I was really disappointed in my experience of working with them. The office staff kept losing my information and giving me inaccurate information. Then I met with the herbalist and she was not a good fit for me. She talked about her own situation about 25% of our 3 hours! Together. I was not told ahead of time that the session would be so long and I found it draining. The length did not equate breadth, as her recommendations were very, very general and less informative or helpful than what I could find on a quick Google search. I was really disappointed because I waited 6 months or more to get an appointment and I had hoped to have a positive experience, as I have with every other herbal clinic I have interacted with, and then take classes through the school. But, given how bad this experience was, and how uninformed, unhelpful the graduated herbalist was, I would not recommend it or their training program. It was a complete waste of time where I offered 3 hours of my time, plus at least an hour or two of back and forth with the harried office staff, with nothing in return. Really disappointing and poorly handled.
