I have reduced this as much as possible and do hope that I am able to get my point across without including every grueling detail. BEWARE, they will lie to get you to buy then deny it. My stove quit 12/20/20 they were the only people who had items in stock and able to deliver right away. I should have waited and just ordered Christmas dinner. I found a stove with a griddle, but I needed a grate (as a 5th burner and because of arthritis, the griddle was too heavy) Adrian, the sales person said it was $50 to get a grate. I told him then I wouldn't $1300 for a stove and have to buy it. He left, returned and said he checked and it would come with it. So, of course I bought it, an extended warranty, and parts for the install. Paid in full. Delivery was on (12/22/20) NO GRATE, they would not install it because the part they brought and our gas line were not compatible. So they took the old one, didn't install the new one and off they went. That day@ 4:15 I called talked to Natalia, explained everything, she was going to be off a few days but would pass the info on someone would call me. NO CALL, so 12/27/20 I called, talked to Natalia again, "do you want to return the stove?" NO, I want the grate or a refund for it and a refund for what I paid for the install that was not done. She will talk to her manager and he would call me. NO CALL. 12/28/20 she called said they are going to order the grate it would be 4-6 weeks and I have to pick it up, they would issue a credit to my card for the install. 2/26/21 I called Natalia to check on the status, she asked for my original order number, put me on hold and some guy picked up no hello, didn't identify himself and says I have a balance due her for a little over $50. What? Turns out his name is Brad (salesman) rude, and told me I owe them the $50. I explained all details and he said Natalia had no authority to agree to anything. I told him what I was promised, he "did you get that in writing?" offered to split the cost, told me he was sacrificing his time and that he was sure I misunderstood what Adrian in as much indicating that I was being untruthful. From that point our call went downhill. He persisted with his rude unprofessional dialogue. He said his manager will call and have my witnesses ready. The end, NO CALL BACK again. Lies, unethical, dishonest, it seems a prerequisite for working there is to have no morals, the willingness to lie and cheat customers. I should have researched complaints before I bought not after but I had to cook Christmas dinner. Bah Humbug!

Tip for consumers:
I checked reviews "after" I started having trouble with them. I was amazed at the negative experiences people have had. I don't understand how people like this stay in business. My tip is check before buying
