“I ordered their product which they claimed a money...”

I ordered their product which they claimed a money back guarantee but, when I tried to return the products I was only able reach the sales department who told me to send an email which I did, on several occasions. I even sent them certified mail and they never responded. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEIR PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK.
