Terrible Internet Order Experience - ordered from their web site instead of EBay (found their site first), or I would have reported fraud to EBay. They promised over the phone I could receive the part (an accordian strap) with no metal fitting attached to either end (needed to fit my many decades old accordion). Instead it came with a fitting riveted to one end. I sent email saying this wasn't delivered as promised - their immediate response was, read the fine print on the web site, no refunds period. Several email exchanges resulted in a big waste of time. Eventually I took it to a friends house where we used a grinder. I hope to never buy from someone like this again.
