I received my order today and am so pleased with the quality of the items. Fabric is very nice and everything is lined. True to size. I also had something come up that required I speak with customer service. They handled the issue promptly and even better than I could have expected. I will be shopping here in the future!
I have recently received my Ador order. Nothing wrong with the outfit, except it doesn't fit. So I have tried to send 3 emails to the company so far to get it exchanged. Their webwsite is horrendous as it reverts back to the order page, where (unbelievably) my order is not on it. Yes, I have received it, but shouldn't it still be accessible (in my account) online to go ahead with the exchange? Nor do they accept PDF proof of payment through Paypal. I'm wondering if the site is legit as none of my emails are getting through either through *******@ador.com or *******@ador.com - maybe this company needs further investigating.

Exceptional Service from Order to Delivery
From the moment I placed my order to the seamless delivery process, everything went incredibly smoothly. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service that was provided to me throughout.
Shipment of tomes takes forever and comes in several different shipments. Communication from odor is terrible. Sizing is way off. Many of the dresses/ products were very cheaply made.
Then the return process is a nightmare. I think they are trying to have you give up and keep the order.
Also, after stating why I wanted to return the items, I was asked if I would like token them for a 60% discount. Why would I want to keep something that doesn't fit or is garbage that I would never wear?
I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

Ador was quick to resolve any issues
I purchased a gift for my girlfriend from ADOR, but unfortunately, I initially ordered the wrong size. However, ADOR promptly credited me for the purchase and resolved the issue. I then placed another order, carefully following the size their cutomer service recommended. The dress I received not only matched the pictures on their website but also fit my girlfriend perfectly. She look absolutely stunning in the linen dress. I must commend ADOR for their swift resolution of any issues that arose.

I'm so pleased with my purchase. The quality of the fabric of the blouse and dress I ordered was shockingly better than I anticipated. An added bonus was how quickly my purchase arrived. I was so impressed I'm about to make another purchase today and will be adding Ador as my online go-to clothing site.
My first purchase with this company and the quality much higher than expected I live in the UK and although the Dress design appealed I wasn't expecting much in the way of quality. (The dress delivered was The wrong size But that happens and still worth pursuing) This site was a good find.

I am a loyal customer who has bought multiple dresses and outfit: swimsuits as well. I haven't return anything as the products are really great. Delivery is a little bite slow but this is normal as I live in France. I am very happy with the brand and customer service
I recently ordered few colorful dresses from Ador to prepare for summer and I am totally thrilled of how beautifull they look! I was anxious when choosing size but I used size guide and everything fitted perfectly and also material is light and perfect for hot summer. I am so excited to wear them and I will totally recomend Ador for my friends.

Okay, so I'll admit, I was a little skeptical about buying a bikini online. I mean, sizing can be all over the place...But let me tell you, this bikini...It's the real deal. The colors are so vibrant and fun, and the fit is surprisingly good. The bottoms are a tad snug, but nothing a little stretching won't fix. And the top? Super supportive – no worrying about any wardrobe malfunctions here. Plus, the material is nice and soft, none of that scratchy stuff. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase. Can't wait to show it off at the beach!
