They don't answer email, answer phone, or ship product. Worst customer service. I'm going to try to get Amazon to pull them as a seller. And contact better business bureau. This is really An awful company.

I ordered a phone case in December 2016, but it was the wrong size (my fault). When I tried to reach customer service to exchange it for the correct size all I got was a busy signal night & day forever! I sent an email & got an automated reply saying someone from customer service would contact me within 48 hours, but no one ever did! I finally got someone on the phone & they gave me an authorization code to return the phone case for a full refund. Today is March 30,2017 and I still haven't received a refund, nor can I get anyone to respond to my phones, emails, etc.
Tip for consumers:
If you order, be sure you can live with it once you receive it, because their customer service is NON-EXISTENT!

There are a bunch of great products in Accessory geeks. I bought legit batteries and I am happy on the battery life and it is such a great product really worth it. Exactly as the description says and works fine. Price is cheap compared to other who offer this battery. Overall a great buy for me as it comes with free shipping. Service is excellent too!

Whenever I get a new cell phone I head over to accessory geek to bling it out and get all of the adapters I need for it. Better prices than buying those things directly from verizon. I had a buddy who used to work for a cell phone store and he was telling me they make most of their money from the accessories like car chargers and that the phones are sold almost at cost to lure you in to the store. That is why a car charger is so expensive as are the cases and other goodies. Just go to this site instead and save your cashola.

Great job as they have a professional customer service. I ordered a case and it is currently out of stock they did not hesitate to give me such information and I waited for the case and it is always worth the wait. I really love it. I am sure that I will buy some other stuff as they offer free shipping that I always look and search for an online shop.

Order date 8-12-16. Order received 8-18-16. Been trying to get them to correct there mistake since 8-18-16. Still waiting. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not deal with them it is not worth it. I feel I had my money stolen from me.
My wife and I both have Nokia Lumia 928's but could not find good cases for them. By chance I came across this site and at first was leary since i'd never heard of them. I took a chance since they had what I wanted for mine and for hers and at a good price. I ordered, they shipped, it came, no issues. I reserved giving a 5th star since I haven't had to use their customer service.

I ordered a case for husband cellphone on April 24th. After waiting several days email to get tracking info to know when to receive my purchase. It took them 2 days to respond stating checking status. After several days passed email again for status due to my item was due to be receiving 5-7 business days. After another day of waiting for response, stated sorry item not in stock refund will be refunded 3-5 business days. Two weeks later now a month later after order no refund made. Several emails no response, and many voicemails on phone# provided on bankstatement of charge no response. Phone call is either busy or automated voice stating due to high call volume please leave message for call back. Worse customer service ever in my life. Business is a scam.
I have purchased protective cases for my iphone 6s from them in the past. Twice they sent the incorrect case and I had to contact them in order to receive the correct item. Again I ordered a case and received an incorrect case. I have emailed twice and just receive a standard acknowledgement of my "order". I have repeatedly attempted to call during their posted business hours and am met with a busy signal each time. Very poor customer service and unable to get an order right the first time. I will not place an order with them again.
From my experience with this company, DO NOT PURCHASE from them. I bought a phone case for a Christmas Gift and unfortunately I purchased the incorrect one. I have contacted them 4 times to try and return it. I am still waiting for them to get back to me. Although my order was handled quickly and the product arrived quickly, they ruined it by not assisting in the follow up with a return.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 3 phone cases on Sept 2nd, 2020 and after a week I decided to call and check on the status. No response so I left a message then sent an email to inquire of my package. No response to the email either. As of today, it's been 2 weeks and 2 days and after 4 calls/ voicemails & several emails, there's still no response. Terrible customer service, I can't see how they treat customers like this and still stay in business. To me, no response means - I don't care about you, we don't even care if you purchase our product, why don't go somewhere else and purchase from them. This is what no response means. As a member of the military, I learned respect is earned through hard work and service. This means Accessory Geeks doesn't respect its customers. Shame on them! Will reach out to my bank to get my money back. If they don't have something then they shouldn't promise people something they can't deliver.
EDIT: They didn't reply emails and also they blocked my email address. I'm not able to send an email them. If you want to buy something from them, throw thant money from window at least one homeless can get it and it's better than these kind of "people"
NEVER TRUST THEM AND DON'T BUY ANYTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE. THEY DON'T SEND THE PRODUCT AND DON't GIVE THE MONEY BACK. ALSO I SENT MORE THAN 50 EMAILS AND SEND MESSAGES ON INSTAGRAM, THEY DIDN'T EVEN ANSWER IT. TOTALLY FRAUD!

I ordered an item that was listed as "ready to be shipped within 24-48 hours!" I paid extra for the 2 day shipping because i needed the item ASAP!
I order the item on a Friday and when I went to check the status on Monday it was listed as "Back Ordered" so i called to get an ETA.(They were not in the office at there listed starting time and nobody even answered the phone until 45 minutes after the listed business hours) The lady I was finally able to get through to said there was no ETA but back ordered Items typically ship in a couple days and that it would probably ship on Wednesday of that week.
I inquired about cancelling my order and the lady said "I just got another update and your item will ship out tomorrow"(Tuesday).
I continued to check the status daily all week and it continued to say back ordered until Friday when I received and email:
"We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but unfortunately, the item(s) you ordered below are discontinued and no longer available:"
So now it is a week later and I had expected to have my item and it has not even been shipped and never will be. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied with the transaction so I replied to there email... Unfortunately they have chosen to not even reply to me.
I would not recommend this company to any friend or family members!
