The tech on the phone sent me instructions to sigh in which I was unable to do. When I called the number he gave me I couldn't get through. Not a happy customer!

I was having problem getting in to my account with HP I told them the problem then they connected me to just answer where I was told I was going to have to pay a dollar when I got to that it was a 46 Dollars a year but you can cancel anytime what a hassle so I called back got to talk to another guy all I wanted was to talk to someone or get a phone number that is when he connect me to 6ya
The 6ya helper was courteous and explained everything in detail, so I was able to understand what I needed to do and sent some links to help me., I so appreciate his help.

After calling Target and other such stores and only hearing the phone ring and ring, I finally was able to talk to an expert who could tell me the product was in stock by calling Walmart!

It all started way back when... ok ok it happens to happen here recently when i discovered that my new to me phone has a Google lock on it that I can't get passed so after hours of searching dead end websites i come across 6ya's webpage so with a heavy since of dread I go ahead and sign up, what the heck its only a $. 25 to try it, you can cancel any time, so it says... I get connected to my "expert" Loyd who, was rather pleasant and Praise to whatever you call your higher power, Loyd is a very patient man, who not only listened to my problem, but stayed with me while I did my best to follow along with his instructions, in the end he wasn't able to solve my problem, but he was able to tell me how I can go about getting it solved, so for that I am totally greatful! My only regret is that after 7 days they want to charge me way way way more then I can afford, so with a heavy heart, I cancelled my subscription! They even reduced their price to try and keep me, but broke is broke and let me tell you, I'm broke! If it wasn't for that I'd love to Keep my subscription!
