These are some terrible reviews if I haven't bought from them before I'd never think to try. Like someone said people rarely write good reviews so let me add my good experience. I've been shopping online and always get my order to time. For the price the quality is good they fit nicely. I prefer shopping here than other stores.
I just found their website and instantly fell in love with everything... I spent 2 days shopping and adding things to my cart... I finally was ready to order and was completely taken back by the shipping costs... I live in Ontario, Canada... my entire order costed $120.87... shipping costs were $119. I cannot physically believe this... so I emailed customer service thinking it must have been a mistake... I was told the shipping is estimated by your area (fine I get that)... so I asked where the product ships from and was told Kentucky... so apparently from Kentucky to Ontario it costs $119 to ship... absolutely bull$#*!. I've ordered from Australia before and shipping was only $10 and that was across the entire world. Lol. I'm so disappointed... I wanted a lot of items from the site but I cannot justify spending the same amount for shipping then what my order is. Absolutely ridiculous... if you don't live in the U. S don't buy.
I made a purchase of more than 200, when my order arrived I was not in the place where I live due to an emergency in my family, I returned had spent 1 day of the 30 possible to make cmbios, several garments run girls for which I just wanted to make size change not get a refund! After waiting 3 months for an answer, I could not change my size and I lost my time, money and clothes. Without noting that they made me send the clothes to spend shipping to return everything again, Costumer Service does not exist is not there to help the customer! Never buy again
I have ordered from Agaci twice (a large qty) over the last 1.5 years after seeing a YouTube review. I ABSOLUTELY Love the site and the clothing! The delivery is prompt and all of the items meet my expectations. I'm currently pregnant so I ordered a size up (I normally wear Med), everything fit great and allowed room for growth. I love the originality of the items along with the affordable cost. I always receive compliments when wearing an Agaci item---customer for life!
I ordered four items in my online order, and the next day I got an email saying two of my items were cancelled per my request, when I had never asked for them to cancel them. When the remaining two items arrived, one of the shirts were not what I ordered. I went to talk to their live chat customer support, and he told me that my shirt's tag had the right number. I kept trying to tell him that the shirt that came was completely different from what was pictured on their website (style & material, since I ordered an off-shouldered sweater and a long sleeved shirt with ruffles on the sides came), and that I just wanted the correct item, but he told me that obviously I just didn't like the shirt, and to just return it. If I simply disliked the shirt, I wouldn't have asked customer support, I would've just returned it!
I was shopping online at Agaci and I ordered a coat, shirt, and a bracelet cuff. The package was on time no problem shipping, but, when I opened the box and took the clothes off, I noticed how cheap the clothing was the materials were poor quality and I would not recommend buying clothes from there. They were nothing like the picture. So I returned the package and it has been 10 days and I have not heard anything from them.
I had placed an order almost half a month ago and was wondering why I did not receive my order, but they had charged my account. I had signed in online and they apparently cancelled my order without sending me an email. I had to call customer service since they did not reply to my email after waiting for a reply for 3 days. I am beyond pissed. They had said my order was not stock, but it was in stock online. I brought this up to customer service and they said they had made a mistake and the item was recently back in stock and to place the order again. I had ordered the item on cyber Monday and I had received a discount on my item which is why I bought it in the first place. They said they couldn't do anything about it and could not give me a discount, but they could give me free shipping. What bull$#*! is that? 1 star for all of the trouble.
Really fast shipping. Didnt expect that with the free shipping. I received it in 3 days! Products seemed pretty good. (a dress and necklace) the only bad thing was that there was a hole right in the middle of the stomach area about the size of the back of a #2 pencil eraser...
The quality is HORRIBLE. The clothes aren't even made/sewed properly. I bought a shirt and there are some extra fabric pieces (kind of like flaps) around the neckline. They just left them there (wtf?). When I try wear it and tuck them in they just come out. I looked around the store and the other clothes look poorly made and of cheap quality too.
Agaci wont reply to me! I have called and left voicemail(s) written emails... everything! I have 2 different size shoes. I have been trying to exchange them for almost a year but nobody ever answers the phone. EVER! I hope they see this and somehow get back to me!
They have super cute clothes. My sister told me about this store so I checked it out online. I then proceeded to drive an hour to the nearest store only to realize alot of the things sold online were not in the store. I did buy $100 worth and decided to order another 100 online. That was a week and a half ago
Finally a week later I get an email saying my billing address didn't match and to respond within 3 days or it would be canceled. So I replied and I get no confirmation email or anything so I decided to call 2 days later to make sure they received my email. Of course they didn't, so I gave them my address. Guess I'll see how much longer I'll have to wait to get my clothes. That's if I'll get them. I've ordered off other websites after ordering after agaci and have already received my orders. This is ridiculous.
I went to the A'gaci Store TODAY and luckily, I purchased two items for $42 to only have one in my bag. I've always shopped here and never felt the need to check my bag after I leave but I made a huge mistake by not checking. The employee, Mabel, from the A'gaci Store in Westland Mall in Hialeah, FL was completely incompetent and I suggest to fire her. How the hell do you forget to put a purchased item in my bag?! Yes, to charge me isn't anything you can forget but something as easy as to put an Seamless Tube Bra in my bag seems to be incredibly difficult. A'gaci, you need to really re-consider the incompetent employees you choose to hire. Count me out on ever shopping here again.
I've only ever ordered online which sounds like the way to go based on the reviews... I have always had a great experience with them. I constantly order clothes from there because they have free returns so it's not a hassle to return anything that doesn't fit. They are pretty quick too... the last order I placed was on the 19th, it shipped the 20th and was delivered the 24th. The credit for the returns is quick also... way better than ordering from Tobi. I would recommend Agaci but order online (free shipping over $50).
Received my black jumpsuit that had stains all over it and was worn down towards the bottom of the pants (like it had been worn). There was blonde hair all over it, and I can assure you I am not blonde. I just contacted customer service and I am curious to see how this will be handled given the fact that it appears that the item in my size is not in stock anymore. I wouldn't be able to return this item at the store because it has been worn and definitely looks worn down. I will not be purchasing future items from this store. What store ships someone WORN clothing? I think I am more insulted to the fact that they thought I wouldnt notice.
Kaonou (the girl at the register) was very rude and just threw my clothing in the bag and had the worst attitude. I dont know why you guys would let someone like that work there. I shop there all the time but since shes at the register i dont bother to go in there anymore. Shes works at the A'GACI at the Mall of America
I ordered a pair of shoes that I thought would be cute and when I recieved them they looked like hoochie mama shoes so I returned them and it has been a month and a half and I have yet to receive my refund money. Absolutely terrible
I both a sandal in A`Gaci store and I used just one day and the sandal was already in a bad shape. I went to the store with the receipt to exchange the product and the manager told me she can`t give me the money back because I used the sandal.
And she was telling me that I was a lyer because for sure I used more than one day.
I`m still shocked about the terrible costumer service. Never gonna buy anything else in this store and I`m telling all my friends not to buy there too.
I live in Murfreesboro, TN and this is one of my favoritw stores. I shop here atleast twice a month. My problem is me spending my hard working money for the worst service I've ever had! I called about a purchase that a girl charge me full price on and they was original 40% off. The employee name Niecey was very rude to me and refuse to go check the item I purchase. They act like kids and very unprofessional. I refuse to keep shopping here!
Terrible online experience! I ordered a dress to wear to a wedding, a choker and a pair of earrings. Agaci shipped my package and lost it. I never received the first package, called to request a replacement order, the guy was rude and I had to hang up and call back for another rep; the replacement order was never shipped. I called back a 3rd time and rep stated replacement order wasn't fulfilled so she'd request it again. I finally got my package; the dress was cheaply made! Lining hanging from one side of dress and strings and sequins hanging off! My choker and earrings were not in the package. I called back and complained and rep acted as if she could care less; I asked for my price of the earrings and choker to be refunded and she stated she'd have to get it approved! Approval for what? I paid for 2 items that I didn't even receive. I will never shop with Agaci again! I don't care how pretty the clothes look; they are low quality and horrible customer service!
Whether I keep my whole order or return lots of items there's never been an issue. Always quick shipping, great quality, great return policy. This has become the only online shopping place I use.
Okayy soo here's the thing w/ Agaci their online shop is run by lazy f*cks who don't care. And looks like their doing alot of people the same way. Shipping was just OK not super fast but not super slow. My order was about $56 or so and was split in to two shipments.?... First one,, the box was a bit battered probably by ups but the items were in individual bags and packaged nicely... Second package was someone else's order $100 worth not wrapped just stuffed in a bag!... Both of our invoices are there but their not my items. Sooo I wonder what went wrong. So I called and was told to send the package back but I can only get my refund. I'll take my refund b/c I don't want to spend my money on a company that is careless with their customers and their items! Lesson learned with this place so buyers beware of this trifling place!
I purchased about 10 items between the sizes of small and medium. I was completely satisfied with the clothes. They were true to size and the exact quality advertised. My package also came on time.
I have purchased 2 top on 3/15/17 and very next day on 3/16/2017 I have returned one of them... today its 5/1/17 but yet my money has not being refunded...
This job was genuinely the worst experience I've ever had, management stole and got away with it by accusing other employees when the employees found out, nobody trained new employees right, regular employees were fired and management just got slaps on the wrist, pay and scheduling was AWFUL! Would not recommend this job to even my enemies. DO NOT work for Ingram Park Mall Agaci!
On a Monday afternoon, I visited the store I needed to make a return. There was a young lady and 5 more cashiers they approached to register had fun talked then left nono of them not even the one who was in front of the register said anything not even "I will be right with you" nothing showing half of her books ( which I find veryunprofessional you are not at the club) to be exact: I waited about 10 minutes it wasn't until I ask her if someone was avaiable then the store manager came the young lady argued with me saying the other workers were not on the clock. Very bad experience I really don't want to go there anyou more...
I found a skirt I loved in an A'Gaci store. They were out of my size, but had it available online. It came in a week and while the correct item was listed on the order form, the WRONG SKIRT was in the bag. I immediately called customer service at which point they informed me that the correct item was OUT OF STOCK. The website showed, however, that they still had the item in my size. I saw other reviews stating that the website is not up to date as well as complaints about customer service. They expect me to send back the WRONG item on my own time too. RIDICULOUS. I'm so disappointed. DON'T SHOP ONLINE AT THIS STORE.
