These are some terrible reviews if I haven't bought from them before I'd never think to try. Like someone said people rarely write good reviews so let me add my good experience. I've been shopping online and always get my order to time. For the price the quality is good they fit nicely. I prefer shopping here than other stores.

I just found their website and instantly fell in love with everything... I spent 2 days shopping and adding things to my cart... I finally was ready to order and was completely taken back by the shipping costs... I live in Ontario, Canada... my entire order costed $120.87... shipping costs were $119. I cannot physically believe this... so I emailed customer service thinking it must have been a mistake... I was told the shipping is estimated by your area (fine I get that)... so I asked where the product ships from and was told Kentucky... so apparently from Kentucky to Ontario it costs $119 to ship... absolutely bull$#*!. I've ordered from Australia before and shipping was only $10 and that was across the entire world. Lol. I'm so disappointed... I wanted a lot of items from the site but I cannot justify spending the same amount for shipping then what my order is. Absolutely ridiculous... if you don't live in the U. S don't buy.

Very reliable. Ordered a dress and it arrived on time and in perfect condition. Shipping was free on my order too! I will probably order from them again if I see something else I like.

I went to the store at the Mall of America, MN to return an item i purchased. The employee ended up charging me for the item again instead of refunding me. When i explained to her what she clearly did, her and another employee try to tell me that i was refunded and made me sound crazy. Finally they called a manager and they say that they messed up. However, i never got an apology and they were SUPER rude. In fact, they were rolling their eyes. NEVER COMING BACK TO AGACI!

Put in an order ($90 worth to be split up in 2 shipments).

First package: Awesome! Yayyyy. Everything in it's own clear bag.

Second package: I opened it to find my 4 out of 7 items... stuffed into a shredded bag. The dress I ordered was inside out. Nothing was wrapped individually. The bag and what was left of the printed invoice had been through a war with a box cutter (miraculously, no clothing was slashed) and crumpled up packing tape was stuck to the packaging. No return shipping label. The outer box was pristine. I called to inquire where the rest of my order was, to be told that those items were all sold out. Thanks for the notice? Good thing I wasn't waiting on any of those items for an occasion. The lady on the phone also told me that she was very sorry, but tried to pin the disastrous presentation on UPS. Doubtful. She also said that the only thing she could offer me was free shipping on my next order... oh really, thanks! Because if you know how to Google the terms "online promo code" you can get free shipping for most things. Won't be ordering from them ever again, it's a shame because their clothes are cute, but the company obviously doesn't give a sh*t.

This is my first time shopping with them and I was pleasantly surprised. The jumpsuit I ordered is really cute and shipping was really fast. I would definitely order again!

Online they overcharged me and I had to go to my bank to get my money back! The quality is different than the pictures and the customer service sucks!

Bought 3 tops and received them 2 days

Bought 3 tops and received them 2 days after I ordered. Great quality and communication. Seems like they are on top of their game since reopening.

I was waiting for a dressing room and no one bother to come get me a room to try on my clothes. I even went back to ask the cashier I need a room and she litterly ignore my response.

I have been a faithful contributor to this company for years and an associate at the Murfreesboro location created two accounts for my rewards points under my same exact name and phone number. So instead of ever reaching the 200 rewards points to get my $20 reward credit for accumulating points they have dispersed my points between accounts. They told me they can not combine the accounts in the store and that customer service would have to do it before the points expired in 30 days and started all over ( REMIND YOU I ALMOST HAVE 400 POINTS BETWEEN BOTH ACCOUNTS). I have contact customer service and left voicemails as well sent emails requesting for them to combine the accounts that were created in error and have yet to get a response. I spent the money to accumulate the points I should be able to get my points redeemed. I have yet to hear anything back from this triphling piece of a customer service. I do not plan on spending another cent towards this company.

I went to Agaci yesterday and was going to make a big purchase... I always used to choose Agaci. I changed my mind after their poor customer service yesterday. I wanted a green skirt in size small. They only had large on the racks... Mannequin had a small so I asked the manager if I could please have that one... He said no, that they couldn't and won't take it down. He said I would have to go back the next morning... which is inconvenient since I live 30mi away. One thing I want to make clear... if that is their store policy they will lose so many customers. We have so many women apparel stores which I am now going to instead. Charlotte Russe, Forever 21, Lulu's, etc etc. How long could it possibly have taken to take off a skirt and put another on the mannequin? What liabilities do they have? There was 5 employees standing around doing NOTHING! Sadly I'm taking my business elsewhere. I'm posting video and my experience on instagram, facebook, twitter, snapchat... Manager was lacking customer service experience. Wish they valued me as their loyal CUSTOMER. Stop taking customers for granted. Please hire managers that even have customer service. Fort from McAllen TX in LA Plaza Mall is TERRIBLE AND INCONSIDERATE. Thanks to him I did not make a purchase there. And if this is business, please address my issue so you can continue getting more customers.

Was the December 22 to buy a pad cober brass when I got home I realized that the box was empty return a week later the manager of me wanting store respect telling anyone could realize that the box was empty before pay this happened in the shop really katy mills mall I went with the intention to give me the product and assuming my responsibility that was a mistake on my part for not having checked really was 6 dollars cheaper least 30 percent. After disrespect I went to the mall Centerra and purchase in white and black market shop costs that were around 25 dollars a big difference in the price I asked the cashier if I came home and I diea account the box was empty she answered me "I asked apologize for the inconvenience and give me the product" my questions are what is the diefrencia between a shop and another after they called me a liar which is supposed to your word should have value 1- treatment was because I'm Latina? The store is so cheap that do not choose educated people? 3 They are used to being stolen? But I have no guilt happened if I'm a teacher in this country over 15 years ensado always have my students that we must be honest.

I ordered from A'GACI online over two weeks ago. I originally ordered a large number of items. The shipping stated my order would arrive within 8-10 business days. I waited and received nothing. No email updates on my order and my shipment never came. I logged back into my account to check my order status and it now states I have "no order history" even though my card was charged for my order! I contacted their customer support several times. Each time I was either sent to a voice recording asking to leave a brief message with my order number and they would return my call as soon as possible or if I did ever receive an answer from a representative I would get transferred multiple times and eventually hung up on. I am appalled by their customer service and support. After giving up on calling I decided to re-login to my account to email their customer service and then was notified that MY ACCOUNT NO LONGER EXISTS. After retyping my correct email and password over 7 times it repeatedly told me "Sorry, this does not match our records. Check your spelling and try again." This is IMPOSSIBLE considering I received the original email from them to my email about my order the day I placed it.

I still have not gotten any responses from A'GACI and they have not fixed my order, my account with them, OR refunded my purchase. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE. TERRIBLE customer support and service.

(Manager in Midland Tx) That gay dude that they call their "manager" doesnt know what the heck he's doing what kind of manager ask another associate on how to do a certain thing on the register? And as we suspected he ended up $#*!ing our purchase. YOU'RE A MANAGER YOU NEED TO KNOW HOW TO DO EVERYTHING IN YOUR STORE for god's sake. Mom ended up going back for it becuase we bought 4 clearance and never got two free when he said we would and clearly we should cuz the sign says it all! Then my mom came back to me told me he said "its right" but i asked for his $#*! to me cuz it doesnt make sense. I felt like he didnt give af cuz my mom is asian & prob think wouldnt notice/complain well I DIDD! Like wtf thats false advertisement right there! & he was just making explanations that doesnt makes sense, his math is all wrong, & then just walked away. Nice one you gayhole. This doesnt even deserve a one or a zero it needs a negative number.

THE CLOTHES ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, most of the time.
BUT POLICIES, you should make sure you know all of them.

Sale items, non-returnable. I found a hole in my sweater and I had to wait for an approval e-mail whether or not I could return it! This hole had the potential to destroy my sweater but I had to wait for an approval before returning the item!
A sale item I bought was too small, but here's the worst part, it doesn't fit but I still have to keep it! Final sale items are non-returnable!
All stores have flaws though.
Good things about this site are that it's affordable, in-style, always changing!
Bad things are that they don't have much stock, what's in the cart one day is gone the next. What I experienced recently was that my cart was full with items I liked and I entered all the information of my credit card, but before I could FINISH and FINALIZE my order, it notified me that two items had been sold out. This makes me feel that this site is a little unreliable due to stock. Also, in that same order, after my order had been finalized, a day later I was notified that two items weren't available so I wouldn't receive them!
