I purchased a dining set with white glove delivery. The set arrived with damage to the table, so the delivery company took all items back to the warehouse. A table replacement was ordered. 8 weeks later the table is available, but AFA and their distribution warehouse cannot coordinate the delivery of the table and chairs. The web site reflects that the items are in stock and ship in 3 -5 days. NOT TRUE

Tip for consumers:
Believe the reviews, the company may have good commercial endorsements, but residential service is horrible.

Products used:
Dining room furniture, over $3000 spent on in stock product that I have not received in over 2 months.
