Ordered 80 metal patio chairs on their site and they arrived 5 days later. Packaging was OK, courier company called to check when someone will be at the address. Easy 5 stars from me!

Very fast delivery for a sizeable order. 6 days from ordering from to the shipment being at my address. Bought mixed furniture so I can give a excellent comment that everything I bought is top-notch commercial grade furniture. Sales rep that I spoke to was very nice. She took the time to figure out my requirements and recommended products I needed so I didn't have to search for them.

Delivery was a bit late, 8 days to be precise. Bought tables (table tops and table bases) from them and they look and feel durable. If the delivery was on time I would have rated you better. I hope next time I order it won't be delayed.

Appreciated that very much. The booth I bought is customized to fit all of my requirements. Delivery was done with courier service, on time.

I had a recent purchase, about 3 months ago, of 24 Leon Aluminum Chairs and 12 Aluminum Patio Tables was a mixed experience. While their packaging ensured no damages during transit, the delivery took an unexpected four-week delay compared to what we were quoted. Despite the inconvenience, the customer support team was responsive whenever I called to inquire about the status of my order.

The delivery of our order, which included 48 wood ladder back chairs with a walnut finish and black vinyl upholstered seats, along with 6 quickship booths, took longer than we expected based on the quote we got. Our pizzeria now has new bar and dining furniture from restaurant furniture net. Our order was roughly $12,000 (we purchased chairs, tables, bar stools, booths, patio tables, and patio seats). Order tracking was simple, and the metal x back outdoor chairs they advised were a brilliant choice. Ideal for unexpected crowds at peak hours. From order to delivery they nailed it in terms of speed and service. Although delivery took a few days longer, this was not an issue for us.

I worked with Eric and he was very responsive, on top of quality customer service they also have competitive pricing. There was some minor cosmetic damage during shipping that was done by the shipping company and Eric was very helpful with the situation. 5 stars from me, would buy from here again.

Can overstate how helpful their support agents are. I couldn't figure out how tracking works and they kept me updated the entire time manually with emails after I phoned them up only once. I knew where my order was the entire time. Bought some nice modern styled chairs and tables and metal frame bar stools. Delivery was reasonable, 3 weeks.
