The expert I had today was A M A Z I N G! His name is Joel. He really helped me out with alot more the just the issue I was having booking an Uber. He gave me all kinds of really good resources and ways to save a lil extra cash for something you are gonna use anyway... He sat in the phone with while waiting for an app to download (which was taking forever) he told me how to free up ALOT of my data I burn up n run out of every month n the apps I do need to download won't take forever. Great guy, great idea. Definitely for anyone who needs help doing literally anything technical or otherwise, they ll walk u through step by step n pressure or feeling rushed. Very cutting edge and CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, not something you find alot of these days. Joel gets 12/10 from me. He made my day... I'm still in a positive, up beat energy... Thanks ya6 your experts are top notch n easy to work with!

At first, it was mentioned that Paris would help me. Then when you asked for my review, you said how was Greg? That was confusing. She couldn't help me with Peacock because the problem is with my provider, Verizon, and my tablet.

It was terrible. Pecock went thru you for help and I didn't realize that you would take $50! Out of my account. I know it is not your fault but PEACOCK is crazy not to help people and send them to you.

I don't know if I will pursue friendly tv because I am have a full time job at 55 yrs old and raising my husband's 3 grandsons and this is my day off and I really don't have time for this. If you can help me resolve my issue please call me *******062. If not I will begin cancling my subscription to frndy tv a. S.a. Clean iPhone

About a month ago scammers got my information and into all of my accounts. I was told I needed to get my phone cleaned, I have called several places trying to get help and this was the last call, and I was given more information about getting my prob solved. Thank you 6ya.

The representative I spoke with was willing to not only listen to my issue but also at the same time think I'll side the box and think creatively and providing me with a means to a possible solution and also with another step further and provided me with a back door route should I need to use it thank you so much for your help

GOT DISCONNECTED…Twice!

I inadvertently gave credit card info to you, thinking I was speaking to Prime Video. When I became aware that I subscribed to a 7 day trial for 6ya, I wanted to immediately cancel as I had no idea who or what 6ya was. After speaking with a 'Brandon,' I was contacted by a 'John' moments later. He told me that he canceled my subscription and then gave me Prime's Customer Service #, which was much appreciated. However, we got disconnected. Minutes later, I received another call from 6ya asking about my experience. Before I could confirm that my subscription was canceled, I was disconnected, yet again! I would greatly appreciate confirmation of cancellation.
