Returns are processed haphazardly and unprofessionally. A return shipment is not processed as a single shipment processed at one time. Items in a return shipment are processed at different moments in time as though they have been sent back in several individual shipments instead of one. As such, items from return shipments get misplaced, lost or stolen easily. It's hard to imagine the managerial and organizational disarray, ineptitude and neglect which would cause such an unprofessional business practice to be openly used as normative. Not worth my money or time.
