I received my order today and am so pleased with the quality of the items. Fabric is very nice and everything is lined. True to size. I also had something come up that required I speak with customer service. They handled the issue promptly and even better than I could have expected. I will be shopping here in the future!
I have recently received my Ador order. Nothing wrong with the outfit, except it doesn't fit. So I have tried to send 3 emails to the company so far to get it exchanged. Their webwsite is horrendous as it reverts back to the order page, where (unbelievably) my order is not on it. Yes, I have received it, but shouldn't it still be accessible (in my account) online to go ahead with the exchange? Nor do they accept PDF proof of payment through Paypal. I'm wondering if the site is legit as none of my emails are getting through either through *******@ador.com or *******@ador.com - maybe this company needs further investigating.
I revived the moomoo today and, of course it is t chiffon is polyester. They lie on the website that it is chiffon. These companies should be ban from the US

I was a little afraid to buy clothes in the internet because previous bad experiences. Ador has been completely different. The garments received has a great quality, lovely designs and they fit!

I bought a pair of flaired trousers with fabulous colours from Ador. I was between the S and the M but went for the M they were too big. I just contacted customer service to enquire about the smaller size. They had the S delivered to me in a few days. Answered all my queries immediately. I got several compliments on the garment especially the quality and colours
