This item that I purchased mid November as a Christmas present for my in-laws still hasn't arrived and I paid for expedited shipping! I believe this has been the worst experience I've experienced with purchasing from an online retailer. I would not recommend purchasing from them!
I ordered an item on December 4 and am still yet to receive it. The tracking number provides no information. After countless emails back and forth with Mia, nothing has been resolved.

Ok as long as it arrives. Also the price seemed ok till the end then it went up I didn't even get the item yet it's Jan 6! Would like a refund please and thanks it arrived today the 7 th it's the smallest thing for $45. I've ever seen in my life. I did not know it was for a succulent. It's miniature. Very disappointed with Adorlla company. My ordered was not the right one. I paid for a premium box, that never received. I have left many messages about it. No response that they will fix the problem. Ignoring my frustration. Would not order from Adorlla again and would not recommend.

I bought a product online for Valentine's Day (and that's what they were advertising) on January 23rd. The expected delivery was 8 days later, according to the website and the email I received confirming the purchase.
I never received the product or any update. After sending many emails, finally on February 7th someone replied to me, saying that there was a slight delay in the orders. And asked me to be patient.
But again I haven't received any more information since then. I've been sending emails and I'm not getting a reply.
Valentine's Day is coming and it's obvious that I won't get the product. I'll just have to be frustrated with the surprise I was going to give my wife and won't be able to deliver.
I don't recommend anyone to buy from this company. It's a disgrace, a lack of respect for its customers and a total lack of professionalism.

Wow, that doesn't seem very reasonable at all.
Though the product is good the delay on receipt of the product I ordered was received 29 days after ordered which was 3 weeks after the promised date.
Process very simple product came as advertised. I am pleased with product for the most part and would order from company again, but would do so way in advance of occasion in which I was ordering for.

The bracelet was a disappointment, the picture was really too small to see and it took longer to deliver than advertised.
Sent the wrong item and it was damaged then refused to fully refund and had the audacity to ask me to pay return shipping. The item advertised was a beautiful godzilla custom multi color lamp and what they sent was total garbage with a chip in the art work it was not multi color and the art work was mismatched and incomplete.
I ordered a Halloween costume and paid extra for quick delivery. Not only did it not come quickly- it never came! I asked the company for a full refund As I no longer needed it and they would not allow it. It is 11/12/24 and I still don't have it! They should be out of business and I am reporting them.

Very easy to order and product exceeded expectations when it arrived. Top quality and well made. Packaging was very classy and had a polished presentation. It was a graduation gift for my nephew and we wanted him to know how much we cared. We needed the bracelet and the gift box to look like we gave him something that was exquisite and not cheap. Customer service has very slow communication. I paid for expedited shipping, the website said 4 to 5 days and it took 12 days. When my item arrived it was supposed to have crystals, the website shows them installed, however mine came in a bag for me to install with no instruction. I'm no artist and have no clue how to put them in place, another thing I was charged extra for and did not receive. Overall product is cute reason for 2 stars.
Website does not give a preview of your order to verify its what you want. I ordered anyway with hopes that it looks as good as the generic version shown in the catalog. Easy to fill out order and pay.
This site said it could deliver before Mothers Day and we still have not received our items.
We purchased 7 days before Mother day and paid for expedited shipping to find out that manufacturing took a month.
I do not recommend this site for any type of gifts as they falsely advertise.
Just as the title says. Steer clear of this company with bad business practices, I should've known better honestly. Shipping was a laughing stock to the point my bank voided the transaction. Product came 1 1/2 months late, not to mention damaged. Cheap, flimsy, poor quality, hoping it will survive. The only good thing they did is ship out some glass to replace the broken one. Seriously, keep it moving- don't waste your money or time.
