You have to understand my obsession with my Jeep. 4 Wheel Parts is my kryptonite. There is a physical store near me that I am able to place an order online and go to the store for pick up. Its that simple. If I had the funds, I would spend more money there, than I can possibly imagine. JEEP stands for Just Empty Every Pocket - and do it at 4wheelparts.com!
The worst customer service in the whole world, not only they sell me incompatible parts, but they never respond to your inquiries to return the product. What a bunch of scammers this company is! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! In otherwords, THEY SUCK!
I ordered a very expensive winch from them and have been waiting 2 months for it. They will not answer my emails. Very poor customer service. Of course they charged my credit card the same day I ordered.
By far the worst people I have ever worked with. Everyday they keep promising to send me my parts that I purchased. I should have received the parts over 3 weeks ago. One time I even asked to talk to a manager, so I left a voice mail. Well 2 weeks have gone by and surprise I still haven't gotten a call. I would not recommend this website to anyone
Received order with damage box apparently eating by RATS on some warehouse swamp, parts damage as well.
Try to contact via e-mails and several phone calls and no responds.
Really unresponsive supplier, I will never ever buy from them and NO good recommendations.
They should close their doors and stop scamming customers with old stored warehouse product label from 2018 as new.

I have read the reviews regarding poor customer service and wish I had done so BEFORE doing business with 4WP. Never again. The experiences described by these reviewers are exactly what I experienced. Lousy customer service, didn't return calls, refused to work with me, didn't acknowledge cracking my windshield even though the 'pre-work inspection' didn't have any notes of it being dropped off that way. The only reason my review is a 1 is because there are no negative numbers to choose.

I placed an order about a month ago now for a set of "Toyo Open Country R/T" tires and after weeks of waiting for my order I got no update on any processing, nor a tracking number. The moment I hit purchase my money was gone and doesn't seem like its coming back any time soon. After countless days and hours trying to get through to their customer service, I ended up having to call corporate to actually speak to a real person. I was told my order will not be coming for the next 9-12 months if that. I requested a refund which was said to take 6-10 days to complete. Very disappointed with my experience, the website does state its experiencing some delays after you hit purchase (no prior notice) and doesn't specify that you're going to need to wait another year to receive what you purchased... Never again, do not recommend...

Ordered som parts for my Jeep and right away got an email stating there was going to be a long delay in shipping the items Tried to cancel, no answer. Tried to cancel again, no answer. Then I get an email 2 weeks later that the part is shipping along with an email stating the order cannot be canceled because the item has been shipped. Will never order from this scam site again. Do not try calling their customer service number, you will be on hold for hours and then hung up on.

I had a five month lead time on an ARB bumper which was shipped missing all hardware. Multiple calls to service department with 30 min. Plus holds. Each time I talked with customer service they couldn't help get the parts needed to fulfil the order and placed me back on hold to supposedly transfer to another department. Thoroughly disgusted with this company

I do not recommend buying here. I made 2 purchases here. The first one went great. The there is the second order. I ordered a set of shocks for my truck. When they came I was really surprised. The shocks look like they had been used cleaned up put back in the box and sent to me. They were a dingy white no decals or markings from the manufacturer who I called and do not believe they were even the right brand. I bought them in March. I returned them by the time they sent me shipping labels and I sent them back it was
April 13th. Well no refund so I called and finally had a refund in my PayPal that is less than I paid. So not only did they get their fake shocks back they kept part of my money. What a scamming money racket they have going on. So I'm WARNING EVERYONE Do Not Buy Here! Take care everyone.

I have purchased parts and have tried to purchase parts from 4 wheel parts several times. I have NEVER had a good experience and have decided my last business with them will be the final time i use them. I have learned you can find most of the same items at Quadratec, extreme terrain and amazon with out the bad service and shipping headaches. Lets not forget to mention how hard it is to get ahold of their customer service.

I ordered a receiver hitch over 2 months ago and have not received it yet. I had to call them to see where it was. They told me it was on back order. But, they still have it listed on their website, not saying it's out of stock. Every time I call they tell me they have no idea when it will be in. They will not reply to my emails at all. I highly recommend NOT doing business with this company. I will never order from 4Wheelparts.com again!
Of all the businesses I have used, this is the worst. Their incompetence and poor customer response is worse than zero. I have purchased several things from them, and one got lost in shipping, and it didn't work correctly when it was replaced. I have now been on hold for 15+ minutes with their Norcross shop with no response. If I ran my business like this, I wouldn't have any business.
I purchase a full set of rotors and brake pads. I first received the rear rotors which arrived damaged. I sent an email with no response. When i called to their customer service number I was on hold for over an hour. The service rep told they filled a claim with UPS and I had to wait 48 hours so they can receive a response from UPS and then they would ship me new rotors. When I received the rest of my order, its very clear the first set of rotors were used and the were not even remotely close packaged the same. The second set of rotors were boxed individually, then warped in plastic and then boxed in a bigger box. The first set of rotors were just thrown in a box without any protection. They claim to have a A+ customer rating on BBB but when you look them up they have a F rating. What a deceiving company.
I ordered a lift kit over the phone from 4WP. I never received the parts for the front axle, instead I got random parts in bags, some don't even go to vehicles in general. I have spend over 10 hours on hold with the customer service line which eventually hangs up on you. Even trying the sales line I can't get anywhere, they can't help and just transfer you. The original sales person won't help me either. After dialing different extensions I found a customers service rep that was 'taking care of it' and would get back to me in a day. It has now been 4 weeks and I can't reach her by phone or email. Looks like I'm out half the money and have to buy parts for the front...again. I will not be purchasing from them again!
Ordered 2 cab corners for jeep project 1 driver and 1 passenger side. Received 2 passenger sides. Took over a week to get parts, and the wont send out new parts until they receive old part. Boxs had correct part numbers but incorrect parts. Jeep Was scheduled for paint in 3 weeks. No more business with 4wp. Summit has shipped my order same day and has much better customer service.

Ordered 4 shocks almost 4 months ago, but the shipment was split because the front two were in a warehouse in my city. I waited a week and they still wouldn't ship them so finally I went up there got them myself. The other rear two I have been waiting for since purchase 4 months ago and can't get ahold of any one by email or phone. I have been sending frequent emails asking for literally any kind of update as there website has no shipping date estimation but I haven't received anything at all.
I ordered a heavy duty steering linkage for my jeep. They ended up giving me the same tie rod bar 2 times instead of giving me the drag link bar. I called for them to make it right but they wanted me to pay for another one to fix the problem. The product was 700 dollars. They wanted me to pay ANOTHER 700 dollars to get a new one shipped to me! I would be out 1400 dollars now for a product they messed up on. The best they could do was a 50 dollar gift card.

I ordered a brake line on June 7. My card was charged immediately, and I received a confirmation of order with a message stating to allow 1-3 business for tracking information to appear. It is now June 27th, and I still do not have part. I have tried calling with no answer (left a voicemail explaining my issue and requesting a call back, which I never received), I sent 2 emails requesting an update, which were never answered, and finally sent an email 5 days ago requesting a refund which also has not been answered. I was able to order a brake line from Summit, received it in 3 days and saved $24, while receiving email updates from them at every step. Save your money and shop elsewhere...any where else.
I still haven't received my lift. I tried email twice and nothing. I called and was told they would get a restock on the 16th... It is now the 19th and I've email again asking when it will be shipped and no answers. I already found my lift on another website that doesn't even tax for shipping so I'll definitely order from them instead.
Tried to buy a tonneau cover from the Loveland Colorado store and they wold have to order it. So i said I would order it online. Placed the order and it immediately came out of my CC. About an hour later I get an email stating they were canceling my order because it is on back order. They also claim it will take 10 days to go back on my card. The same item remains on their site for purchase. Every time I have attempted to buy something from this place it gets screwed up! I am DONE!
When you order parts, they will tell you they are in stock. The next day they send you an email stating they are not in stock (3 times now). This is NOT a mistake. If you write a review on their site that is anything but positive, they block it from being published so here it is...

Ordered some parts and a pair of gloves. Gloves came in 2 weeks and still no parts. I email them to ask for update and I still haven't heard from them it's been 2 months. I email 4wp 2 times a week. Stay away. No dimensions in descriptions, no size guides,shipping slow, they dont stay up to date on items not in stock or on backorder. Just a shady online store. Oh well... lost all my family's business.

Called today to find out where my order is. 7 shipping days after I ordered. They said they weren't sure when I would receive it. I asked if I could cancel my order but they said no because it has shipped. Ok so they can tell it has shipped but not when or when it will arrive and by the way if you cancel you have to pay to ship it back if it does ever arrive.
I was excited to buy an overlander tent and 4WheelParts was selling the one I wanted, the smittybuilt for my Tacoma. I ordered and it was in backorder. I called and waited for an hour to get anyone, just to ask a question, like how long it would take to arrive? They said 1 month later, beginning of July. Ok, I can wait. It's now August and there is no longer an arrival time. I've called other times, wait times are longer than an hour sometimes. Had I known it would be longer than 2 months to get my tent (haven't got it yet), I would have ordered somewhere else or a different tent. Now summer is winding down, kind beats the purpose.
2 weeks after ordering and still nothing. I check my tracking#. Turns out it doesnt work. I email them 48 hours later. No response. I call them and sit on hold for 2 hours. When the call started there were 40 callers ahead of me. After 2 hours still 22. WTF! GET MORE EMPLOYEES THIS IS $#*!ED UP!
