These are some terrible reviews if I haven't bought from them before I'd never think to try. Like someone said people rarely write good reviews so let me add my good experience. I've been shopping online and always get my order to time. For the price the quality is good they fit nicely. I prefer shopping here than other stores.

I just found their website and instantly fell in love with everything... I spent 2 days shopping and adding things to my cart... I finally was ready to order and was completely taken back by the shipping costs... I live in Ontario, Canada... my entire order costed $120.87... shipping costs were $119. I cannot physically believe this... so I emailed customer service thinking it must have been a mistake... I was told the shipping is estimated by your area (fine I get that)... so I asked where the product ships from and was told Kentucky... so apparently from Kentucky to Ontario it costs $119 to ship... absolutely bull$#*!. I've ordered from Australia before and shipping was only $10 and that was across the entire world. Lol. I'm so disappointed... I wanted a lot of items from the site but I cannot justify spending the same amount for shipping then what my order is. Absolutely ridiculous... if you don't live in the U. S don't buy.

Sorry to say but very disappointed with the service at the Harlingen Department Store At Valle Vista Mall, I went in to exchange a pair of sandal's my husband purchased for me on Friday, they we to small, well the young lady's working were rude and to busy helping employees of the store who were purchasing clothes for themselves, another worker was bothered when I asked for assistance in the shoe department... I just asked for my money back after I saw how rude these girls were,,,,... store number 235 salesperson ******* this took place 4/23/14 at 4:37 p.m.

I ordered 2 items last week. A jacket and a shirt dress. I receive a code confirming it was shipped by ups. A week goes by and ups states they are waiting for the package to arrive at their facility. Then I receive an email from A'GACI stating I've been refunded. WHAT? I called and I get some BS explanation about how UPS couldn't find my address. Lame excuse! I receive packages from UPS all the time. The turn around and tell me one of my items isn't available. Well guess what you lost my business permanently! From the looks of these other reviews I won't be missing much.

My boyfriend got me a gift card for Christmas. We don't have A'GACI store near our area, but when he got it at the store they told him that we can use a gift card online. So I wanted to order a couple of things online recently. There is no option for a gift card, they want only your credit card. Costumer service is sucks! When I called the lady on the phone spoke broken English, I barely could understand her. Then I asked for a manager, well she told me that I can't use a gift card online. WHAT? I have NEVER EVER experience anything like this! No other clothing brand would not allow you to use a gift card online. 1. I don't have any A'GACI stores in my area. 2 when we got a gift card the sell person at the store did tell us that we can use it online. So give me my money back, or fix your damn website! This is a RIP OFF!

There was not one worker that helped me willingly. Each worker Ive asked for help had an attitude. The store was a mess like it has always been. The old management team was better. Especially Edgar hes was fiesty but was always willing to help. Where is he? They need a new Edgar at great mall

I attempted to put in an order, yet the website kept giving me an error message saying that they could not authorize my card. I tried putting my information in multiple times, still receiving the error message. I then tried my credit card twice, still receiving an error message. Today i learned that i was charged 8 times for my one order from reviewing my card transactions after my card was declined. I was charged 330 dollars for an order that should have been 40. I attempted to call their customer service only to find they were not open on a Saturday. Which is ludicrous for a retail business to be closed on a Saturday. The clothes look lovely on the site and affordable yet not worth all this unnecessary nonsense.

I ordered clothes and shoes online and when I received the package there was no return slip. I tried on all five items. Two didn't fit and one didn't look like the picture portrayed. 2 days before the "30 day policy" I spoke to customer service and they said they would email me a return label. Which they never did. Then I called again and they said to wait for an email from corporate to see if they are willing to refund. Of course I got an email saying they won't. I have unused new stuff that's been sitting in my trunk to be mailed back because I have a job and I couldn't keep up with the time frame of their return policy because of their errors. I plan on returning anything I bought from their store in the past 30 days. And don't intend on shopping with them in store or online.

So I ordered 6 things out of the clearance section of the site and waited for my order. Although the order said "shipped" on the site, the tracking info was incorrect and I had never received my items. Two days later only two items came and the rest were so called out of stock. They did not refund my money for the other items until I called the customer service and complained for hours. Will not be ordering again because they need to keep up with their inventory.

I've read several bad reviews on it. Working in it they are for me a new company taking a lot of risk with their own money due to they motivate their store giving them free gift cards for many reasons which is good. This company like GUEES also focuses a lot on customer service 100%. They should be complete with any task by opening or within the first hour. Where I believe for me they are still new is the try so many new things every week on how to run a business. For me where I've work at many different store's and seen those ideas already implemented and working is much easier but for other team member's who don't have the experience it's hard to get that habit.

Overall the company is great, still need's a few more tweeks to work on. They are super flexible on returns and exchanges. Their goal plans are exaggerated the first year. Employee discounts are awesome 41%. Close family is 31%. 11%for clearance. Seasonal are 31%. Compare to forever with 10% or Tilly''s with 20%.

I shop this store online because it's not in my state. I've been ordering since May 2012, and have had three orders/items cancelled because the clothes I ordered wasn't in stock anymore. I wish they would found a better way to keep up with what they have in stock. Cute clothes otherwise. Unlike with other stores I had this problem with, AGACI does not give you a free shipping coupon. It irritates me that they don't forewarn you that a piece of your order won't be arriving until after it's delivered or give you the opportunity to change it. It's so much fun paying additional shipping and or getting a size bigger than you are.

This store is ok. I tried to order a week ahead for a trip I had to Florida due to some type of shipping mishap I recieved them when I returned. All in the clothes are priced well for my budget(very small)so I'll give them another go.

I placed an order and one of the tops had it's straps completely ripped off and also there was a package from them that had missing items and the box was huge with a tiny chain inside of it. I am totally frustrated because the items that are missing are for an event I am supposed to attend.

They cancelled my order due to lack of availability they should update thir online shopping they should have said it was out of stock... they never deposit my money back bad customer service when i called to ask if i can just order another size they only said that i had to place another order and they had to charge me shipping because it was under 50 dollars and i told them that that was why i had order them with other items in my first order they did nothing about it didn't even apologize

Please do not review if you are affiliated or have a conflict of interest with this website. I ordered the 2 fer chain neck dress from here. I was so dissappointed when I received the dress. It was poorly made and cheap looking. I feel like I was duped, the dress had a lot of clevage showing unlike the model's pic up here. I am so hurt and sad over the poor quality of an overpriced item! I wanted quality--these clothes belong in Rainbows... I'm so sad about this dress... very similar to gojane.

Don't even bother to contact customer care they will never help you I spoke to Robert Thomas a MANAGER well he had the nastiest attitude Ive ever heard... I purchased 16 items online only received 12 and was promised I was refunded then a few days later they sent me an email saying they couldn't refund so I called and spoke to him and he was so nasty and full of attitude... are they really customer care... Agaci is a beautiful store but will lose all my business because of people like them who do not care about the people who are the reasons why they receive a salary in the first place... I hate people with stink attitudes. The man never gave me a chance to talk he spoke above me and ignored anything I said...

I have been a very loyal Online customer. On the last 2 orders that I have purchased my level of satisfaction has diminished. The website had an advertisement of "if you buy by this day you'll get it by Christmas". Well all I can say is FALSE ADVERTISING! I ordered my cousins who live hundreds of miles away some clothing items. Mind you I ordered well before their deadline. Today is 12/29/2014 and I still haven't gotten them. Now I have to pay shipping to send them in the mail. When that could have been avoided all together if the store meet the promise.
Besides this, my husband ordered me about 11 items that were available when he placed the order. But when it was time for them to be shipped, 3 of the items were canceled. This Website needs help.
I would suggest to NEVER order from agaCi, unless you intend on being highly disappointed.

The Store Manager at the Pearland location was rude. She gave me major attitude because I was making a return and I asked for my cash back. The transaction was debited out of my account which was instant and not a charged transaction. If you took it out my account what's the problem giving it back to me when clearly your receipt doesn't state it has to only be credited to me... Not knowing if I purchased an item from a nearby store or was returning half of the hundreds of dollars I purchased between the two. She watches me go to this store and calls them to ask there policy on returns. If I work hard for my money I should be able to return whatever I want with a receipt whenever I feel it doesn't work for me.

I fell in love with burgundy shorts. Not available in store, so I decided to shop online. Found the shorts and added a few more items. At check out, my order would not go through. Called customer service and they told me it was my Master Card. Verified my credit and my card was in good standing. Tried placing the order online and again with the a customer service representative. The only reason I placed the order was for the shorts and they were no longer available after 2 days of trying. How the hell was that possible! They were still showing in my bag. System should remove the item automatically! Spoke to the supervisor MARIE and she was no help whatsoever. She only stated the obvious with her remarks "We can only order it in another color". Umm duh! But I didn't want another color. WTF?

You never should even think about working for agaci. Epsically the one in the Florida mall. Working for Sidney is like working for a $#*!. She's a very cold hearted person. A family member could be dying and she would not let u call out. No matter what, even though she puts everyone to work when the rules are that someone has to cover your shift. She will call you names and everything and she won't care. She's a very ignorant person and selfish. So if I decide to work there, good luck. She will do you dirty no matter how long you've worked their. She claims she's worked in retail for a long time but obviously she needs to go back and study that because she has screamed at her employees in front of customers so.

Been to A'gaci more times than I can count and every time I find something I actually like the sizes available are only XS S and M. I've been told only three times that something was in L or XL and all three times it was ugly clothes. Even your shoes aren't big enough! Your size "10" isn't a 10 it's a 9 1/2, I checked with other shoe stores. Why can't those pretty dresses on the $#*!ing maniquins be for fat girls like me?

Received $150 gift card from my daughter for my birthday. She was told by the in store sales person before purchasing that I can use on line since I live 2.5hrs away from nearest store. LIES LIES LIES. No place to put gift card during checkout, they will gladly accept your credit card. Disappointed with A'GACI.

The absolute worst customer service! Received the wrong item, spoke to someone to get the correct item, then received the wrong item AGAIN! Offered me NO assistance and now they cannot guarantee i will ever get the right item. Take it off the damn website then!

I Love this Store. Personally i have a struggle finding my size because im so smalll but not with A"gaci. When you first walk in there's a fresh preppy look that pops from this store.Not only did I love evrything i saw, But I will be back for homecoming and prom. I will bring all of my Friends to enjoy the store as well. I no longer struggle for my size Because they have it.!

At this point officially it has been more than a month since when I have been trying to return my stuff at the Agaci store. I donot understand their email system. Every time I get a response saying you will hear from Agaci via email, I never received this email. I have been calling Agaci endlessly and trying to send the returns. They have a pretty screwed up online return process for a return label. I like the customer support staff. But Agaci's return policy is pretty bad. I have been yelling at people for no fault of their own. Neither they return my money nor do they take the product back.

I wrote a review in 2014 and now again in 2016! They suck and always will I'm now refuring to the Killeen mall location! They are terrible, the quality of the shoes died! Nothing but rude little females that don't even look at you when they check you out but have the nerve to talk back when they're in the wrong! The cashiers are untrained and they never help in the shoes smh I tried again but no more I'd rather get my shoes from Dillard's or Macy's

I went into buy a shirt. When I went up to cash out it worked on my end but not theirs. The manger made me do it three times promising me it won't go to my account. I showed that it's pending its fine. I checked my account this morning and it wasn't fine. It posted all three times. Mad and annoyed as i was I called talked to a new manger told her what happened. And she said I was wrong. That it will be returned. When I told her I was making a claim against them she hung up on me. So unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and so much more. That was the first and last time I will ever shop at that store by me or anywhere in the world!
