I received my order today and am so pleased with the quality of the items. Fabric is very nice and everything is lined. True to size. I also had something come up that required I speak with customer service. They handled the issue promptly and even better than I could have expected. I will be shopping here in the future!
I have recently received my Ador order. Nothing wrong with the outfit, except it doesn't fit. So I have tried to send 3 emails to the company so far to get it exchanged. Their webwsite is horrendous as it reverts back to the order page, where (unbelievably) my order is not on it. Yes, I have received it, but shouldn't it still be accessible (in my account) online to go ahead with the exchange? Nor do they accept PDF proof of payment through Paypal. I'm wondering if the site is legit as none of my emails are getting through either through *******@ador.com or *******@ador.com - maybe this company needs further investigating.
I order a 2x and the shirt I received was the size of a medium. Very hard and expensive to return and get the right size

On May the 10th I purchased some garments for which they have not yet arrived the money was immediately taken out it is now June the 11th that package has yet to arrive in Indianapolis In. There is no phone number that you can call to reach anyone every time I try to reach customer service I'm told to supply a ticket I cannot supply a ticket, your system kicks me out and says basically there is no order to reply a ticket. Bought what was supposed to be a "coat". I wear a 3XL but bought a 5XL in case. The thing they sent me wasn't as thick as a light sweater. The sleeves went down half my arms. I asked for a refund, but they wouldn't authorize it unless I paid return postage that was more than what I paid for the coat itself. Bunch of crooks.

I purchased items from Ador and I was thoroughly disappointed. The pictures, the colors, the designs, and especially the material were not as described. When I contacted the company to request a return I was told that I need to take pictures of the items and barcode associated with each item. I did that and uploaded the pictures for the return. After doing that I was informed that I would have to $50-$60 to return the items or keep the garage and receive a partial refund. Which would be the difference. That isn't fair. Do not buy from this company
Ador does not have an email service and their service ticket system does not work half the time. I ordered a size 2XL, Ador sent a size XL. I sent 4 customer service tickets and received no reply. I also sent 4 emails through Eechic.com who owns Ador.com. No reply.

I have a last resort. I can go to my bank to file a purchase dispute, then show them all my emails and service ticket requests. The bank will take the money directly from the bank account of Ador.

Bought a dress that looked gorgeous on model. The fabric is so cheap and see through. I'll never buy another thing from Ador.com. The photo on the right is what it's suppose to look like.
I sent an email inquiring about my package and they replied to me so quickly! Very professional and when my order arrived, the quality was superb. So satisfied specially I didn't pay so much.
This was the worst experience I've ever had purchasing something. I ordered this so that it would arrive in time for Halloween. The website clearly stated that the delivery time was 4-7 business days but it eventually came in 11 business days.
When I got in touch with customer service about this, at first I got automatic responses with an order and tracking number I already had (but was not working) and then finally got a reply from some saying that I'd "misunderstood" their order procedure and the 4-7 days is how long it takes to ship, once it's sent for shipping, not once I've ordered it and they took four days to send it out. What other company gives you a timeframe that isn't from your order date but is from whenever they've got around to sending it?
When it finally did come, you can tell it was made in a rush, and some parts aren't even finished! The straps of the dress aren't attached to the dress! It's extremely poor quality. A product I would not wear, that did not arrive in time to wear it. Really disappointed in the product, the delivery and the customer service.

Just received a notification that a three week delay in shipping and no refunds are possible. That will be the last time I order from a company from China. Should have checked the reviews. SCAM

I purchased a large order (over $350) of summer clothing. When the box arrived, it was packed tight,; consequently, my summer hat was crushed. The clothes didn't fit except for two pants that I chose to keep. I immediately started the return process. Every time I did, I never received a return ticket from Customer Service. There's no customer service phone number. I sent an email no one responded. I tried and tried to get a return address to mo avail. This company does not list any contact, phone and address on its website. It does say returns are sent to China but no address. I went to UPS and they encountered the same problems. I was well within my 14 day return process but because no one got back to me, I didn't receive a return ticket, no customer service phone number, and no return email it was getting to late. I still have one more day but I have no information how to return. UPS also told me with an ddress to China for a return it would cost me over $200 for their box with return. I have never in my life experienced such a scam of a company ordering my clothes in good faith. I am now out over $350 with two pants from my entire oder. DO not order from this company. They took my money and kept it with zero option of me returning because nothing is available on their website except for the return ticket which they never sent to me after filling out the required ticket information. And emails that were never returned for help stretching out the process on their end do I would ho over the 14 days.
