This was my third regular experience with Aera Trip especially designed by Miss Anita Prajapati who is very honest with her costumer. All the hotels, rooms were well accommodate. Famous and sufficient spots were choosed of different cities, distance were perfect and the arranged innova and driver was also well cultured and experienced. Over all the credit of my successful trip goes to Miss Anita Prajapati who has arranged all things favorable. Thanks and hope the same for our next trip.

It was a well organised trip. The Aeratrip person Ms. Anita Prajapat was very supportive and took care of even very small things.

I had booked 4 nights 5 days tour for 2 adults to visit Kerala starting from 14th March 2020 through AERA TRIP INDIA PVT LTD (ref:. Kerala Vacation for Mr. Kumar||4N 5D||) Against total cost of Rs *******/-, Rs ******* /- were paid in two instalments as under:

-on 03.02.2020. Rs 5000
(UTR CBINH *******3580)

-. On 29.02.2020. Rs *******
(UTR CBINH *******9968)

Rest amount of.Rs 9800/ - was to be paid on 10.03.2020.
Whole conversation was being done on whatsapp account of Mr Ranjan Mahajan from Delhi office and updates were being received through him, in view of Corona covid 19 pendemic which was in initial stage of its arrival in the state.
Finally on 13th March 2020 Mr Mahajan confirmed that
"its all cancelled as of now"

and he further confirmed that

"we will reshedule in OCT as per ur dates"

Situation in Kerala is still critical and there is no hope for normal conditions for further several months.
I have. Every proof.

I requested to refund me Rs *******/- paid as advance as mentioned above.
Neither Mr Mahajan nor company has responded to my message or mail. No number is working.
