Great clothing site, bought my girlfriend some gifts from here and she was very happy. Everything - the price, the quality is great.
Had to return these and it cost over $17 for shipping. They have good prices on their shoes but if they don't fit, be prepared to pay a lot of money to ship them back. I'd rather shop at sites that have have free returns. 6 PM.com should offer a flat rate for shipping, say $8.95 or something like that because you know they get a big break from the shipping companies. Instead it cost a fortune to ship things back if they don't fit.

I purchased a pair of shoes. It was on processing for 2 months. So I called customer service. They were all in Jamaica. They tried to cancel without saying sorry.
I wanted to talk to a supervisor in USA. But they said no more in America even though it is based on America.
I paid it on $92 on sale. But after waiting 2 months I should buy $195 on regular price! Bit they ignored compensation.
Supervisor is in Jamaica. So they don't try to fix problems and don't care customers' inconvenience.
Just made an irresponsible statement with excuse.

I've become a fan of 6pm for shoe shopping in particular. I've found that they have one of the wider selections of any website, both in terms of style and (very importantly!) sizes, and their prices are frequently among the best for any given style. That alone would keep me coming back, but they've also always been very prompt when it comes to shipping, which I appreciate.

Upon return, they take 10% for the return fee. They also keep shipping cost of 30 dollars and you have to order all over again to get a dress. I went to Amazon and got a better dress cheaper and faster with the same if not better quality.

So I was really excited to buy shoes from this site since my friends love it and I was completely disappointed when I received shoes that have been worn. Second pair of shoes came with a Marshall's sticker showing sale price of $39.99 when I paid $63.98. When I called to complain that the first pair was worn they made it seem like they were doing me a favor by sending me a prepaid label. They also acted like they were doing me a favor by price matching the second pair to the sticker they left on the shoes. When I asked to buy the first pair which are the same shoes as the second just different color for the price of the sticker they left on, I was told that I can only get sticker price for one pair and not both even though I am the one who has to now go to ups to drop off the shoes that came worn. Horrible experience. Definitely wont be ordering from this site anymore. Rather order directly from Marshall's.
