I ordered for Black Friday 2014, it is now January 2015 and I still have not received my order. Numerous emails, no answer. Numerous Facebook posts and got one snotty retort. Still no juice and no refund. There are a lot of victims of Ace Ejuice from Black Friday listed on Facebook scams, thief's and vouches. Owner is rude and a thief. Disgusting customer service! Do your homework buyers, Beware!

Well i was ok with this site until i ordered some ejuice and the order i received was not what i purchased. So i emailed them and asked for the bottles of juice i purchased. Well the response i got was there is no way ever that they made a mistake and that i was wrong. I double checked to make sure i didnt order the wrong thing. I didnt. I asked them again to just send me the two bottles of e juice they messed up... and now they refuse to reply.

Hum. Same thing happened to me, ordered some juice and didnt get what i ordered. Was short 3 bottles and after a week and a half of texting and emailing ace ejuice i never got a response until as a cunsumer i told her i would exercise my rights as a consumer and dispute the charges. I got a childish, immature, and rude message. I know what i ordered, and was short. I know people make mistakes but this was over kill. She said i was banned from her site and others instead of trying to help and resolve the problem. I even went to the post office and had them look up tracking # and weight when they recieved and when delivered. All where the same weights including my package i had in my hand. I will never do business with ace ejuice again and am disputing the charges i was short with bank.
Quick to take my money, not to keen on sending me what I paid for.
Ordered on Nov 29th 2014. Received email stating that my order was made and was "steeping". This was the last I heard of my order.
Tried 3 times to contact them asking about my order, all 3 times I was ignored. 2 deleted posts on their FB page and 1 message not responded to through their website.
DO NOT ORDER FROM ACE EJUICE! Many others have lost money to these scam artists... check out "Vaping scams, thieves and vouches" group on Facebook.

Well its been about 2 years since I ordered from ace to be honest I was sad to find out she is not in business anymore yes my order waa late but the flavors were out of this world good the twisted verbanna and the keylime pie were great she sent several free samples the nutter butter was also great she also sent a coupon for a free bottle because the order did take 3 weeks to get I found it odd but she said she had been sick and in the hospitial so I was forgiving and if your reading this I really enjoyed your blends wish I had your ejuice right now:-(

The prices for the Black Friday 2014 4 hour sale was amazing. Every other day costs I find to be on the higher price list for me. I do not think any 15ml should be for more than $8 shipped.

Per the company's terms and conditions the max shipping time was 14 business days. Personal promised dates of shipping were not honored (all orders being shipped on or before Dec. 20,2014). Shipping took well over quoted time frame and still have not received the full order. Company stated that my full order was created and steeping on Dec. 9 however I'm currently at 57 days and no information on the remaining order status. The company quickly changed their terms effective Jan. 15,2015 to different max shipping time.

Updates were far and few in between and not very informative. Too many personal problems causing delays in the shipping. A non-immediate family member birth, child illness, child school problems, personal illness, assistants falling through, etc. "Personal Problems" can only go so far as an explanation. Too many automated responses that did not provide useful information. Changes in terms after agreement dates. Guilt trips in most notices.

I do like the various juices. However as I have not yet received my full order I can only comment that 7 were 5 star quality 1 is 4 star quality and 7 have not been received. The lack of receiving the order makes this a lower order.
Overall: I would not order again from this company. I would not suggest this company to family and friends. Its a shame as Ace eJuice has a great product, sadly this ordeal shows no ability of fulfilling their orders in a business fashion. This experience is not something I would expose myself to again.
I WOULD suggest if you can purchase these juices in a B&M store and bypass dealing with the company directly DO IT. Again, the juices are amazing of what I have received however they are not worth what I've gone through to order them again from Ace eJuice.
