“Cargo joggers and woven belt”

I bought a pair of Khaki cargo joggers (short size 0) and a woven belt (women's small) off the website. I love these clothes. The pants are comfortable and not heavy, and the belt is good quality! I wish I had ordered the joggers in size 00 though, as they are very loose on me and don't sit on my waist where they are supposed to. The belt is also a bit too large, so I recommend if you are EXTRA petite and have a size 22 inch waist, get belts elsewhere. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

I bought jeans size 4 online from American Eagle, I received the jeans but it was big so I took it tO the store to exchange it with size 2, but what I received was a DRESS! I called customer service to let them know what happened they said go to the store and return the dress and you will get your money back! I went back to the store and explained everything, the store manager said I can't refund you the money because it's a dress not jeans! Well it was NOT my fault it was the associate who packed the item fault. I called customer service like 10 times, chatted with them 5 times, sent emails 7 times and since August 14 till now I didn't receive my money back nor got an honest answer! I need this to be escalated to the highest end because that is not professional way to deal with customers?

Customer Service,

I would like to state how incredibly disappointed and how your customer service have no clue on items ordered online.

I placed an order on 12/3. On 12/5 was told there was a delay. I then contacted Customer service live and was giving a lot of bologna that all items are in stock and will Arrive in time for Christmas

12/19 we receive a notice that 4 out of 5 are backordered. Totally unacceptable and I will be returning the 1 item shipped to me.

Just lost a customer.

Super cute but leaves lint EVERYWHERE. I wear my backpack and when i take it off it looks like a bear had but it on. My friend got the same sweater in pink and it stained her pants pink. Do better. And the lint is wild.

I have recently purchase some items on their website with my credit card but when my monthly statement came, I see there are some fraudulent charges. I have only use that card to purchase from this website, so I am sure my information was leaked when I made the purchase.

Pros: Products quality same like other brands within same price range i would call it fair
Product design & Fitting is a matter of personal judgment for me it is perfect

Cons: customer support is useless they keep spitting same replies in your face not even trying to find a solution even if the problem is from their side you can consider this brand is without customer support and this would be complement to them even

So far so great! I ordered on 4/23 and recevied on 4/28... my FULL order which was made up of absolutely awesome clearance deals. So they ship fast and actually have in stock what they say they do. Great quality clothing too.

Accidentally orders two pairs of the same jeans so I emailed their customer service almost immediately after placing the order. They didn't get back to me until next day at the end of the day just to tell me it was "one hour over the remote period" so they couldn't refund it.

Went to American Eagel and bought a flannel that they over charged me for in the first place so i had to drive 30 minutes back to there to be told that i was stealing even though i had the receipt with me and wouldnt give me my money back. American Eagle is a whole bunch of frauds! Never shopping at this over priced store again

Just saw a slipper with images of Ganesh a reverred deity in the Hindu pantheon of deities. Just because Hindus are peace loving live and let live kind... could they do the same with Christ/ prophet Mohammad?

I bought jeans from here before for around $60.00, i got them and they had holes in the back. We tried to return them but they wouldnt let us. i also got a pair of pants for $50.00 and they were falling apart by the second week i wore them!

The shorts all fit perfectly according to size and the shirts are no problem but for the bralets you will have to look at the size chart the only badish thing about AE is the shipping because sometimes it take up to 3-4 weeks which is a lot for me because i am used to getting my orders within 2 weeks, but i still love to shop there!

Order # *******966. Order yesterday 9/1. Forgot we had a holiday on Monday. So most likely my order wouldn't be shipped until 9/5. Need to product by Friday. I chatted online on Friday asking if we can change the shipping and she said to check tomorrow since it was a new order. So I did the chat today and the lady said she can't do anything to help me. So I asked for a phone number just in case she didn't have the authority to change the shipping. She said they can't do anything for me. So now I'm in a bind and seems like nobody from AEAGLE seems to care. I have bought several products from them. Unfortunately they don't carry my size in stores so I have to use online shopping. Order from them another time and it didn't fit and had to pay an outrageous price to return the item, I think around $15. I did it no problem. But for a company not to help in my situation is really frustrating. This is the last time I use this company for anything. Please be aware.

I used to shop here exclusively for my swimsuits, leggings, bras/bralettes, and panties. However, over the past two years, many of the mainstay staples i purchased here are gone or replaced with lower quality options that are the same cost, or more. I just ordered $300 worth and its all getting sent back because its obviously china-made crap that is tacky and cheap to the touch, and will fall apart in the wash. AE, whatever you had going for you with your diverse modeling campaign, is easily pissed away by poor business ethics and anti-consumer business practices. Are you an overpriced brand for teeny-boppers or are you a timeless American brand that serves women of many ages? Right now, you're a teen brand that i regret from purchasing from.

Worst company I have ever deal with. Ordered a jean instead sending me a xxxl shirt, so I called them for a correction, Shehanna in Louisiana helped me with a re-send order, she told me she will credit back 20% more discount due to the trouble, few days later I found she charged me again with more money! This company is so disorganized and employee is so unprofessional.

I'm not sure. The sizing is a bit iffy because I just ordered a dress at my normal size, and it barely fits. But, the clothes are cute and certainly popular. The prices are high... but i guess it's ok overall. Oh wait one more thing. Make sure you read the reviews on the site to find out more info. I ordered a dress that seemed perfect on the site, and when I tried it on, it was so short and very see-through. I returned it immediately. But, I do like the clothing most of the time, but ehhhh..

I keep remember why I only order once a year! I placed an online order on Dec 25. Today is Jan 6 and it just now shows "shipped". Which really means only the label has been printed and will sit another 2 days somewhere. The shipping email I recd today was very confusing. It said 1 item was on backorder and 1 item shipped. I only ordered 1 item to begin with. I'm assuming my item had been on backorder that whole time and I was never informed. So if this shipment is ever released, UPS shows it is a 7 day timeframe. This was a mess just for 1 overpriced bra! Lesson learned again.

So i went to the riving mall last week and i was looking around with my daughter, while i was in there the manager was treating the employees terrible, its terrible management, and the fact she was being rude in front of guest is unacceptable, she needs to get fired or demoted asap!, when the manager walked off i went up to the employee and she told me the name and her name was ahriel, if you want respect then you need to earn it, these employees should not be dealing with nonchalant managers, she told me she makes them clean her mess, and that is disgusting there needs to be consequences for these actions, she needs to LEAVE! No general manager should act like this.

My son is in the Navy. I tried to purchase jeans and have them shipped to his ship while he was out to sea. I couldn't so I ended up having to pay to have them shipped to me and then pay again to have them shipped to his APO address.

I'm bawling my eyes as I'm typing this.

I ordered from American Eagle Outfitters. I ordered 8 items. 1 was supposed to be shipped separate which I received. 7 were supposed to be shipped in a box which arrived opened, with only a tee shirt inside. I contacted them and they told me that there was NOTHING that could be done, that because the package said it weighed 6.6lb they were in there when I received them which they were NOT. I contacted UP''s and was told only the sender could file a claim. These were gifts for my husband and my Secret Santa I got dragged into doing this year that I COULDN'T even afford at this time. I received a Tee Shirt and a Sweater I have now technically paid $248 for. I hope they can live with their selves for this. They have lost a customer for good!

I use to love AEO! As a curvier but not bbw, girl they had dresses and jeans I could fit in that didn't look like the ugly layne Bryant torrid etx crap! But the past seven years I've noticed the styles the designs are the same if not worse! Prints icky before they were ahead of the time cure accents great knits…. Now it's the same stuff but worse! So bummed they can keep their American boho look but how many times will they sell the same muted ruffled floral mini skirt? Yet seven years ago there were more choices!? Boring

I did an online chat with representative and she was very helpful but the code she gave me wouldn't work so she told me to call in, I did and the representative on the line was very rude and told me she shouldn't have given me a code for the item I was wanting and they don't do that! I shop a lot with AE but now not anymore! Do better AE!

I ordered a Christmas gift on 11/29 and chose standard (4-8 day shipping) Today is the 14th and my package still hasn't arrived. I contacted American Eagle and they said they can not do anything until the 22nd and my best option was to re-order the items. I asked to have my shipping cost refunded and they said they could not do that.

I've worn american eagle for years as a petite female that doesn't fit clothes in more stores. Over the past few years they've changed their sizes to accommodate plus size people which I really love but wish they could accommodate one without forgetting about the other end. In that change their 000 has become the old 2. I have old american eagle shorts that are 0 that are almost too small but when I try on 000 it falls off my waist (picture attached). Besides all sizing issues their service is horrible. I had to search the store for an employee to open a dressing room by asking other customers where they were. Once I got in a dressing room I couldn't get my first pair of shorts on to try before the same employee pounded on my dressing room door asking if I needed help startling me. After coming out i asked if 000 was the smallest size they carry to clarify and they gave me a dirty look before saying no. Almost walked out crying I was so upset. Didn't buy anything and don't plan on buying anything again.

this site is frustrating and inconvenient to use.

I have ordered a ton from this company for years for my teenagers and within the last couple years for me and my husband. Then they dropped the big people sizes which really sucks, I'm sure I am not the only person that feels this way. Just because I'm a heavier woman doesn't mean I can not be stylish. I guess I'll just go back to Silver jeans, DO BETTER AEO!

I went into American Eagle today at the Heart Land location and all I can say is that the help I got from Rose was the BEST EVER! She was very friendly, helpful and she just got me. It is rare today to get personal help,someone who will help you get the outfit that is just right for you. Rose is a keeper!
