I ordered a filter from this site because it seemed like the best prices I could find compared to others. Clearly that was a mistake. The wrong size was sent. I was supposed to receive a filter pad that was 14.5 x 22.5, but was I received instead was only 12.5 x 22.5 so it no longer fits with my cassette. I have tried contacting this business multiple times now both through their online inquiry and via their phone. Not a single response. What is even kore frustrating is my window of when I need to report a damaged filter is now up... So even if I was able to contact someone at this point, I would likely have to pay full price for another. I will never do business with this company again.

Be aware that not all filters fit as advertised. Received a recommendation from customer support and when it was received it was incorrect and did not fit. Yes they took it back but I was charged for shipping. Bad policy as they did tell me which filter to purchase. They will deduct the shipping when returned. Honestly you are better buying original filters from a reputable source where they stand behind their product. I did go directly to the manufacturer and purchased from them that fit. Will not buy from them in the future.

I bought some filters from this site and found out they are without frames. Guess I just assumed they came with frames. Then I found out that I had to pay shipping getting the order and pay again to return it. Very disappointing.

I wanted Pentair water filters I searched online for those with the product number. When I went into their web page on the website it had Pentair in great big letters with the product code number. Using Pentair name and then sent me something with the same product number but a different brand. Upon comparison it's obviously an inferior filter. Because Pentair was in such bold letters and the product number was essentially the same and the packaging had changed. One photo is a screen capture of their website totally misleading!

I placed an order an it took weeks to receive. Then when received it was wrong order. So I had to return back and still pay for the return shipping. I will never order from this site again. You figured as much money as this company makes they wouldn't charge shipping twice.

I ordered furnace filters as a trial. They fit and work just as well as the ones I could buy locally but at a much higher cost than AirFilters.com. I've expanded my next order to include their refrigerator water and FreshFlow refrigerator air filters. However, I screwed up and hit the wrong key but didn't realize it until I placed the order. Customer Service was great. They got right on it, canceled that order, and I was able to send in the corrected order.

Reasonably priced disposable and washable air filters for home or business. They also sell other filters for water, humidifiers etc. The best deal is the washable air filters because they are reusable.

Similar experience as below reviewer. I paid and expected to receive the product as identified. What i got was several mervs below what i bought. No response after multiple attempts to remedy. I did find on the site a miniscule *notice that claimed any description or merv rating that they list the filter as having, is a guess on their part. This is airfilters.coms way of avoiding responsibility. Report to BBB and elevate this fraud.

I ordered the wrong size filters and they refused an exchange or refund. They said I could order again for 50% off. The original size I ordered was not a custom size

Ordered 2 air filters online and received them within 2-4 days! Great price! I will continue to order from air filters.com for now on!

Charged Card but never received product or delivery date. Sent messages without responses. Tried calling but never go through.
