Great experience with Restaurant Furniture. Ordered custom-made table tops. I wasn't sure what materials to select on the website so I reached out to support and Eric helped with some of the details. Thank you for your help and fast delivery.

The customized booths I ordered from them look great in my restaurant. They look better than expected and are well made. The delivery time was long though, 4 weeks.

So, we got some cool wooden tables and chairs from Affordable Seating for our cafe. Handling the order tracking was realyl easy. They recommended stackable chairs that are perfect for surprise guests we often have during rush hours and when we need more seating space. The team at Affordable Seating is quick and on point from sales to delivery. Delivery took 10 days more than what we were expecting based on our order date but that was tolerable.

Purchased 60 chairs, 10 tables, and a lot of different bar stools and was I am very satisifed with the quality. The seats and tables have a good appearance that complements the decor of my business. The bar furniture is also excellent, with a contemporary style that lends a wonderful touch to the space. But what really impressed me was the excellent customer service I received. Throughout the process, the Affordable Seating crew was really helpful and responsive, answering all of my concerns and providing direction. I wholeheartedly suggest this restaurant furniture firm to anyone in need of high-quality furniture for their establishment. They have a variety of selections to choose from, and their rates are reasonable. I'm certain I'll be a return customer in the future.

We bought a lot products from Affordable Seating for our restaurant and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. The mid century padded metal chairs, the french industrial bar stools, and the vintage style metal chairs all look fantastic and provide a great level of comfort for our customers. I also appreciated the wide variety of sizes and finishes available to match my specific restaurant style. The customer service was top-notch!

I order 25k worth of booths, paid them upfront and 1/3 of the booths came completely damaged and I had to pay to repair them. They offered to put in a claim with the shipping company and it has been 5 months and they have changed their story 4-5 times on what is going on. When I finally called the shipping company directly they said they started a claim but never provided any paperwork. When I email affordable seating they still tell me the check is on the way. They actually said they are waiting on USPS for the check. It is almost comical that they are still in business. If I would have read the horrible ratings before I ordered I would have avoided them. You should too!

I was VERY nervous about placing this order. The reviews were mixed on some sites but it was the look that I wanted... so I measured like 5 times! I was very careful in making my selections and filling out the custom order form. I asked for a ton of samples and settled on the L shaped booth, teal back and gun metal gray base with metal feet. There was a slight delay in the delivery - but all things COVID considered, it was not significant. The packaging was nothing short of TERRIFIC. Like top notch, not a single mark on the piece from shipping. I mean, seriously it was MINT! My husband and I both LOVE the booth and the small round table. It has made our breakfast nook the hot spot to be. (fighting for the space with my college aged daughters) I am just a regular homeowner - but the booth and the table are absolutely perfect and we are so glad we took the plunge and made the purchase.

I loved how easy it was to navigate the site. It took me only a few short clicks to find the items I was looking for and the shopping experience was easy and quick too.
The graphics are a little bland and basic but it gets the job done and the pictures for the items look good so its ok.

SHOULD AVOID this company, if you need furniture in time or if you want to get the right refund for bad products. Here's what happened to me:

(5/20/2020) I ordered 19 tables for my restaurant, which was said in stock
(Late July, 2020) Tables arrived after months of delay. It was realized that they had not been in stock - Lie
(10/13/2020) Filed a complaint about a round table which had a bad case of warping.
AffordableSeating offered me a refund for the table.
(1/6/2021) Refund check was received, however with the wrong amount. $109 as opposed to $508.
Contacted for the correct amount.

Customer Service in AffordableSeating said, "I am sorry about this mistake, I will have the correct amount mailed to you."
As of 4/1/2021
No action since then, even though I contacted them several times to get the update for the refund check. Every time for more than two months. I got the same responses. "It is being processed by accounting department. Customer Service cannot do anything. Custmers are not supposed to talk to them. Customers can only wait. No expected date."

Bought a set of 4 metal x back patio chairs and a matching table. Delivery was a few days late... The furniture looks nice. Have to wait for the test of time and review the durability then.

Bought a wooden dining table for our kitchen area and it looks awesome. Delivery time was 4 days with a courier service. The table looks sturdy and ordering on the website was easy.

Excellent service, the tables and chairs are gorgeous, and they arrived earlier than expected! They were packaged with enough of protection to prevent damages and came right on schedule.

The delivery time was not acceptable. Eric from support assisted me in tracking the order, however it still took more than 10 days longer than the scheduled delivery date.

Bad service never return calls and responds.
