“Rip Off”

Reserved a car with Ace Rent a Car in Las Vegas, who had a sister company Verve, that has since closed down, although, our receipt says Ace Rent a Car on the top. The girl who waited on us, Jessica, lied and said the extra insurance was mandatory in Las Vegas. Overcharged us $92., that Ace has skated around for two years now refusing to refund. Says Verve is closed, not their problem.
