Unfortunately this company never replied to my email when I contacted them to request a return, which they seem to do to others according to several reviews I've found online. Their website says returns are accepted if you contact them within 7 days of delivery, which I did, and it's been over a week now and I have yet to hear back from them. I keep checking my inbox as well as my spam folder for good measure. I even tried emailing with a completely unrelated question to test if they would respond to that one, and surprise surprise, they DID respond to that email, meaning they willingly chose to ignore my return request.

I see others are having the same issue, so I encourage everyone to start reaching out to class action lawyers about this, and open a claim with your bank to get your money back. Be sure to send screenshots of everything, including other online reviews. Not only is what this company doing morally wrong, I truly believe we have grounds for a lawsuit so that they won't keep scamming people out of their money like this. I contacted a few lawyers already but the more victims who contact lawyers, the better.
