Active Pest Control has mishandled my accounts for over two years now (3 residences). This review is for the company, not for the individual technicians who come to my properties to service them. Those technicians are actually quite nice, polite, and do what they know to do. The company, however, is a completely mismanaged mess by individuals who are incompetent and quite possibly unethical. I have had numerous complaints with them for essentially billing me quarterly and yearly for the same services for over two years now and I have requested reviews oh the accounts and resolving the issues many times. I have even met with three employees in person and went over billing line by line, where they all admitted there were numerous errors on the accounts. I am still waiting on Active Pest to contact me to correct the errors and resume service. I have just now started actively to post online and to email them in order to get their attention. For new residents who are looking for termite/pest control services, please look elsewhere.
