed they didn't want to help me. They told me it was the rear bearings which I just had done. I went to Vancouver Frame and Axle and they told me it was the driveshafts. When I went to 4 Wheel Parts they said absolutely not the driveshafts but I then switched out the driveshaft with my brother's driveshaft and it greatly improved. I even changed the transfer case in my wild goose chase to try to fix the problems they gave me with no help from them. I left out tons of work with no good results. The bottom line, 4 Wheel Parts more than doubled the labor costs on my lift and ended up giving me an undrivable vehicle for long trips. They offered no meaningful help for me to resolve my issues. Nightmare, Nightmare, Nightmare!
My new bumper arrived scratched in 7 places. I called them while the delivery driver waited in my driveway for 1 hour. No response from them, just long hold times. 1 hour wasted already. I then emailed them hoping to get a response. I called again the same day and waited 2 hours and 57 minutes on hold. When they answered, they were less than helpful and said they need to check with managers and would call back the same day or following morning. No call back after 4 days. I called again and waited on hold for about an hour and 40 minutes, then the line just went dead. I called again the next day and only had 1 call ahead of me. After a 35 minute hold, I was sent to a voicemail and the line went dead. Called right back and was now 39 in line. WTF! If you call to order a part, they answer the phone in under 30 seconds, but not if you have a problem. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Save yourself the headache and buy your part from another company. Don't think you are getting a good deal, because it will come back around. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Update to the first post - I called again and waited on hold for almost 4 hours. Finally got through to someone, who said they would look into what could be done about my damaged bumper. I was put on hold and after about 5 minutes the line went dead, AGAIN. How is this possible? I called right back and I was number 50 in line. I guess the next step is to report it to my credit card company and let them deal with it. All I wanted was to buy a bumper for my truck. Total time on hold with this company is almost 9 hours. And no response from the email I sent them.

I am extremely unsatisfied with my order from 4 Wheel Parts. I placed an order for two shocks about three weeks ago. After two weeks of waiting for shipping, I was surprised to only received one shock from my UPS delivery man. It was very frustrating to have spent multiple hours removing my old shocks to be prepared to install the new ones, only to have to reinstall them to wait for the second shock to ship. Why they would only ship one shock when I ordered two is beyond me. Seems ridiculous. I have called twice already, each time being on hold for well over an hour. The customer service staff are not helpful, they say your order will be shipped out by the end of the day and it is not. One of the CS women told me that the shocks had been discontinued and 4Wheel Parts no longer carried them. When I asked why they still listed them for sale on their website, why didn't inform me of this, and why they still shipped one; she quickly corrected herself and said that they had some in storage and would ship one out to me by the end of the day (yesterday). Not sure if I believe that. At this point if my order doesn't ship today I will be canceling it and calling my credit card company to tell them not to associate themselves and do business with 4Wheel Parts. I have now been forced to drive on shocks that are damaged and are causing excess wear to my truck while waiting for these clowns to ship my order. After reading many other reviews of people having the same issues as me I have come to the conclusion that 4WP truly doesn't care about its customer satisfaction. All they want is your money. I will never place another order with 4 wheel parts, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. I wish that I had spent the time to do more thorough research before I placed my order. I would have never ordered from 4WP had I read other reviews. I hope whoever reads this, you heed my warning.

I made 2 purchases that ended up getting canceled because it was taking forever to actually ship. First off - they don't keep stock of most items, so they usually order from the supplier and then ship to the customer, which is not a bad thing but they shouldn't be charging you until the order ships. My first order was for some suspension parts, I made the order in October 2020 and was promptly charged. The initial email of confirmation said 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks I tried to contact them, but no answer via email or the contact us page. I kept emailing and calling them and finally 6 weeks after the purchase they answered and said that my parts were on back order until January 2021 - I get it things can go out of stock, but why didn't they try to contact me before this to let me know? January came and went and I had to go through many more calls and emails, just to check on my order. I gave up and contacted their supplier to find out what is going on and they said that they have had plenty of stock for this item, but they were not doing business with 4WP because they were not paying their bills (keep in mind, I already paid them 5 months ago in full). By mid-february a manager called me up and said that they will have to cancel the order because that part is no longer available (which is a lie, because it is still for sale on many other sites, even today) so I called him out on that and threatened a poor review, which made him try to give me a gift card for a decent amount for all the problems and that I will leave a good review showing that they took care of me. I was planning on doing that - letting people know that I did encounter a problem, but it was eventually resolved and they compensated me for the trouble, but when I went to buy tires on their site I got the same result. Tires that are in stock at the place they buy them from took more than a month for them to get back to me and say it would be just a few more weeks. I just canceled the order. I would not ever shop here, even if they were giving things away for free (which the tires were only $12 for both including shipping, after the generous gift card).

After looking online at their website and seeing " Free next business day delivery if ordered before 3 pm" I jumped right on buying my soft top. The Lynnwood, WA #52 store was nothing but aweful. After ordering the top over the phone 2 hrs prior to the deadline, I was told it was in stock and Tuesday I could pick up my order. The following day I called back to ensure I could come Tuesday and was told the order was never placed and that my top was in Post Falls, ID. Not that big of a deal, you can still get it to me Tuesday... Tuesday rolls around and I show up to pick up my order. I am told they never ordered the top, and that it was now in Compton, CA. BIG ISSUE. Your sales rep stated on two separate phone calls that my order was placed, you charged my credit card, and still did not place the order. After speaking with store manager, I am told this is often a problem and that they tend to misadvertise... I was in the store with 3 customers sharing the same issue... NEVER GO HERE!
Wasted my time! I was in need of bushings for my vehicle and called a bushing manufacture, Energy Suspension. I spoke with their team, acquired part numbers and was told that I should call 4Wheel Parts who can submit the order.
Once they suggested 4 Wheel Parts I thought "perfect, I already have an account with them"
However, this experience has been LESS than acceptable as I've called 4Wheel Parts and gone through the exact same process of explaining what I am looking for, providing part numbers and being told that 'we have a new system, these parts aren't in it, we have to add them and then will call you back to finalize the order"
This has been told to me 3x from 3 different people on 3 separate calls and no one has actually followed through on their promise. The final guy said that there was nothing on my account, so that means the first 2 people didn't even do anything!
After repeated attempts, I reached out to Mirella Guitron (Customer service manager at the company) and CC'ed Matt Boone, a Vice President at corporate.
(Btw, if anyone wants to reach them directly their email format is just last name at 4wheelparts.com)
So after reaching out to the Redondo location 3x and then following up with Mirella 3x, no one has bothered to help their customer.
I will NEVER buy anything from them again, there is no excuse for such a lack of customer support.
I ordered new tires and wheels for my truck, four full working days I check my order status and it says its still being processed so I called and got ahold of NOBODY after being on hold for 18min and 57sec, according to my phone. Thats when I sent the email asking about my order. I was told this... We apologize for the delay and inconvenience. We are currently waiting on part number BRW900B******* of your order. I have contacted the manufacture to provide me with an update. As soon as I get a response, I will be informing you.

I was never sent an email stating they were waiting for ANYTHING and have been expecting them as I received a ticket for an almost bald tire, so thats why I ordered it but not being shipped and all and having to hold my hand on my $#*! for any answers, I had to pay the ticket because it wasnt fixed in alotted time. I just called and canceled my frikin order. Should have read the reviews a little closer. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, you have been warned!
